Providing and laying vitrified floor tiles in different sizes (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to IS: 15622, of approved make, in all colours and shades, laid on 20mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand), jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3 kg/ sqm including grouting the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc., complete. Size of Tile 800x800 mm

ROOF WORK

Providing and fixing precoated galvanised iron profile sheets (size, shape and pitch of corrugation as approved by Engineer-in-charge) 0.50 mm (+ 0.05 %) total coated thickness with zinc coating 120 grams per sqm as per IS: 277, in 240 mpa steel grade, 5-7 microns epoxy primer on both side of the sheet and polyester top coat 15-18 microns. Sheet should have protective guard film of 25 microns minimum to avoid scratches during transportation and should be supplied in single length upto 12 metre or as desired by Engineer in- charge. The sheet shall be fixed using self drilling /self tapping screws of size (5.5x 55 mm) with EPDM seal, complete upto any pitch in horizontal/ vertical or curved surfaces, excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses and including cutting to size and shape wherever required.

FINISHING WORK

12 mm cement plaster of mix : 1:4 (1 cement: 4 Coarse sand)

15 mm cement plaster on rough side of single or half brick wall of mix:1:4 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand)

Providing and applying plaster of paris putty of 2 mm thickness over plastered surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete.

Finishing wall with water proofing cement paint of required shade. New work (Two or more coats applied @ 3.84kg/10sqm)

DISMANTLING AND DEMOLISHING

ROAD WORK

Providing and laying 75 mm thick compacted bed of dry brick aggregate of 40 mm thick nominal size including spreading, well ramming, consolidating and grouting with jamuna sand, including finishing smooth etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate (size range 53 mm to 0.075 mm ) to wet mix macadam (WMM) specification including premixing the material with water at OMC in for all leads & lifts, laying in uniform layers manualy in sub- base / base course on well prepared surface and compacting with rammers, complete as per specifications and directions of Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking out existing CC interlocking paver blocks from foot paths /central verge/plinth protection, including removal of rubbish etc., disposal of unserviceable material to the dumping ground, for which payment shall be made separately and stacking of serviceable material within 50 metre lead as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and injecting approved grout in proportion recommended by the manufacturer into cracks / honey-comb area of concrete / masonry by suitable gun/pump at required pressure including cutting of nipples after curing etc. complete as per directions of Engineer-in-Charge. Stirrer mixed Acrylic Polymer of approved make @ 2% of weight of cement used) modified Cement slurry made with non shrink compound in concrete/ RCC / masonry work. (The payment shall be made on the basis of actual weight of approved grout injected.)

Providing and inserting 12mm dia galvanised steel injection nipple in honey comb area and along crack line including drilling of holes of required diameter (20mm to 30mm) up to depth from 30mm to 80mm at required spacing and making the hole & crack dust free by blowing compressed air, sealing the distance between injection nipple with adhesive chemical of approved make and allow it to cure complete as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge.

Providing, mixing and applying SBR polymer (of approved make @ minimum 2% by wt. of cement used) modified plain/reinforced cement concrete 1:1:2 (1 cement : 1 coarse sand : 2 graded stone aggregate 10 mm nominal size) by volume, for filing in cracks in masonry, with specified average thickness as per direction of Engineer-In-charge complete in all respect. Note: Rates shall be for finished surface area of concrete and shall include the cost of labour, concrete and appropriate approved Super-Plasticiser for rendering concrete as flowable and SBR polymer but shall exclude cost of reinforcement, bond coat, Shear Keys, centering and shuttering, strutting, propping etc (Payment under this item shall be made only after proper wet curing has been done and surface has been satisfactorily evaluated by sounding/tapping with a blunt metal instrument)

Providing and fixing welded wire fabric mesh of 1 mm dia G.I. wire mesh, with 25 mm pitch in both the directions, with nails on the walls as per instructions of Engineer-in-charge.

Hacking, scabbling and scarifying the existing cement concrete surface by chiselling using mechanical scabblers or by labour to remove the top skin complete including exposing the stone aggregate, washing with weak acid and fresh water thoroughly and disposal of all rubbish out side the operational area with all leads and lifts complete as per directions of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Making chase in brick wall of size 75mm x 25mm

Providing and applying bonding course of cement mortar 1:1 (1 cement : 1 coarse sand) @ 2.2 kg cement per sqm of surface area on the cleaned surface of cement concrete slab/floor by cement mortar spray gun to receive the cement concrete flooring overlay.

Cement concrete flooring 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) laid over a bonding cement slurry 1:1 (1 cement : 1 coarse sand), but excluding the cost of floating coat of neat cement and nosing of steps etc. complete. - Varying thickness 20mm to 120mm.

20 mm thick cement concrete flooring with concrete hardener, consisting of mix 1:2 (1 cement hardener mix : 2 graded stone aggregate 6 mm nominal size) by volume, hardening compound mixed @ 2 litre per 50 kg of cement or as per manufacturer's specifications.
