Compact Pre - Fabricated Packaged Sub -Station (as per IEC-60694/IS-3427) 11kV/433V consisting of 3 way SF6/VCB insulated compact RMU, oil cooled CRGO/Amoprhous Core Star - 2 Rated (5 -Star) Transformer and LT section with one MCCB / ACB as incoming and following outgoing MCCB feeders and with enclosure made of electronically galvanized steel sheet (min 2 mm Thickness) with powder coated finish, Copper bus-bar with LT Metering facility 1000 kVA Copper Wound Transformer, 1600 Amps ACB 50 kA 4 pole EDO type with microprocessor based protections for LT incomer and 1 Nos. 1200 Amps ACB 50 kA 4 pole EDO type with microprocessor based protections as outgoing feeder + 1 No. 250 Amps MCCB 4 pole 36 kA static based O/C and S/C protections Based for LT out going.

Removal of existing LT panel board consists of of 1600 A 5 nos ACBs / 6 nos of 800A ACBs total 11 nos veritcal panels as directed by engineer in-charge with all tools, tackles, crane, labour etc.

Removal of existing 1000KVA 11KV/433V distribution transformer with out damage to the adjecent equipment to VPA general store as directed by engineer-in charge with all tools, tackles, crane, labour etc

Supply, Installation, Testing & Commissioning of HT metering cubical panel as approved By DISCOMs fabricated out of 14 SWG CRCA sheet steel in two compartment & MS angle of size 60mmX6mm having provision for Following: Makes: As per list of recommended brands. (i) supply and providing of Tri-vector Meter (To be supplied by bidder as per DISCOM standards) ; (ii) supply and providing of combined CT PT Set (To be supplied by bidder as per DISCOM standard ); (iii)TT Block ; (iv) 6mm Bakelite sheet on all sides.

Supply fixing testing commissioning of modems auto re-close & sectionalizers to existing RMU as directed by Engr. I/c complete with all materials labour tools and tackles.
