Dismantling of overhead lines comprising of copper / aluminium overhead conductor, G.I. wire, cross arm, insulators etc. as reqd.

Dismantling of pole / street light standard / strut embeded in cement concrete foundation etc. as reqd.

Erection of metallic pole of length above 8.0mts. and upto 11.0mts. in cement concrete (1:3:6) (1 cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone of 40mm. nominal size) foundation including excavation & refilling etc. as reqd.

Painting of steel tubular pole of 10 mtr. length with one coat red-oxide & two coats of aluminium paint of good quality (reputed make).

Supplying & erection of stay set complete (galvanised) with 19/20mm. dia x 1.8mts. long stay rod, anchor plate of size 45cm. x 45cm. x 7.5mm. thimble, stay clamps, bow tightner, 7/4.00 mm. dia G.I. stay wire and strain insulator etc. in cement concrete 1:3:6 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand: 6 graded stone, aggregate 40mm. nominal size) foundation including excavation and refilling etc. as reqd.

Supplying of channel iron 75mm. x 40mm. x 6mm. (7.14kg. per metre) cross arm for 4-wire overhead line complete with clamps, bolts and nuts etc. including drilling of holes for insulator pins etc. (as per drawing) and painting with primer and finish paint as reqd.

Erection of angle iron/channel iron cross arm on wood/RCC/PCC/steel tubular/rail pole etc. as reqd.

Supplying & erection of flat iron 40 mm. x 3 mm. for carrying G.I. wire complete with nut, bolt, washers etc. including drilling holes and painting with primer & finish paint as reqd.

Supplying & erection of 100 mm. x 80 mm. pin insulator with G.I. spindle and nuts etc. as reqd.

Supplying & erection of 100 mm. x 110 mm. shackle insulator with G.I. bolt, nuts and straps etc. as reqd.

Erection of all aluminium conductor of 7/3.40 mm to 7/4.00 mm dia. and above including binding etc. as reqd.

Supply of G.I. wire no.- 8 SWG.

Erection of G.I. wire no.- 8 SWG including binding etc. as reqd.

Earthing with G.I. earth plate 600mm. x 600 mm. x 6 mm. thick including accessories and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe of 2.7 mtr. long with charcoal / coke and salt as reqd.

Supplying & laying 25 mm x 5 mm G.I. strip at 0.50 metre below ground as strip earth electrode including connection / terminating with G.I. nut, bolt, spring, washer etc. as reqd. (Jointing shall be done by overlapping and with 2 sets of G.I. nut, bolt & spring washer spaced at 50 mm.).

Supplying & fixing of light class G.I. pipe of 80 mm. dia. (nominal) 3 metres length along the pole for pretection of underground cable as reqd.

Supplying of XLPE Armoured Cable, COPPER, 16 sq. mm., 4 core, 1.1KV grade (40mtrs. for each tower).

Laying of one number PVC insulated & PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1KV grade of size upto 35 sq. mm. direct in ground including excavation, sand cushioning, protective covering and refilling the trench etc. as reqd.

Supplying of 3.5 x 300 sq. mm. 1.1KV grade, XLPE insulated & PVC sheathed, Armoured Aluminium Cable.

Supplying of 3.5 x 240 sq. mm. 1.1KV grade, XLPE insulated & PVC sheathed, Armoured Aluminium Cable.

Laying of one number PVC insulated & PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1KV grade of size above 185 sq. mm. & upto 400 sq. mm. direct in ground including excavation, sand cushioning, protective covering & refilling the trench etc. as reqd.

Fabrication of control box of size (850 x 750 x 600)mm. with 2mm. thick MS sheet & (40 x 40 x 5)mm. angle iron stand (as per attached drawing).

Supplying & fixing of 800A, 415V, 4-Pole Change Over Switch with testing, commissioning etc. as reqd.

Supplying & fixing of 800A, 415V, 4-way Copper Bus Bar Chamber complete with all accessories including testing, commissioning etc. as reqd.

Supplying & fixing of 400A, 415V, 4-way Copper Bus Bar Chamber complete with all accessories including testing, commissioning etc. as reqd.

Supplying & fixing of 400A, 415V, 4-pole MCCB having 50KA Br. Capacity including testing, commissioning etc. as reqd.

Supplying & fixing of 100A, 415V Switch Disconnector Fuse Unit with HRC fuses complete with testing, commissioning etc. as reqd. (One no. for each tower).

Supplying & making end termination with brass compression gland and aluminium lugs for 3.5 x 300 sq. mm. (70 mm.) PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE aluminium conductor cable of 1.1 KV grade as reqd.

Supplying & making end termination with brass compression gland and aluminium lugs for 3.5 x 240 sq. mm. (62 mm.) PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE aluminium conductor cable of 1.1 KV grade as reqd.

Supplying & making outdoor end termination with cast resin compound including aluminium lugs and other jointing materials for 3.5 x 240 sq. mm. PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE aluminium conductor cable of 1.1 KV grade as reqd.

Providing & fixing MV danger notice plate of 200mm x 150mm, made of mild steel, at least 2mm thick and vitreous enameled white on both sides and with inscription in single red colour on front as reqd.

Supplying and fixing of High Mast Lighting Tower and LT control panel/feeder panel (Stadium Lighting Type, Balanced Lantern Carriage for fixing of lights in single direction) with LED Flood Lighting System with 18 LED Flood Light Lumaniries, 100 lumen/watt, EACH 500W, in symmetrical manner, Operating Voltage: 90V to 300V AC, complete with junction box, opening gate arrangement, lantern carriage holding bracket at bottom, foundation bolt and all other accessories as per Annexure A.

Supplying and fixing of High Mast Lighting Tower and LT control panel/feeder panel (Balanced RING Lantern carriage for fixing of lights) with LED Flood Lighting System with 12 LED Flood Light Lumaniries, 100 lumen/watt, EACH 300W, in symmetrical manner, Operating Voltage: 90V to 300V AC, complete with junction box, opening gate arrangement, lantern carriage holding bracket at bottom, foundation bolt and all other accessories as per Annexure A.

Total impact of GST plus Labour Cess [@ 1 % (BOCW Cess to be deducted from the RA bill as per the value of the work progress)] for the purpose of CTC
