Material and labour for brick work with sub class B bricks old size bricks, straight or curved on plan any radius in cement mortar (1:4) in half brick thick wall, complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for Pre cast Reinforced cement concrete using cement concrete Type B-0, 1:2:4 (12.50mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in pre cast lintles/bands upto 1.5m clear span, parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height, copings, and the like including providing 30 x 30mm size groove on one side of lintle for securing pre cast WPC jalli all as specified and as directed.
Taking down cement or cement lime plaster of any description on brick or stone walls etc including racking out joints, hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer–in–Charge.
M&L rough cast plaster complete as specified in SSR Part–I, clause 14.22 shall consisting of following:– firstly apply 10mm thick under coat using ready mix mortar while still it is in plastic state the rough cast mixture consisting of crushed stone or fine gravel agg. which is generally of size between 6 to 12 mm depending on texture required mixed with coarse sand and cement in the ratio 1:1:1 shall be applied, complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer–in–Charge.
M&L for rendering 15mm thick in cement plaster 1:4 on any faces of brick work or concrete wall surfaces and finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer–in–Charge.
M&L for rendering 10mm thick in cement plaster 1:4 in narrow widths on any faces of brick work or concrete wall surfaces and finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer–in charge.
Material and labour for flush pointing to brick walls in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.
Material and labour for preparation of new plastered /concrete surface of wall applying of two coats of cement base paint over a coat chalk whitening complete all as specified and directed.
Material and labour for preparation of new plaster surface on walls and applying three coats of white or colour wash, complete, all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
Dismantling structural steel work including doors, gates, but excluding framed trusses etc complete all as specified and as directed by the Engr–in–Charge.

Material and labour for plain cement concrete 1:3:6, type C-1 (using 20mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregate), as in surface channels and drains complete, all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
M&L extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 30 cm inner girth in cement concrete using extra cement including forms, mould, mitred/ stopped end etc complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer–in–Charge.
Supply and fixing in repair, in trenches, 300mm bore, reinforced cement concrete hume pipe, class NP-2, laid and jointed, complete, with collars all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
Dismantling dilapated /decayed posts or struts (wood, steel or R.C.C.) of any section /height, including taking out embedded portion, embedded in concrete /brick work /masonry /natural ground and each n exc 0.5 cum in volume below GL, getting out and removing surplus soil to a distance n exc 50 m and making good complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer–in–Charge.

S&F for mild steel section of any type or size as in posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc. flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc., and similar work conforming to Fe–290 Gde E–165 complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer–in–Charge.
Material and labour for mild steel round bars 10mm dia and over ,cut to length, bent to shape, hooking ends for chain link fencing, complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
Supply and fixing for mild steel screw bolts (machine made) of 10 mm dia, with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other and screwed end to be fitted with round washers and one hexagonal or square nut, length of bolt not exc 5 cm long complete, all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
Dismantling of barbed wire mesh fencing of any type/size and in any position, neatly coiled and removing from site complete, all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
Fixing only chain link fencing including line wires, any mesh, size and type to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts, etc. including provision of binding wire complete, all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for preparation of new steel and iron surfaces of any description, not otherwise described, over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer, complete, all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
Supply and fixing, as in repair, galvanized, 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanized mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc. as directed (each line wire to be measured), complete, all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
Material and labour for preparation old painted steel surfaces of any description not otherwise described over 10 cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint, complete, all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & Labour for providing and fixing stainless steel (Grade 304) as in railing/ grills/ ladders etc made of hollow tubes, channels, plates etc., including welding, grinding, buffing, polishing and making curvature (where ever required) and fitting the same with necessary stainless steel nuts and bolts complete, including fixing the railing with necessary accessories & stainless steel dash fasteners, stainless steel bolts etc., of required size, on the top of floor or the side of waist slab with suitable arrangement, complete, all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
