Construction of additional mixing pit and connected civil works in No:2 effluent channel of FACT-CD at Ambalamedu, Kochi

Demolishing RCC / PCC work manually / mechanical means (using jack hammer) including stacking of steel bars, depositing surplus material within initial lead of 50m as per direction of Engineer-in-charge at all levels.

Dismantling and clearing away any thickness of rubble, brick, laterite in CM including disposal of debris as per directions within a distance of 150 m.

Dismantling the existing structural carefully without damaging the remaining portions including conveying and stacking at places pointed out & removal of debris if any within a lead of 150 m.

Removing hard/medium rock (measured in solid) using chemical/suitable mechanical means/ by drilling holes of 50 mm or suitable dia,depth up to 600 mm and splitting using hydrallic splitter etc as per site condition with all labour,equipment and supervision charges etc. complete as per deptl instructions and without blasting at all depths, conveying to suitable places as pointed out for measurement with an initial lead up to 100 meter ( 15 % deduction will be made if measured loose in stacks)

Earth work excavation in all classes of soil including narrickal but excluding hard rock which require blasting including back filling in basement & sides of foundation, depositing on bank within an initial lead of 150 m including breaking clods, watering, ramming and sectioning of spoil bank etc.complete upto 1.5m depth from ground level

Earth work excavation in all classes of soil including narrickal but excluding hard rock which require blasting including back filling in basement & sides of foundation, depositing on bank within an initial lead of 50 m including breaking clods, watering, ramming and sectioning of spoil bank etc.complete- From 1.5 m to 3 m from ground level.

Earth work excavation in all classes of soil including narrickal but excluding hard rock which require blasting including back filling in basement & sides of foundation, depositing on bank within an initial lead of 50 m including breaking clods, watering, ramming and sectioning of spoil bank etc.complete- From 3.00 m to 4.50 m from ground level.

Cement Concrete 1:4:8 using 40 mm hard granite broken stone including all charges for mixing concrete, laying, consolidating, curing etc.complete for foundation leveling course, flooring etc.complete as per deptl.instructions.

Random rubble Masonry in CM 1:6 using departmental rubble for foundation and basement excluding cost of cement

Cement block masonry work in CM 1:6 using good quality approved cement blocks including charges for conveying and as per departmental instructions for foundation and basement excluding cost of cement

RCC work in 1:1½:3 nominal mix using 20 mm and downgrade hard granite broken stone including all charges for mixing concrete, laying, consolidating, curing etc.complete but excluding cost of form work & reinforcement works- For foundation footings, bottom & sides of trenches, equipment foundations, plinth beams, lintels, slabs, columns & beams etc.up to 5 m from ground level.

Reinforced cement concrete work in 1:1½:3 nominal mix for precast cover slabs (perforated/non perforated) using 20 mm nominal size graded hard granite broken stones and M sand including all charges for form work, mixing, laying, consolidating, curing, handling, transporting, loading, unloading, keeping and fixing in position after removing the existing damaged cover slabs (if any) etc., complete but excluding cost of reinforcement works.

Providing formwork to cement concrete and RCC works with necessary plywood/steel sheet, steel joists, runners, struts, wooden planks etc. including removal after completion at all levels for foundation footings, drain base slabs ,wall sides etc straight sided.

Providing reinforcements to RCC works with MS / Tor steel rods including all charges for conveying, straightening/uncoiling, cutting, bending, placing rods in position & tying with GI / black annealed tying wire of suitable gauge etc. complete excluding cost of Reinforcement (Reinforcement rods will be supplied by FACT at General stores at Ambalamedu)

Cement plastering with CM 1:4,12 mm thick one coat floated hard and trowelled smooth at all levels,excluding cost of cement

Conveying Acid proof bricks/ Refractory bricks & powder and solution etc. from store and lining to walls, drains, floors & foundations etc. at all levels as per standard specifications including scaffolding work if required (Bricks & other lining materials will be supplied by company free of cost at our stores)

Pointing the Acid proof /Refractory lining with suitable cement after cleaning the surface thoroughly by brushing to remove rust, dust, dirt & any other foreign materials including necessary scaffolding at all heights as per instructions at site(The mortar materials will be supplied by the company free of cost at our stores)

Fabrication and erection of structural steel works bolted or welded as per drawings at all levels for trusses, ladders splices, frame work, base plates, HD bolts, purling, cleats, struts etc. including drilling, welding, cleaning the structural, erecting and painting with two coats of zinc chromate primer (one shop coat and one coat after erection) and two coats of chemical resistant enamel paint of approved quality and colour over the primer including supply of necessary MS bolts and nuts other than holding down bolts (Structural, gas & electrodes will be supplied free of cost by the Company)

Taking & refixing RCC cove r/ cable trench/ other slabs at site including grouting if required, for all sizes

Providing JCB Excavator or similar equipment for the removal of earth, waste, debris etc.including equipment hire charges, fuel charges, and operator’s charges etc.complete.

Providing back dumping truck (Tipper Lorry) for transporting earth, waste,debris etc including hire charges for truck, fuel charges and operator’s charges etc.complete (Min.8 Hrs per day).

Collecting ,conveying and Disposal of building rubbish / debris / similar unserviceable, dismantled or waste materials by manual/ mechanical means, including loading, transporting, unloading to approved areas for filling, spreading in layers as per directions of Engineer-in-charge (20%deduction will be made if measured loose in lorries/from stack) - For an average lead of 2 KM
