3 PSC poles, Pole Fabrication, and consumer service wire shall be collected by the contractor from the concerned sub-division store as per the

requirement. Materials other than those under the scope of the Supplier shall be supplied by the Purchaser i.e. DISCOM, as per the terms

and conditions of the tender.

4 The quantity mentioned in the schedule is tentative and may vary based on the actual site requirements during the execution of the work.

In case of any quantity variation identified after the site survey conducted by the successful bidder, prior approval must be obtained from

the DISCOM and the GPRD Cell.
