RequiredThe tender participating company must certify that it is confirming to iso 9001-2015 standards, the copy of the same must be attached which is valid and must be accessible to check in online, the certificate must be mentioned with the name of the vehicle used as per tender (party shall be rejected without following any of the above guidelines)
RequiredThe participants of this enquiry must visit municipal office for discussing with engineering department, about the design of the vehicle and can participate against the approval only visit proof must be attached
RequiredThe bidder must have at least 10 yrs of automobile experience within TG government organizations in sales and service of the vehicles, automobile experience must be attached for last 10 yrd in the form of order copies. This must be supplied by tender participant not to support by others with their documents, we shall enquire the other organizations regarding after sales service and spare support
RequiredThe bidder must have experience with the Telangana government organizations in service of any vehicles and spare parts at least for last 3 years, must have done 50 lakhs of repairs & service every year for last 3 years in Telangana government organizations. Vehicle purchase orders or other works shall not be uploaded to this condition. Bidder shall be rejected if service orders not uploaded.
RequiredThe bidder must have a service workshop and spares store in Telangana state for easily getting material on time and timely service (our engineers may visit the workshop before finalizing the tender shall qualify against the satisfactory
RequiredThe machine must be exactly as per technical details given and also with all the above documents, any deviations in it the participants shall be rejected
RequiredThe bidder must have manufacturing facility in Telangana only
RequiredBidder must upload the photos of machinery infrastructure of the facility. The manufacturing facility must be in the name of bidder only. Proof of the same must be attached. Our engineering team will enquire all about this and accordingly qualify the bidder.
RequiredAt least 10 SSCJ Vehicles must be supplied to Telangana government organizations so far
