Charges for withdrawing of 5 H.P. (K.S.B.) make Submersible pump motor set with column pipes from the existing tubewell after dis-conneccting the plumbing line and electrical connection with the help of spl. type tools & tackles & Chainpully block on tripoid stand.

Supply and installation of 440 Volts 2900 R.P.M. 5 H.P. submersible pump motor set (Make - K.S.B.) Model No.- BPD 262/5A + UMAI 150 - 3/22 into the tubewell incl. errection of tripoid stand by co's own tools & tackles. with Supplying , fitting and fixing 80mm dia. G.I. pipe medium Quality ( Make - TATA ) - 30 Mtrs., with all necessary 80 mm dia. G.I. accessories Socket - 6 Nos , Nipple - 2 Nos, Rubber insertion cloth - 2 Nos, Nut & bolts - 12 Nos.etc. including cutting pipes , making threads , fitting , fixing etc. complete in all respect including cost of all necessary fittings as required , jointing materials and two coats of approved paint .

Charges for opening out the 5 H.P. (K.S.B.) make submersible motor part by part and all its components and refixing the same after changing the necy. spares & parts.

Charges for complete dismentling the winding of 5 H.P. submersible motor inclu. S & F new-winding with P.V.C. coated copper wire inclu. internal connection and cable complete as per G.S.

Supply & changing Roter sleeve bush.

– do – the top and bottom bush.

Charges for turning and polishing of the motor roter shaft.

Complete repairing thrust bearing assembly incl. supplying & fixing of clatch liner and clatch plate with bolts (V-6).

S&F the 2.5 sq.mm. 3 core flat copper P.V.C. coated submersible motor cable (Make-Finolex).

Charges for opening out the pump part by part and all its components and refitting the same after changing the necy. spares & parts.

Supply & changing the discharges head bush.

– do – the shaft protection sleev bush.

– do – the runing casing bush.

– do – the neck ring.

– do – the key for pump.

– do – the Bowl (C.I) for pump.

Charges for turning and polishing the casing for pump.

Charges for turning and polishing the pump shaft.

Matalizing the worn out portion of the impeller and machining the same.

Charges for jointing 3 core, 2.5 sq.mm. flat P.V.C. submersible cable with S/F necy. Water insulating tape.

Through checking & cleaning the pannel board including starter and main switch including S/changing nut & bolts etc. as direction of E.I.C.

Painting the pump motor set with 2 (two) coats of approved paints over one coat of R.O. primer.

Carrying charges for pump motor set from work site to Co.'s workshop and Co.'s workshop to back after repairing including loading & unloading (Up & down).

Part B: State Youth Hostel (Annex)

Charges for Withdrawing of 10 H.P. (Kirloskar) make monoblock submersible pump motor set from 15'ft depth U.G. reservoir incl. dis-conneccting the plumbing lines and electrical connection and re-installation the same 10 H.P.(Kirloskar) make monoblock submersible pump motor set after repair and commission after connecting the plumbing line and electrical connection incl. removed and refixing by co's own tools and tackles as reqd.

Charges for Withdrawing of 10 H.P. (Kirloskar) make monoblock submersible pump motor set from 15'ft depth U.G. reservoir incl . dis - conneccting the plumbing lines and electrical connection by co's own tools and tackles as reqd .

Supply & installation of 10 H.P. ( 440V ) 2900 R.P.M. monoblock submersible pump motor set ( Make - Kirloskar ) by tools & tackles & manual labour ( Model No - KOS - 1050 +) with Supplying , fitting and fixing 80mm dia. G.I. pipe medium Quality ( Make - TATA ) - 36 Mtrs, with all necessary 80 mm dia. G.I. accessories Socket - 6 Nos , Nipple - 6 Nos, Bend - 2 Nos, Rubber insertion cloth - 8 Nos, Nut & bolts - 50 Nos.etc. including cutting pipes , making threads , fitting , fixing etc. complete in all respect including cost of all necessary fittings as required , jointing materials and two coats of approved paint .

Cost of lifting of 10 H.P. (K.S.B) make submersible pump motor set with column pipe after disconnecting the plumbing line and electrical connection and re-installation of another 10 H.P. (K.S.B) make submersible pump motor set and commission after connecting the plumbing line and electrical connection incl. removed and refixing by co's own tools and tackles and Chainpully block on tripoid stand.

Charges for opening out the 10 H.P.(K.S.B) make submersible motor part by part and all its components and refitting the same after changing the necy spares & parts.

Through checking & cleaning the pannel board including starter and main switch including S/changing nut & bolts etc. as direction of E.I.C

Painting the pump motor set after Scraping out the old paints over one coat of R.O. Primer and 2 (two) coats of approved paint.

Carrying charges for pump motor set from work site to Co.'s workshop and Co.'s workshop to back after repairing including loading & unloading (Up & down).
