Maintenance and overhauling of V.T. / inclined pumps as per manufacturers instruction manual with all tools, tackles etc. This job includes labour charges, consumables like O - ring, sundry cleaning material etc. This job includes dismantling of all sub-assemblies such as gear box, cooling pipes, bearing housing, stuffing box, discharge tee, muff couplings, shafts, column pipes, bowl assembly, bell mouth, strainer, line shaft enclosing tube etc. Reconditioning of all parts, inspection of all parts & replace these parts as per instructions (spares cost excluded) straightening of shafts & refitting of all parts & sub-assemblies with proper alignment including motor removing & refixing, test & trial for 24 hrs etc complete. Capacity up to 05 cusec pump

Cost of replacement of damaged line shaft / cleaning of jammed impeller of V.T./ inclined pumps as per manufacturers instruction manual with all tools, tackles, consumables such as gland packing etc. This job includes dismantling of pump assembly parts by parts and replacement of damaged parts, refitting of all parts & sub-assemblies with proper alignment including motor removing & refixing, test & trial for 24 hrs. etc. complete as per direction (spare cost excluded). Capacity upto 05 cusec pump

Supply of bearings (SKF MAKE) Bearing no - 3313A (SKF)

Repairing the worn out portion of 60 mm dia shaft (EN-24) like bearing seat and key way by welding and complete machining as per I.D of bearing and C.I pulley.

Supply fitting Fixing of ss (AISI 304) bolts, nut & washer dia 10 mm to 20 mm , Length upto 75 mm

Manufacture and supply of pump spares/components as per specification, drawing or existing one with proper tolerance and finish as per direction. Transmission shaft/head shaft/impeller shaft/valve shaft (Material: Forged steel C40, IS-1570)

Cleaning, Refilling, Hydro testing of Existing ABC type fire extinguisher of 6 K.G. capacity with change of damaged spares including removing from site & re-fixing after refilling.

Cleaning of floating materials / garbage / any other foul materials from incoming sewer of drainage pumping station / adjoining penstock gate / open Nikashi / Lock Gate at Canal etc. by mathor labour after removing concrete slab / manhole cover etc. without damaging the same and refixing the same properly after cleaning as necessary and removing the sludge etc. by using iron pans, buckets including all labour, tools & plants including expulsion of impure / inflammable / asphyxiating gases from the drains etc. and removing the spoils in dry condition and disposing the same by truck beyond the area of Municipal Corporation / municipality / Notified Area Authority / Industrial Township Authority etc. for such disposal including the cost of loading, unloading, transportation and making arrangement of necessary land for disposal, spreading and leveling as necessary etc. and cleaning the road side in all respects, complete as per direction of the Engineer- in-Charge.
