Earth work in surface excavation not exceeding 30 cm (thirty centimetre) in (Hydraulic excavator)/ manual means over areas (exceeding 30 cm (thirty centimetre) in depth, 1.5 m (one point five metre) in width as well as 10 sqm (ten square metre) on plan) including getting out and disposal of excavated earth upto any lead and lift . The less credit for useful stone of soft blasting 171.41 cum (one hundred seventy one point four one cubic metre) @ Rs, 300.00 per cubic metre (three hundred) as directed by Engineer-incharge.as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge with in all leads and lifts and other incidentals. The rate includes, octroi, Malkhana , Toll tax , Goods and Service Tax, building and other constrcution worker, welfare cess royalty or any other tax, levy or cess in respect of input for or output by this contract shall be payable by the contractor and Government shall not entertain any claim whatsoever in this respect of the same.

(i) Ordinary rock

Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) / manual means in foundation trenches or drains not exceeding 1.5 m (one point five metre) in width or 10 sqm (ten square metre) on plan, including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift upto 1.5 m (one point five metre), including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, within any lead .All kinds of soil.as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge with in all leads and lifts and other incidentals. The rate includes, octroi, Malkhana , Toll tax , Goods and Service Tax, building and other constrcution worker, welfare cess royalty or any other tax, levy or cess in respect of input for or output by this contract shall be payable by the contractor and Government shall not entertain any claim whatsoever in this respect of the same.

Centering, shuttering including strutting and propping etcetra and removal of form work including carriage of materials ,within all leads lifts and other incidentals as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. The rate includes, octroi, Malkhana , Toll tax , Goods Service Tax, building and other constrcution worker, welfare cess royalty or any other tax, levy or cess in respect of input for or output by this contract shall be payable by the contractor and Government shall not entertain any claim whatsoever in this respect of the same.

(i) Foundations, footings, bases of columns etc and mass concrete.

(ii) Columns, Pillars, Piers, Abutments, Posts and Struts

(iii) Suspended floors, roofs, landings, balconies and access platform

(iv) Retaining walls, return walls, walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters, buttresses, plinth and string courses fillets, kerbs and steps etc

(v) Edges of slabs and breaks in floors and walls Under 20 cm wide

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level 1:4:8 (one cement : four coarse sand : eight graded stone aggregate) 40 mm (forty millimetre nominal size) as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge with in all leads and lifts and other incidentals. The rate includes, octroi, Malkhana , Toll tax , Goods and Service Tax, building and other constrcution worker, welfare cess royalty or any other tax, levy or cess in respect of input for or output by this contract shall be payable by the contractor and Government shall not entertain any claim whatsoever in this respect of the same.

Providing and laying mechanically mixed reinforced cement concrete M-20 (M- twenty) 1:2:4 (one cement: two coarse sand: four graded/crushed stone aggregate 20mm (Twenty millimetre) nominal size with cement content not less than 350 kg (three hundred fifty kilogram) as per specification and curing complete but excluding cost of form work in foundation and plinth including all heights/depths as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge with in all leads and lifts and other incidentals. The rate includes, octroi, Malkhana , Toll tax , Goods and Service Tax, building and other constrcution worker, welfare cess royalty or any other tax, levy or cess in respect of input for or output by this contract shall be payable by the contractor and Government shall not entertain any claim whatsoever in this respect of the same.

Providing and laying in position machine batched and machine mixed design mix M-25 (twenty five) grade cement concrete for reinforced cement concrete work, using cement content not less than 400 kg (four hundred kilogram) per cubic metre as per approved design mix, including pumping of concrete to site of laying but excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement, including admixtures in recommended proportions as per IS: 9103 to accelerate, retard setting of concrete, improve workability without impairing strength and durability as per direction of Engineer-in-charge including carriage of materials ,within all leads lifts and other incidentals as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. The rate includes, octroi, Malkhana, Toll tax , Goods Service Tax, building and other constrcution worker, welfare cess royalty or any other tax, levy or cess in respect of input for or output by this contract shall be payable by the contractor and Government shall not entertain any claim whatsoever in this respect of the same.

Providing Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-500D or more. steel reinforcement for Reinforced Cement Concrete work including cutting bending, binding straighting and placing in position complete in all heights including cost of binding wires completed and other incidentals due for its completion for all floors . including carriage of materials ,within all leads lifts and other incidentals as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. The rate includes, octroi, Malkhana , Toll tax , Goods Service Tax, building and other constrcution worker, welfare cess royalty or any other tax, levy or cess in respect of input for or output by this contract shall be payable by the contractor and Government shall not entertain any claim whatsoever in this respect of the same.

Providing Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-500D or more. steel reinforcement for Reinforced Cement Concrete work ready to use "cut and bend" rebars of approved make from factory/workshop to construction site including bending, binding straighting and placing in position complete in all heights including cost of binding wires completed and other incidentals due for its completion for all floors . including carriage of materials ,within all leads lifts and other incidentals as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. The rate includes, octroi, Malkhana , Toll tax , Goods Service Tax, building and other constrcution worker, welfare cess royalty or any other tax, levy or cess in respect of input for or output by this contract shall be payable by the contractor and Government shall not entertain any claim whatsoever in this respect of the same.

Stone soling/ boulder filling dry handed packed in under floor as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge with in all leads and lifts and other incidentals. The rate includes, octroi, Malkhana , Toll tax , Goods and Service Tax, building and other constrcution worker, welfare cess royalty or any other tax, levy or cess in respect of input for or output by this contract shall be payable by the contractor and Government shall not entertain any claim whatsoever in this respect of the same.

Providing and laying flamed finish Granite Flamed finish granite stone slab Jet Black, Cherry Red, Elite Brown, Cat Eye or equivalent stone flooring in required design and patterns, in linear as well as curvilinear portions of the building all complete as per the architectural drawings with 18 mm (eighteen millimetre) thick stone slab over 20 mm ( twenty millimetre) average thick base of cement mortar 1:4 (one cement : four coarse sand) laid and jointed with cement slurry and pointing with white cement slurry admixed with pigment of matching shade including rubbing, curing and polishing etc. all complete as specified including carriage of materials ,within all leads lifts and other incidentals as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. The rate includes, octroi, Malkhana , Toll tax , Goods Service Tax, building and other constrcution worker, welfare cess royalty or any other tax, levy or cess in respect of input for or output by this contract shall be payable by the contractor and Government shall not entertain any claim whatsoever in this respect of the same.

12mm (twelve millimetres) cement plaster in single coat on fair side of brick/concrete/stone walls for interior plastering including arrises, internal rounded angles, chamfers, and/or rounded angles not exceeding 80mm (Eighty millimetres) in girth and finished even and smooth in cement mortar 1:6 (One cement : six fine sand) upto all floor level in all heights and curing complete upto all floor levels in all heights/ depth including carriage of materials with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals as per direction of Engineer - in - charge . The rate includes, octroi, Malkhana , Toll tax , Goods Service Tax, building and other constrcution worker, welfare cess royalty or any other tax, levy or cess in respect of input for or output by this contract shall be payable by the contractor and Government shall not entertain any claim whatsoever in this respect of the same.

6mm (six millimetre) thick cement plaster to ceiling in cement mortar 1:3 ( one cement : three fine sand) upto all floor levels in all heights/ depth including carriage of materials with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals as per direction of Engineer - in - charge . The rate includes, octroi, Malkhana , Toll tax , Goods Service Tax, building and other constrcution worker, welfare cess royalty or any other tax, levy or cess in respect of input for or output by this contract shall be payable by the contractor and Government shall not entertain any claim whatsoever in this respect of the same.

White washing on ceiling with lime on undecorated wall surfaces two coats to give an even shade including throughly brooming the surface to remove all dirt dust mortar dirt and other foreign matter. including carriage of materials with in all leads lifts and other incidentals as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.The rate includes, octroi, Malkhana , Toll tax , Goods and Service Tax, building and other construction worker, welfare cess royalty or any other tax, levy or cess in respect of input for or output by this contract shall be payable by the contractor and Government shall not entertain any claim whatsoever in this respect of the same.
