Providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness 1 mm, of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete.

Distempering with dry distemper of approved brand and manufacture (two or more coats) of required shade on new work, over and including water thinnable priming coat to give an even shade.

CHAPTER-II- PARTITION, DOOR & WINDOW Providing and fixing in position factory made EPS cement sandwich wall/roof/floor light weight solid core panels madeof core material of EPS granule balls/beads (conforming to IS4671:1984 and shall have density not less than 15kg per cum)adhesive, cement, sand, flyash and other bonding material inmortar state processed to form in a preset mould. The outerface on both sides of the panels will be non asbestos fibercement board confirming to IS 14862:2000 or Calcium silicateboard confirming to EN 14306:2009 of 5mm thick each. Panelshall be laid on 6mm thick cement mortar (1 cement: 2 finesand) mixed with chemical adhesive of 0.5kg per 50kg ofcement or shall be preferably fixed into ‘C’ channel made of1.2mm thick MS plate screwed/fastenened to the slab/column/beam etc. The panel shall fixed vertically with tongue andgroove joint and horizontally locked with steel bar betweeneach other and floors and filled with cement mortar andadhesive. Panels should be used as floor & roofing withadditional structural support, steel or RCC depending uponthe design. All the operation shall be completed in all respectas per drawings, Manufacturers specifications and under theoverall direction of Engineer-in-Charge (Cost of all the material is included except “C channel” which will be paid seperately). CHAPTER-VI- PEB Designing, Fabricating, Supplying & Erecting the superstructure of warehouse at Rajarhat, Kolkata as per approved drawing and specifications.The work shall be executed with supply and erection of steel columns, steel rafters, ties, bracings, purlins, sag rods, nut bolts, washers etc.,cold formed Z/C sections profiled sheeting in roof, side cladding and gable end cladding as per technical specifications including supply and fixing in foundation of all specials, such as foundation bolts, base plates and other embedment, screw and EDP washers, GRP sheets 2 mm thick of desired close fitting profile, barge board, ridges and hips etc, flashings and other suitable accessories to provide a weatherproof and well detailed structure. The work also involves providing and fixing suitable steel frame both hand operated rolling shutter one no as approved by Engineer-in-charge in 24 gauge Galvalum colour coated sheet including G.P. Sheet assembly, necessary fixture all complete as per drawing (plan area of each floor to be measured for payment purpose) All the steel work including rolling shutters as specified in the drawing and specifications shall be painted with two coates of approved quality zinc chromate primer and two coats of synthetic enamel paint. Necessary holes for fixing of electrical conduits & for suspending of luminaries shall be included in this scope. The entire work shall be as per specification & scope as detailed in this tender & in the specified time. The Contractor shall submit detailed design & drawings for complete warehouse including loads for foundation design for approval of Engineer-in-charge. Any modification suggested by Engineer-in-charge shall be carried out for which no seperate payment will be made. The rate shall include cost of manual operated rolling shutters as per size & numbers shown in the tender drawing. Rolling shutters shall be made out of 80 x 1.25 mm M. S. Lathe with allied accessories including cost of MS top ball bearing, 27.5 cm long wire spring grade No. 2, etc. as per IS : 6248. CHAPTER-VII- FURNITURE Supplying and placing in position, High back chair High Back of or approved. The seat & back are made up of 12mm thick hot pressed plywood, upholstered with fabric & moulded with Polyurethane foam together with moulded ABS seat and back covers. The back foam should designed with contoured lumbar support for extra comfort. High back size 475 mm Width x 695 mm Height and seat size 470 mm Width x 480 mm.The polyurethane foam should be moulded with density 45 kg/m3 and hardness 16 +/2 kgf on hampdem machine at 25% compression. Armrest are injection moulded from black copolymer polypropylene. The mechanism should be fixed 360 degree revolving type, Upright position locking, tilt tension adjustment, seat back tilting ratio 1:3. The pneumatic height adjustment has an adjustment stroke of 12 cm. The pedestal should be injection moulded in black 33% glass filled in nylon 66 with 5 nos twin wheel castors. The pedestal should be 660mm pitch-center dia.

Providing and fixing / placing of 400 mm deep x 1600 mm length & 450 mm height filing cabinetry as per approved design and sample, fabricated with 19 mm thick water proof commercial block board in top, bottom, sides, shelves and shutters, 6 mm thick water proof commercial plywood at back. 1 mm thick lamination on all exposed sides , Locking arrangement in all shutters ,3 to 4 mm thk Teak wood / Cedar wood margin or PVC edge bending on all straight, side and top on all exposed edges of shelves, shutters and cabinet, complete with all labour and material, Painting and polishing with polyurethane finish, all hardware as instructed, nails, screws, glue etc. complete in all respect as instructed by Engineer-in-Charge.
