Designing , and Construction testing and commissioning of Water Treatment Plant 0.721 MLD capacity ( in the shape of rapid sand filters). of RCC construction in concrete mix of grade M -30 ( for hydraulic structure & M-25 ( for Building work). The scope of work includes the construction of 0.721 MLD water treatment plant capacity. Water treatement plant capable to treat the raw water of the quality specified in the basic design data to produce clear water as per the requirements CPHEEO manual on water tank, PST/ ,electronic channel, flow meter, Tapered floculator, secondry settling tank , rapid sand filter, clear water tank and back wash tank . For coagulant addition proper alum, lime solution tanks with proper mechanical mixing arrangement is provided as per data sheet No 2 to 9 ,chlorination . Plant building for housing chemical store cum dosing room, water testing labouratory cum attendent room ( Toilet) Supply of GI / MSERW pipes , valves, mechanical/electrical equipment, electric wiring and panel boards, sanitations, interconnecter paths, site development upto a minimum of 3 metre from edge of battery limit of plant, retaining and breast walls and fencing. The firm shall submit detailed hydraulic and structural design and drawings along with soil test report ( 6copies) for each component of treatment plant which shall be approved by the departement before the work is started. The design/Drawing of the mechanical/electrical equipment and wiring etc. alongwith manufactures specification/ design also be submitted for approval to the department. On the completion of all civil, mechanical and electrical works the contractor shall test run the plant for one week before handling over the same to the department at the cost of the contractor. However, electrical charge shall be borne by the department, During the period the contractor shall run the plant at full rated capacity and produced the results specified in the NIT as per the CPHEEO standards in the presence of Engineer-in-charge or his representative. During this period daily testing of raw water and treated water sample shall be done. Complete record of the test results and the flow measurements shall be kept during this period. If the performance of various units of treatment plant as specified in CPHEEO manual, the plant shall be formally taken over by the department, otherwise the contractor shall make necessary change/ repair to improve the efficiency of the unit/plant. The contractor/firm shall run and maintained the plant for one month after handing over the plant to the department. During this period the firm shall depute atleast one trained person to trained the department persons in operating, maintaining the plant and regular testing of the raw water and treated. as per (Chapter - 1)
Construction of RCC over head / Circular under ground/ partially under ground storage tanks in concrete mix of M-30 grade as per proper design & drawing of following capacities, at different locations including the cost of GI / MSERW pipes of appropriate lengths & diameters with flanged joints for inlet, outlet, scour and over flow pipes with all fittings such as Tees, Bends, Tail pieces, flanges and valves of appropriate sizes, excavation in all kinds of soil , site development by cutting & levelling to bring the NSL to the desired levelled surface /datum as per approved layout plan, carriage of materials within all leads and lifts etc. complete in all respect i/c the design & drawing charges of hydraulic as well as structural design as per field data to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge.
