DEVELOPMENT OF 3 NOS OF PARKS AT SILCHAR

Amount

PART 1: SITE CLEARANCE

Surface dressing of ground including removing vegitation and/ or undulation of ground not exceeding 150mm deep and disposal of rubbish outside the periphery and lift up to 1800mm in all kinds of soil.

Jungle clearence including uprooting of vegitation, grass, brush-wood, sapling and trees not exceeding 300mm girth and disposal of the same outside the periphery and lift upto 1500mm

EARTH WORK: EXCAVATION, DISPOSAL, BACK FILL.

Earthwork in excavation for foundation trenches of walls, retaining walls, footings of column, steps, septic tank etc. including refilling (return filling) the quantity as necessary after completion of work, breaking clods in return filling, dressing, watering and ramming etc. and removal of surplus earth with all lead and lifts as directed and specified in the following classification of soils including bailing out water where necessary as directed and specified. (A) Up to a depth of 2.00m below the existing ground level. (a) Ordinary soil.

Pre construction anti - termite treatment at the bottom of foundation pits and walls on either side up to a height of 300mm from bottom of the excavation made for column plinth beam, wall, trenches etc. by applying the emulsion @ 5 (five) litres per square meter of the surface area before starting construction work (supplying of necessary tools and accessories by the contractor) as per the direction of the Department complete. a) with aqueous emulsion having concentration 1:19 with chloropirophose solution (tricel or euivalent) and water, i.e. 1% solution.

Earth/ sand filling in plinth in layers not more than 150mm thick including necessary carriage, watering, ramming etc. complete as directed and specified including payment of land compensation, forest royalty, sales tax and other duties and taxes as may be necessary. (d) With stone dust obtained by truck carriage including loading and unloading to the site of work.

(c) With river sand or silt (predominantly non plastic) by truck carriage including loading and unloading.

GRANULAR SUB BASE

Construction of granular sub-base by providing close graded material,spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface,mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC,and compacting with vibratory roller to achive the desired density,complete as per clause 401 of MoRTH specification( with an initial lead of 5km) (including cost of testing of materials at site and laboratory as directed by the deptt.) (a) Using grading- I Material

PLAIN CEMENT CONCRETE WORKS

Plain cement concrete works with coarse aggregate of sizes 13mm to 32mm in foundation bed for footing steps, walls, brick works etc. as directed and specified including dewatering if necessary, and curing complete (shuttering where necessary shall be measured and paid separately). (b) In prop 1cement: 4 sand :8 coarse aggregate by volume

Providing and laying plain/reinforced cement croncrete works cement, coarse sand & 20mm down graded stone aggregate including dewatering if necessary, and curing complete but excluding cost of form work and reinforcement for reinforced cement concrete work (form work and reinforcement will be measured and paid separately) (I) Using Mixer Machine (A) In substructure up to plinth level Foundation,footing,columnswithbasetieandplinthbeam,pilecap,baseslab,retainingwalls,wallsofseptictank,inspectionpitandthelikeandotherworksnotless than 100mm thick up to plinth level. P) Using admixture, plasticiser etc for air entraining, water reducing purposes including addition of agent for changing normal setting time of concrete as required. b) M20 grade concrete or Prop. 1:1.5:3

REINFORCEMENT

Suppling, fitting and fixing in position reinforcement bars conforming to relevent I.S. Code for R,C.C. Work/R.B. walling including straightening, cleaning, cutting and bending to proper shapes and length as per details, supplying and binding with 20G anealed wire and placing in position with proper blocks, supports, chairs, spacers etc. complete. (No extra measurement for lap, hook, chair, anchor etc. will be entertained in the measurement as they are included in the rate) (Up to 1st floor level). a)From Primary Producer: TATA/SAIL/ESSER STEEL/JINDAL STEEL/SHYAM STEEL/RINL (i) TMT Corrosion resistant steel (CRS) reinforcement bar.

SHUTTERING

Providing form work of ordinary timber planking so as to give a rough finish including centering, shuttering, strutting and propping etc., height of propping and centering below supporting floor to ceiling not exceeding 4.0M and removal of the same for in-situ reinforced concrete and plain concrete work in: Foundation, footings, bases of columns, pile cap, raft and mass concrete works etc. (b) Using 25mm thick plank

Cast in Situ Cement Concrete M20 kerb (Construction of cement concrete kerb with top and bottom width 115 and 165 mm respectively, 250 mm high in M 20 grade PCC on M-10 grade foundation 150 mm thick, foundation having 50 mm projection beyond kerb stone, kerb stone laid with kerb laying machine, foundation concrete laid manually, all complete as per clause 408. BRICK WORK

Brick work in cement mortar with 1st class brick including cement motar plastering,rackingout joints and curing complete as directed in superstructure above plinth level up to 1st floor level. COPING

Providing 18mm thick Granite slab on vertical face of pedestal laid over 10 mm thick base of cement mortar in prop. 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand ) jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing complete as directed with approved quality of shade.

CLADDING

Providing polished granite tiles of approved quality, size and shape and thickness not less than 8mm, on walls over 15mm thick, cement mortar bed in prop. 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand) including cutting where necessary, finished with flush pointing on wall with ordinary cement slurry mixed with approved pigment to match shade of tiles, complete at all levels as specified and directed.

INTERLOCKING BLOCK PAVEMENT

Providing and laying of interlocking concrete block pavement (ICBP) with cement concrete paver blocks as per IS 15658- 2006 of thickness 80mm and 28 days compressive strength not less than 30N/m over a layer of bedding sand of compacted thickness 30mm , laid either in stretcher / running / herring bone pattern of bonds as directed by the engineer and in proper level and grade and compacted with appropriate equipment such as plat vibrator along with spreading of a thin layer of joint fillings and to fill up the gaps between blocks including construction of edge restraint wherever required complete as per drawings and Technical specification clause 1504 of MORD.

FLOORING/PAVING

Fine dressed and rubbed 1:stone slab flooring over 18mm thick base of cement mortar 1:5(1 cenent:5 course sand) with joints mm wide,sides buttered with cement mortar 1:2(1 cement:2 stone dust) admixed with pigments to match the shade of stone and pointing with the same mortar. Red sand stone (i) 25mm thick

PAINTING

b) Finishing wall with water proofing cement paint of approved brand and manufacture and of required shade on new wall surface (two coats) to give an even shade after throughly brooming the surfaces to remove all dirt and remains of loose powdered materials.

STEEL WORK

Providing, fitting, hoisting and fixing of roof trusses fabricated out of combination of any two or all of the following sections (i) Square section (ii) Rectangular Hollow section of specification RSH/SHS and (iii) M.S.circular hlollow section of Grade 210 including purlins, bottom runners and providing M.S.cleat, M.S.angle base plank, bolts and nuts with red oxide primer including fitting bottom runner and cleat etc. for fixing ceiling joist as per design complete as directed as per specifications. b) ISI marked approved brand tube

Steel work riveted and/or bolted/riveted inbuilt upsections,framework including cutting,hoisting,fixing in position and applying a priming coat of red-lead paint upto 4.6m height above plinth including drillingholes,supplying,fitting and fixing with bolts and nuts or welding,if necessary as directed. DOOR FRAME & WINDOW

Supplying, fitting and fixing door frame made of M.S. equal angle of size 40mmx40mmx5mm fabricated, welded, mitred and joined as per relevant I.S. Codes including fitting 8nos. of M.S. holdfast, providing closing/ holding device for 2nos. tower bolts of door for each side and 1no. for fitting and fixing Al drop (for single leaf) to the frame for fixing the door to the frame, applying primer to all steel surfaces fixing the frame to the wall/ R.C.C. members by embedding the hold fast securely in C.C. block of M-15 grade complete at all levels as specified and directed. (Door hinges to be paid as per relevant item of the schedule of rates).

Providing, fitting and fixing factory made exterior type fully panelled single leaf door shutters of approved brand conforming to relevent I. S code having kiln seasoned and vacuum pressure treated Hollock/Bonsum/Sundi rail and styles with pannel of Anchor brand 12 mm thick veneered Teak wood particle board bonded with phenol-formaldehyde synthetic resin adhesive conforming to relevent I.S code including 4 nos of oxidised iron butt hinges (100mm x75 mm x3.55mm) to each leaf complete. (iii) 30mm thick

Providing, fitting and fixing steel windows/ventilators(openable)of standard rolled steel sections as perrele vantI.S.Code-1038 joints mitred and welded with 15mmx3mmx100mm lugs embedded in cement concrete block of M-10 grade including providing and fixing of projecting hinges(not more than 65mm and not less than 15mm wide)bolting device and steel handles,peg stays of 300mm long etc.complete as per drawing including applying a priming coat of red-lead paint.

ROOFING AND ROOF TREATMENT

Providing Iron Plastic Laminated corrugated coloured sheet Roofing at all levels including fitting and fixing galvanised J or L hooks, bolts and nuts of 8 mm diameter with Bitumen washer 35 mm x 35 mm x 3 mm and G.I. Diamond washer 40 mm x 40 mm x 3 mm complete excluding cost of roof truss, purlins etc. (Roof trusses, Purlins etc. to be measured and paid separately). (c)0.60mm thick

WATER PROOFING

Extra for providing and mixing Integral waterproofing liquid admixture & plasticiser Conplast X421 IC of Fosroc Chemicals /Rheomac 707 of BASF/Dr. Sealkit Normal Plast (Asian Chemicals) @ 100ml per bag of cement in concrete for waterproofing structures like roof slabs, basement, sunken slabs, chajjas, tunnels, water tank etc. as specified and directed by the Department complete at all levels. (A) In concrete of proportion : (iii) 1 : 1 : 2 (1cement : 1coarse sand : 2aggregate) or M-25 grade.

DPC(DAMP PROOF COURSE)

Providing and laying 25mm thick damp proof course with cement concrete in prop 1:1.5:3 with graded stone agg. of 10 mm down nominal size including providing approved damp proof admixture in proportion as recommended by the manufacturer including curing etc. complete as directed.

CEMENT PLASTERING

12 mm thick Cement plaster in single coat on fair side of brick/concrete walls for interior plastering up to 1st floor level including arises or rounded angles not exceeding 80mm girth and finished even and smooth including curing complete as directed. a) In cement mortar 1:3
