REPAIR/ REPLACEMENT OF PATHWAY, HARD STANDING, ROLLING SHUTTERS AND MISC CONNECTED ITEMS IN MD/ OTM ACCN AT GANDHINAGAR MIL STN

Taking down steel rolling shutter push pull or manual type or gear operated type including top hood cover anchoring rod, hasp and staple etc and refixing same in position after necessary repairs such as cleaning,replacement of rusted nuts and bolts with required / welding grinding and all moving parts,guide rail including greasing the guide rail gear worm, gear box ,adjusting anchoring rod ,straining tensile spring etc as required to make rolling shutter fuctional and making good any damage to the existing shutters to the area of Shutters exc 5 Sqm but n exc 10 Sqm each complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of newly/existing steel surface to received painting by coating with mordent solution including washing and cleaning etc over 10cm width or girth and applying two coat of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed. Note : The rate quoted by tenderer is deemed to included in item for painting any type of Rolling shutters and any type of doors including any height and width at Mil Stn Gandhinagar shall be made good by contractor without any extra cost to the Govt.

Taking down existing unserviceable rolling shutter / rolling shutters top cover complete of any size and any type and removing from site complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 1mm thick laths Steel rolling shutters, with out ball bearing, as specified including top cover,guide rail ,anchoring rod, hasp and staple and one shop coat of primer; erected in position as indicated, complete: push pull or manual type complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in repairs 50mm dia GI Pipe “light grade for rolling shutter for smooth functioning, of old rolling shutter and removal of old pipe From site all as directed.

S & F for rolling shutters top cover fabricated to required shape and size made out of 1.00 mm (20 gauge) thick M S sheet including necessary fixtures and fastening with one shop coat of redoxide primer complete all as directed.

S & F in repairs Gear box assembly for rolling shutter including rod, required nuts, bolts, cleats, crank handle etc. complete of standard make and fixed in position including one coat of primer including removal of old gear box assembly and other accessories all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (un-renforced) in ground floor and paving not exc. 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level.) & removal of rubbish material complete all as directed by Engineer-in-charge and complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 75 mm thick PCC 1:4:8 type D -2 using 40 mm graded aggregate as in sub base complete all as specified& directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Providing and laying prepolished cement concrete Chequered tiles 30cmx30cmx25mm thick, with approved colour, design & pattern as in footparth, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc., of required strength, thickness & size/ shape heavy duty , set,jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors with mixture of white and grey cement in equal proportion & no pigment over screed bed 15mm thick 1:6 cement mortar complete all as specified & directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for 100 mm thick PCC 1:4:8 type D -2 using 40 mm graded aggregate as in sub base complete all as specified& directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Providing and laying 60mm thick factory made chamfered edge cement concrete paver block of M-35 grade with approved colour, design & pattern as in footparth, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc., of required strength, thickness & size/ shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of fine sand, compacting and proper embedding/ laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand; complete all as specified and directed.

Providing and laying 80mm thick factory made chamfered edge cement concrete paver block of M-30 grade with approved colour, design & pattern as in footparth, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc., of required strength, thickness & size/ shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of fine sand, compacting and proper embedding/ laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand; complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 75 mm thick PCC 1:3:6 type C1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in plinth protection surface finished fair and even complete all as specified.

M&L for 25 thick cement concrete 1:2:4, type B-1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in levelling coarse for tiles complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour 10mm thick coloured parking tiles (square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.08 sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm as in floors, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of tiles over & including 15mm thick screed bed in cement & sand mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L machine cut kota stone slab flooring 20-25mm thick and area of each tile exceeding 0.18 sqm but not exceeding 0.38 sqm over cement screed base laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing over screed bed 15mm thick 1:6 cement mortar complete all as specified& directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Dismantling floor tiles/stone, hearth or wall tiling/kerb stone including cement mortar bedding but not backing removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish of the premises complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for sand filling under floor or in foundation including spreading & ramming and levelling in layer not exc 25cm thick complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for except interlocking paver block any shape and size of 60 mm thickness complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 16-18mm thick Granite (of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) in steps, dado,vertical surface , pillars, and like including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite over 10mm thick rendering cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 16-18mm thick Granite (of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, window- cills, cooking platforms , floor etc and like including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite over 15mm thick screed bed cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Granite/green marble stone any description providing edge moulding to 16-18mm thick stone of counters vanities etc. including machine polishing to edge to give high gloss finish etc. complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Glazed ceramic coloured tiles in vertical surface 600x300x 7 mm/ 450X 350X 7mm thick set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colour cement to match the shade of the tiles and over 10 mm thick rendring in cm 1:4 complete all as specified & directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Providing and laying at or near ground level factory made kerb stone of M-25 grade cement concrete in position to the required line, level and curvature, jointed with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand), including making joints with or without grooves (thickness of joints except at sharp curve shall not to more than 5 mm), including making drainage opening wherever required complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling posts or struts (wood, steel or R.C.C.) embedded in concrete,brick work,masonary etc. any section, including taking out embedded portion and making good disturbed ground complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in post holes each not exc 0.5 cum, getting out soft/loose soil , returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around in layers not exc 25cm, watering and removing surplush soil to a distance n exc 50m and making good surface complete all as directed by Engineer-in-charge complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC Type C2 1:3:6 (40 mm graded aggregate) Cement concrete in foundations, filling and mass-concrete complete all as specified & directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M & L pre stressed pre cast RCC (M-25 grade) column cross section 150 mm x 150 mm with contineous vertical grooves of size 60 mm x 35 mm at two sides of column to receive the precast panels including reinforced with 7 nos wires of 3 mm dia high tensile corbonized steel surfaces finished even and smooth including errecting in position complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling/Demolition portions of reinforced cement concrete to a depth or thickness varying from 10 mm to 100mm (reinforcement cut as required to facilitate demolition) work by means of sharp chisel, low impact hamer without damaging existing strong concrete upto the suitabale depth of unsound concrete in beams, roofs, chajjas, columns, staircase, landing,RCC water tank, parapets, soffits of slabs and similar suspended work etc incl disposal of broken material/malba to the distance of 500m complete all as specified and directed.

M&L pre stressed pre cast RCC panels of cross section of panel (300X45 mm) reinforced with 4 nos wires of 3 mm dia high tensile corbonized steel, including fixing in position in between column grooves and jointing and flush pointing of all horizontal and vertical joints of panels with cement mortar 1:3 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Reinforced cement concrete (nominal mix) in Type B1 1:2:4 (20 mm graded stone aggregate) RCC lintel/Column/ beam/ Slabs/walls /floors/ roofs, landings,chajjas/shelves/ balconies, canopies, deck slabs and in shelves and the like complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note :- Reinforcement TMT Bar and formwork shall be measured and paid for separately in respective item

M&L for TMT bars for main bar and stirrups,binders, spacers bar 8mm dia and over,cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips quality conforming to TMT bar complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Providing & fixing and removing leak proof Shuttering of Plywood Or Steel for RCC work at all levels with necessary supporting system to keep the shuttering in position complete all as specified and directed.

M & L Precast cement concrete louvres and jallies, 25 to 30mm thick set in cement mortar 1:4 (measured solid), including all mouldings complete and design /pattern decided by Engr-in-Charge.

Providing and laying 75mm thick for precast SFRC drain cover without frame but including complete sides iron sheets (medium ) complying to the standard specifications as mentioned in the IS 12592 BIS Standard minimum load bearing capacity 5 ton /Sqm in circular/square or rectangular shape complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note :- All Reinforcement and iron sheet including formwork,concrete complete the rate quoted by tenderer is deemed to included in item shall be made good by contractor without any extra cost to the Govt.

Demolition of brick/stone masonry or PCC coping built in cement/lime mortar of any mix including all quoins pillar ashlars masonry and removal complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for Brickwork with subclass ‘B’ bricks, (OLD SIZE BRICKS) straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 12mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 on fair faces of brick masonry or concrete surfaces of walls, mixed with water proofing admixture (ISI marked), finished even & smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified. Note : - Supply only water proofing admixture shall be measured and paid for separately.

Dismantling timber scantlings unframed 40 sq. cm and over in section, in any position complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Steel work in tubular trusses including special shaped washer etc. complete using ERW or induction butt welded tubes conforming to I. S 1161-1979 grade St.-240 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Pre- painted galvatume aluminum zinc coating GI based Semi-corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, roofs,fixed with self tapping screws or L-type or J-type or cranked hook bolts complete all as specified and directed.
