Providing and fixing Polyster powder coated aluminium (minimum thickness of polyster powder coating 50 micron) aluminium work for doors, windows, ventilators and partitions with extruded built up standard tubular sections/ appropriate Z sections and other sections of approved make confirming to IS:733 and IS:1285, fixing with dash fasteners of required dia and size, includingnecessary filling up the gaps at junctions, i.e. at top, bottom and sides with required EPDM rubber/ neoprene gasket etc. Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, Aluminium snap beading for glazing/ paneling, C.P. brass/ stainless steel screws, all complete as per architectural drawings and thedirections of Engineer-in-charge. (Glazing, paneling and dash fasteners to be paid for separately).

Providing and fixing glazing in aluminium door, window, ventilator shutters and partitions etcetera with EPDM rubber/ neoprene gasket etcetera complete as per the architectural drawings and the directions of engineer-in-charge. (Cost of aluminium snap beading shall be paid in basic item): with float glass panes of 8 mm ( eight millimetre) thickness, weight not less than 20kg/sqm (twenty kilogram per square metre).

Distempering one or more coats on old work with oil bound washable distemper of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade complete within all leads, lifts carriage of material and other incidental complete in all respect as per direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in- Charge.

Providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness 1 mm (one millimetre), of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete including carriage of material in all leads and lifts and other incidentals complete and as per the entire direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Demolishing R.C.C. work manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of steel bars and disposal of unserviceable material complete in all respect including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts as per direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing centering and shuttering including strutting,propping etcetera and removal of form for suspended floors, roofs, landings, balconies and platform etcetera for mass concrete complete including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts complete in all respect as per direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying in position reinforced cement concrete 1:2:4 (one cement: two coarse sand :four graded, crushed stone aggregate 20mm (twenty millimetre) nominal size ) including curing complete excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, in all works up to all floor level complete in all respect including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts as per direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Steel reinforcement thermo-Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-500(five hundred)D or more for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete upto plinth level including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts complete in all respect as per direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

6 mm (six millimetre) cement plaster in 1:3 (one cement : three fine sand) finished with a floating coat of neat cement on the rough side of single or half brick wall including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts complete in all respect as per direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in- Charge

Providing and laying Vitrified tiles in 600x600mm (six hundred into six hundred millimetre) in size (thickness to be specified by manufacturer), with water absorption less than 0.08 % (zero point zero eight percent) and conforming to I.S. 15622, of approved make, in all colours and shades, laid on 20 (twenty millimetre) thick bed of cement mortar 1:4 (one cement: four coarse sand), jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3 kg/ sqm (at the rate of three point three kilogram per squaremetre) including grouting the joint with white cement and matching pigments etcetera complete within all leads, lifts carriage of material and other incidental complete in all respect as per direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.
