Excavation in foundation trenches etectra in earth work in all kinds of classification of soil such as pick work, jumper work, pick jumper work, blasting work, soft and hard blasting and work doing in saturated soil, including chiseling or wedging out rock where blasting is prohibited, or any other mixed variety of soil including shoring, strutting, de-watering and pumping or bailing out water (surface and sub soil water) upto any depth or any quantum of water including slush which may arise during dewatering, removal of slush and stacking the excavated soil clear from the edge of excavation with in all leads, as directed by Engineer-in-Charge and then returning the stacked soil in 15cm (fifteen centimeter) layers when required into plinths, sides of foundations etcetra. consolidating each deposited layer by ramming watering and then disposing of all surplus excavated earth as directed by Engineer-in-Charge and disposal earth to be levelled and neatly dressed including carriage of materials within all leads lifts and other incidentals.

Providing and laying mechanically mixed and vibrated cement concrete 1:4:8 (one cement isto four sand isto eight graded crushed stone aggregate 40mm (forty millimetre) nominal size and curing complete, in or under water, including pumping or bailing out water/dewatering, removal of slush which may arise at the time of laying under water complete excluding the cost of form work in foundation and plinth in all depths/heights as per HPPWD specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals. The rate is inclusive of Malkhana, Royality, Octroi, GST, Toll tax or any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing form work with steel plates 3.15mm (Three point one five millimetre) thick, welded with angle iron in frame 30x30x5mm (Thirty into Thirty into Five millimetre) so as to give a fair finish including centering, shuttering strutting and propping etcetra with wooden battens and ballies, height of propping and centering in all heights. below supporting floor to ceiling and removal of the same for in situ reinforced concrete and plain concrete work in foundation footings, basis of columns etcetera and mass concrete, and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals. The rate is including Royality, Malkhana, Octroi, GST, Toll Tax, Sales tax or any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and laying mechanically mixed and vibrated reinforced concrete work of grade M-25 (M-twenty five) design mix to obtain the minimum compressive strength 25N/mm2 (twenty five newton per square millimetre) with cement contents not less than 400Kg (four hundred kilogrammes) per cubic meter including curing complete as per HPPWD specification or as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge excluding the cost of form work and reinforcement for reinforced concrete work in foundation footings, bases of columns etcetera and the like and mass concrete including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidentals. The rate inclusive of Malkhana, Royality, Octroi, Toll tax, GST or any taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and laying mechanically mixed and vibrated reinforced concrete, work of grade M-25 (M-twenty five) mix designed to obtain the minimum compressive strength 25N/mm2 (twenty five newton per square millimetre) with cement contents not less than of 400 Kg (four hundred kilogrammes) per cubic meter including curing complete, as per HPPWD specifications or as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge excluding the cost of form work and reinforcement for reinforced concrete work in suspended floors, roofs, landings, shelves and their supports balconies, beams, girder, bressumers and cantilevers in all depths/thickness upto all floor level. including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidentals. The rate inclusive of Malkhana, Royality, Octroi, toll tax or any taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and laying Tor steel of TATA TISCO/SAIL reinforcement for Reinforced Cement Concrete work including bending, binding, cutting, straightening and placing in position complete including cost of binding wire and other incidentals for its completion up to all floor level complete as per HPPWD specifications approved drawing,design and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge, including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidental. The rate is inclusive of Octroi, GST, Toll Tax, Sales tax or any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Steel work welded in built up sections of SAIL/TATA for trusses and framed work, composed of beams, joists, channels, angles, tees, flats and connecting plates or angle cleats etcetra. as in trusses and trussed purlins, main and cross beams, hip and jack rafters, purlins connected to common rafters and the like in building including cutting, fixing, lifting, hoisting and placing in position complete and applying a priming coat of red lead paint complete as per HPPWD specifications approved drawing, design and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge, including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals. The rate is inclusive of GST, Toll Tax Sale tax or any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and fixing 0.60mm (zero point six zero millimetre) thick ISI marked Z-120 (Z-one hundred twenty) prepainted steel sheet of TATA durashine /Sail/Relience/Jindal in roofing over steel trusses with hot dip metalic zinc coated sheet with top coat of regular modified polyster (RMP) Organic coating of 20 (TWENTY) microns over 5 (five) microns of primer back coat of polyster of 5 (five) microns over 5 (five) primer coating including fixing with prepainted, iron J or L hooks, bolts and nuts 6mm (six millimeter) diametre with prepainted limpet and rubber washer with all accessories as required as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge including carriage of materials with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals as per the specifications approved drawing and design. The rate is including Royality, Malkhana, Octroi, GST, Toll Tax Sales tax or any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Brick work using Second class common burnt clay building bricks in super-structure with cement mortar 1:6 (one cement isto six sand) and curing complete including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidental, and as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. The rate is including Royality, Malkhana, Octroi, GST, Toll Tax, Sales tax or any other taxes imposed by the Government.

15mm (fifteen millimeter) thick cement plaster with cement mortar 1:6 (one cement isto six sand) in single coat on rough side of brick/concrete/ stone walls for interior plastering upto all floor level including arises, internal rounded angles, chamfers or rounded angles in all girth and finished even and smooth complete as per HPPWD specifications and as per direction by the Engineer-in-Charge, including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals. The rateis inclusive of Royality, Malkhana, Octroi, GST, Toll Tax Sales tax or any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Distempering (two or more coats) with oil bound washable distemper of approved brand and manufacture (Nerolac/Asian or equivalent make) and of required shade on un-decorated wall surfaces to give an even shade over and including a priming coat with distemper, primer of approved brand and manufacture after thoroughly brushing the surface free from mortar droppings and other foreign matter and also including preparing the surface even and sand papered smooth upto all floor level as per HPPWD specification and as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidental. The rate including Sales tax, Toll tax, GST or any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and fixing flush door shutters interior grade, commercial type, core of black-board construction with frame of first class hard wood and well matched commercial ply veneering with vertical grains of cross bands and face veneers on both faces of shutters 35mm (Thirty millimetre) thick including black enamelled M.S. butt hinges complete, as per specifications, approved drawing, design, as per entire satisfaction and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals. The rate is inclusive of Octroi, Royality, Malkhana, Toll tax, Sale tax, GST or any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and fixing 300x16mm (three hundred into sixteen millimeters) aluminium sliding door bolts, make of PILOT/Sheel or equivalent anodized transparent or dyed to required colour and shade with necessary bolts, nuts and screws etcetera complete as per HPPWD specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge, including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidentals. The rate inclusive of Qctroi, Toll tax, GST or any taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and fixing 150x10mm (one hundred fifty into ten millimeter) aluminium tower bolts (Barrel type) make of pilot/sheel or equivalent anodized transparent or dyed to required colour and shade with screws etc. complete as per HPPWD specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge, including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidentals. The rate inclusive of Octroi, Toll tax, GST or any taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and fixing 125mm (one hundred twenty five millimeters) aluminium handles make of pilot/sheel or equivalent anodized transparent or dyed to required colour and shade with necessary screws etc. complete as per HPPWD specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge, including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidentals. The rate inclusive of Malkhana, Octroi, Toll tax, GST or any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and fixing 100mm (one hundred millimeters) bright finished brass floor door stoppers with rubber cushion and necessary screws etcetera to suit shutter thickness complete as per HPPWD specifications or as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge, including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidentals. The rate inclusive of Octroi, Toll tax, GST or any taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and laying 40mm (Forty millimeters) thick cement concrete flooring 1:2:4 (one cement is to two sand is to four graded crushed stone aggregate 20mm (twenty millimeters) nominal size) mechanically mixed laid in one layer finished with a floating coat of neat cement and curing complete upto all floor level as per HPPWD specifications or as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge, including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts. The rates including Royality, Malkhana, Octroi, Toll tax, Sales tax, GST or any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and laying mechanically mixed and vibrated concrete for plain cement concrete Grade M-10 (M-Ten) nominal mix 1:3:6 (One cement isto three sand isto six graded crushed stone aggregate 40mm(Forty millimeter)nominal size), in or under water in open foundation for all type of structure and the like etcetera complete including pumping or bailing out water, dewatering (surface/sub soil water)including removal of slush which may arise at time of laying under water for all heights/depths and any quantum of water, including cost of form work and curing complete for 14 (fourteen) days and as per drawing and MORD Technical specification section 800, 900 and 1200 and as per entire satisfaction and directions of Engineer-in-Charge, including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidentals.
