AIR HANDLING UNIT Supply, Installation, testing and commissioning of double skin floor mounted type air handling units fabricated & assembled complete, made of 25 mm thick panels consisting of GI casing of thickness 0.6mm outside layer and 0.6mm inside layer, injected at factory by moulding machine with polyurethane foam (PUF) insulation complete with blower section and filter section with filter of 10 micron at 90% efficiency, chilled water coil constructed out of copper tubes not less than 0.5mm thickness and aluminum fins, Suitable capacity TEFC drive squirrel cage induction motor 415 ± 10% volts, centrifugal forward/backward curved fan suitable for 50mm SP, access door etc complete as per std. specification. COOLING TOWER Supply, Installation , testing and commissioning of FRP cooling tower of minimum 120 TR heat rejection capacity with FRP water basin PVC fillings with integral louvers and drift eliminators complete with hot water basin either fitted with spray nozzles or having self-rotating sprinklers, statically & dynamically balanced axial flow type fan direct driven or driven through reduction gear box with TEFC induction motor, suction screen, make up quick filling arrangement, over flow and drain connections with necessary valves and suitable inspection ladder, access arrangement for cooling lower interior, installed on MS girders (MS-I sections) fixed in masonry foundations with cement concrete footing, second class brick work and cement mortor 1:6; all accessories, basin fittings, fan, fan motor suitable for 415 Volt supporting structure, anti-vibration mountings etc. complete and 50 HZ power supply having isolator panel with MCB at cooling tower and with following technical data. a) Water flow/tower 480 USGPM b) Ent. Supply, Laying, jointing and testing of following size PVC insulated aluminium/copper conductor armoured cables of 1.1 KV grade heavy duty confirming to IS in ground/ in ducts/in pipes/on cable trays complete with cable tray, clamps, saddles etc. including effecting proper connection to the equipment all as required, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Notes:- (i) The cost includes cost of suitable pipes for cable protection at road crossings, cable trays, protective bricks, sand cushioning, excavation, returning filling and removal. (ii) All exposed cables in trenches/wall/ceiling/roof trusses shall be provided with silicon based fire resistance coating compatible for PVC cables. (iii) All terminations shall be made with proper lugs in the approved manner.

The GI earth strip & 40mm dia bore light grade GI pipe upto 7.5 mtr deemed to be included in the rate quoted by the contractor. CHILLED WATER & HOT WATER PIPING Suppling, jointing, installing and testing of the following nominal sizes of chilled water and hot water plumbing pipes MS 'C' CLASS as per IS 1239 with necessary clamps, vibration isolators and fitting like valves, flanges, union etc. but excluding valves, strainers, gauges etc. cut to required lengths and welded at joints and inclusive of accessories like elbows, tees, reducers, sockets etc. including insulating with 19 mm (for all pipes) and 13mm (for drain pipe) thick closed cell chemically cross linked fire retardant polyethylene foam insulation of density 30 Kg/cum. The thermal conductivity of the material should not exceed 0.035 W/Mk at an average temp of 40 deg C, covered with aluminium sheet cladding 24 gauge complete with application with rubber based adhesive Pidilite SR 998 y, all as specified and repairing damage to building etc. and complete all as specified and directed.

Make Up Tank Supply and fixing of HDPE make up tank of size 5000 Ltr. complete with air vent and drain connection & overflow, make up connection with float valve & brick staging minimum 0.5 meter high above the height of cooling tower etc as required all as specified and directed. AIR DISTRIBUTION (DUCT WORK)

Supply, fabrication installation and testing of Galvanized steel sheet, rectangular/round ducting for supply/return air system complete with neoprene rubber gaskets, elbows, splitter damper vanes, hangars, supports as per approved drawings of following sheet thickness as under, complete all specified and directed.

THERMAL INSULATION

Supply and fixing of acoustic insulation of duct with 25 mm resin bonded fibre glass, of 48 kg/cum density, covered with and 28 Gauge Aluminium perforated sheet all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing of thermal insulation of duct with 13mm thick closed cell chemically cross linked fire retardant polyethylene foam insulation of density 30 Kg/cum. The thermal conductivity of the material should not exceed 0.035 W/Mk at an average temp of 40 deg C, covered with aluminium faced foil complete with application with rubber based adhesive Pidilite SR 998 and 50mm x 3 mm thick self adhesive tape on both longitudinal & transverse joints, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing of Accoustic insulation of wall & ceiling of AHU Rooms with 50 mm thick resin bonded fibreglass of density 32 kg/m3. Accoustic insulation shall be fixed in 600 mm x 600 mm frame work made out of 0.6 mm thick GI sheet U shaped channel and covered with reinforced fibre glass tissue paper and finished with 0.8 mm perforated aluminium sheet including aluminium beading of 25 mm wide and 1.00 mm thick fixed on all horizontal and vertical joints by means of screws etc., complete as required and as specified.
