Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floor not exceeding 15cm thickness below or above ground level including floor finishes and removing debris from the site complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling glazed tiles/ kota stone/ terrazzo tiles any type as in dado/ skirting etc; including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for glazed ceramic coloured tiles of approved shade and pattern of size 350x 250x7mm/ 450X350X7mm/ 300X450X7 to 8mm thick or any other nearer size as approved by Engineer incharge in vertical surface set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match over and including 10mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 as in backing coat of tiles complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 16-18mm thick granite (colour as approved) work (table rubbed and polished) in steps, shelves, jambs, pillars, window-cills, cooking platforms (vertical/ horizontal) and like in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite over and including 10mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in CM 1:4, complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete jallies any thickness, any types including mouldings etc; and grouted in any types of mortar including removing debris from the site complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for providing precast cement concrete 1:2:4, type B0 using 12.5mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in precast frame for fixing of RCC louvers & Jallies (measured solid), including all mouldings of shape & design/ pattern as approved of size 60x10x10cm each and set in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as spsecified and as directed.

M&L Providing precast cement concrete louvres and jallies of Type B0 (1:2:4) (12.5 mm graded agregate), 35 mm thick (measured solid), and set in cm 1:6 including all mould- ings all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 75mm thick PCC 1:4:8 type D-2, (40mm graded stone aggregate) as in sub floor, sub bases, floor and paving etc; complete all as specified and as directed.

Providing and laying 60mm thick factory made table vibratory, PU mould, chamfered edge cement concrete coloured paver block of M-35 grade with approved design & pattern as in footpath, drive ways or parking etc; over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of fine sand and proper embedding/ laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer, filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as required, complete all as specified and as directed.

Providing and laying factory made kerbs stone any size of M-25 grade cement concrete in position to the required line, level and curvature, jointed with cement mortar 1:3, embedded in position including all necessary excavation, tamping ground around blocks and removal of rubbish/ surplus soil etc; making joints with or without grooves, drainage opening wherever required complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in kerbs or benching etc including necessary form work complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling of stone/ brick work masonry, built in cement mortar including all quions, arches, pillars etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stone work, serviceable stone aside for reuse and removing unserviceable material in low laying area complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for squared rubble walling jodhpur type, brought upto course, well bonded bedded and solidly hearted, built in cement mortar (1:6), complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per Srl Item No 13 above but, except stone complete all as specified and as directed.

Extra over for hammer dressing to face stones with maximum depression on face from a straight edge not exc 20mm and dressing face beds and joints as specified to squared rubble walling,Jodhpur type, brought upto courses, all as specified and as directed.

M&L for PCC 1:3:6, type C-1 (using 20mm graded stone agg) as in surface channels and drain,laid to slope, complete all as specified and as directed.

Extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 30cm inner girth in cement concrete, using extra cement, including forms,moulds ends etc; material and labour complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for plain cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-1,using 20mm graded stone aggregates as in coping to drain walls including necessary formwork etc; complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition by breaking up drain pipes salt glazed stone ware pipe, AC, reinforced concrete etc; any type of 450mm internal dia of pipe and jointed in cement mortar and taking out of root trenches removing the debries from site, complete all as specified and directed

M&L for reinforced concrete pipes, 450mm bore, class NP-2, laid in trenches and jointed in cement mortar as specified complete with collars, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for cement concrete (1:4:8) type D-2 for 450mm dia pipe bed to drain pipes including packing under and haunching against the sides of pipes after they are laid and tested in, complete all as specified and as directed.

Raking out joints/ pointing to squared rubble masonry, coursed or uncoursed in walls, surface channels, etc; built in cement mortar, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L flush pointing to random rubble masonry, uncoursed or brought upto courses in cement mortar (1:4), complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down cement plaster, any description, on brick or stone walls etc; including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc and disposal of debris, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick in CM 1:6 over stone masonary, concrete surfaces, finished even and smooth (without using extra cement), complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 15 mm thick rendering on stone masonary wall surfaces in CM 1:4 finished fair and even, complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling posts or struts (wood , steel or RCC) any section, including taking out embedded portion from hardcore, concrete work or masonry work, complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling barbed wire mesh/ chain link / fencing wire from any type of posts etc; complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavation in post holes in soft/loose soil not exceeding 0.50 Cubic metre each and getting out, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble moxed with earth around,in layers not exceeding 25cm, watering and removal of surplus spoil to a distance not exceeding 50 metres and making good surface, complete all as specified and as directed.

Mild steel work as in angle iron posts or struts for fencing conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 as directed, including cutting top to ashape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire etc including cutting and twisting necessary drilling, bolting and revieting or welding etc and similar works, complete all as specified and as directed.

PCC (1:3:6) type C-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation filling and mass concrete, complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F galvanised iron two strand steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia, barbed with 2mm dia barbs @ 75mm c/c spacing and straining and fixing to any type of standard rail, straining bolts including securing or tying at crossing with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, stappies or steel pin, complete all as specified and as directed. Note: each line of wire to be measured.

Supplied only chain link MS galvanised fencing any size or type complete all as specified and as directed.

Fixing only chain link fencing including line wire, any mesh, size and type to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts, etc; including provn of binding wire complete all as specified and as directed.

MS nuts and bolts (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be provided with one washer and nut complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling plain or corrugated steel sheeting, any gauge, thickness, including nainital or similar pattern roof coverings, complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F Pre-painted galvatume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated/ plain steel sheet 0.50 mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/ cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws, complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling of MS or wrought iron work of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and as directed.

MS framed work as in doors or gates of flat, angle, rolled or other section partly ornamental/ intricate design , incl gusset plates, braces etc but without coverings incl all necessary welding and / or rivetting etc including pintle or any other type of hinges Fe - 290 (Gde E-165), complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for repair to pot holes any depth n. exc 4.00 Sqm each including sweeping free from dust and mud or water, scoring sunken surfaces in road, cutting around edges to at least 25mm in depth, putting in ready mix cold road patching premix as specified for thin premixed carpet (30mm thick) filled up to the top level of existing road , well rammed (including supply of materials) and compacted with hand roller , depth of pot holes not exc 40 mm (averaging 30mm thick). Note:- Pot holes shall be marked by Engineer-in-Charge before commencement of work and the same shall be entered in MB after making good and before laying of cold road patch carpet, complete all as specified and as directed.

Making strip, straight line, zebra crossing and stop line not less than 2.5mm thick with hot applied thermoplastic road marking paint of brand Asian (Apcomark) / Berger (Sigmark) (white or yellow) by using automatic mechanical road painting machine complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- Glass beads shall be "Potters" of England/ UAE/ Austria/ Astralia but Not Chinese.

Preparing new or previously untreated surfaces of steel or iron work of any description and girth over 10cm and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and as directed.

Preparing new steel surfaces and treating ends of posts etc., with coal tar black paint area tarred exc .10 Sqm but not exc 0.50 Sqm each complete all as specified and as directed.

Preparing new plastered surfaces and M&L for applying concrete primer and /or cement base putty as required incl preparing the surfaces smooth by rubbing and / or sandpapering and M&L two coats of cement base paint on new plastered surfaces complete all as specified and as directed.

Preparation of new plastered surfaces of walls etc. & applying three coats of lime white wash on walls complete all as specified and as directed.
