Supply of 5 No. U-Bolted type Single Tension Fitting Assembly with Turn Buckle, suitable for Twin ACSR Moose Conductors and 33KV Bus Bar Disc Insulator String comprising of 4 No. 70 KN Disc Insulators, complete with Hardware Fittings, D-Shackle, Socket Eye, Ball Hook, Yoke Plate, D-Clip, Tension Clamp etc, as per Technical Specification & Sample.

Supply of M.S. Roundbar for Earthmat

Carriage of Misc. Items like CTs, PTs, CB, Isolators, Control Cables, Conductors, M.S. Round Bar, M.S. Earthing Strips etc. from Designated Primary Sub Station within 50 Km Distance to 132KV Sub Station Dohna including its Loading and Un-Loading.

Laying of Earth Mat in the Extended Switchyard of the S/S along with Connecting the Newly Laid Earth mat with existing Earth Mat as per Details below :

(a) Fabrication of 3mtr. Long Electrode with 32/40mm dia. MS Round Bar having 150mm Long Conical Shape by due Cutting, Straightening etc., and then Piercing it vertically inside the Ground with top 700mm below the Ground Level including Shifting MS Round Bar from Storage Place at the Sub Station to Switchyard.

(b) Laying of 32/40mm Dia MS Round Bar, 700mm below the Ground Level by Due Cutting Straightening, Welding, Painting, Excavation of Trench, by filling of Trench after Laying of Earth Mat including shifting of MS Round Bar from Storage Place at the Sub Station to Switchyard.

(c) Making of 150mm Long Lap Joint of above Laid 32mm dia Round Bar by due Cutting Straightening, Welding etc.

(d) Making of 150mm Long Lap Joint of above Laid 32/40mm dia Round Bar to Connect with Existing Earth Mat of the Sub Station by due Cutting Straightening, Welding etc.

(e) Making of Cross Joint of above Laid 32/40mm dia MS Round Bar, 700mm below the Ground Level by Due Welding, of all Four Corners including providing and Welding of Suitable size 2 No. MS Angle Pieces on Opposite Corners of the Cross Joint.

(f) Making of End Joint of the above Laid 32/40mm dia MS Round Bar, with top of the already Vertically Pierced MS Electrodes, 700mm below the Ground Level by due Welding.

Erection of Main and Auxiliary structure consisting of columns, beams, peaks, masts etc. and auxiliary structure required for installation of Isolators, CTs, PTs, CVTs, LAs, and other equipments. The job consists of shifting of all material i.e. structure parts, nuts, bolts, washers etc. from store to site of erection, erection of structure as per relevant drawing and practices using flat and spring washer with each bolt Matching of holes, cutting, matching of members if required shall also be done by the contractor without any extra cost to complete the work satisfactorily. All material to be erected shall be supplied by UPPTCL free of cost but all men, material and T&P required for satisfactorily completion of work shall be arranged by the contractor at his own cost.

Interconnection of following equipment and bus bar including cutting, bending of conductor and jumpering clamping along with all other associated work to complete the job satisfactorily as per drawing and technical specifications with Main.

Cutting straightening, bending, laying 500 mm. below in side ground and above ground of following size of M.S. Flat for earthing of main and auxiliary structure, equipment structure etc. including welding with main earthmat and with object to be earthed, excavation of trenches, its back filling, painting and all other associated work as required to complete the work satisfactorily, excluding the cost of M.S. Flat.

Laying of following sizes of control cable in the cable trench from control & relay panels to various equipment/marshalling boxes/J.B.etc.in switchyard as per cable schedule, its saddling at every 750 mm. distance with M.S. Saddles of size 25x3mm size including carriage of cable drums from store to laying site and shifting back to store and all other associated work to complete the job satisfactorily.

Termination of following sizes of cable as laid above as per cable schedule including making necessary holes in glands plates of box wherever required, supply and fixing of cable glands of appropriate size, supply and providing ferrules and No. for each core of cable and its termination with crimping type lugs of Dowell/Tension make and all other associated work to complete the jobs satisfactorily as per technical specification.

Pilfer proofing of energy meters by removal of trench cover for laying of various size cable through 2 & 1 inch dia G.I. Pipe(whereever respective required) as per cable trenches with associated work such as cutting,making threads for fitting socket,elbow,dressing etc.work. Termination including all internal connection at each equipment on both ends including correct ferruling as per drawing on each core of cable. Control cable will be fully covered by G.I. pipe up to termination point of both end. After completion of work placement of all the Trench cover is to be done. All required (G.I. Pipe,Socket,Bands,Nipples & PT-Junction Boxes will be arranged by the contractor himself at his own cost. Only cable will be provided by Deptt. free of cost.

NS 6 type HRC Fuse, 1 No. Copper Neutral Link, Bakelite Terminal Block of 4 Terminals, Cable Glands suitable for 2C / 4C × 2.5 mm2 size Incoming / Outgoing Control Cables etc., then Installation of Junction Box on G.I. Column Structures at designated Height with the help of suitable M.S. Clamps alongwith Earthing of the Junction Box with 12 SWG G.I. Providing of 3 Phase L.T. A.C. Supply Cubical of size 1200 × 600 × 500 mm with Hinged Door and Proper Locking Arrangement duly made of 16 SWG M.S. Sheet and Painted with Grey Colour Synthetic Enamel Paint. The L.T. A.C. Supply Cubical should be Fitted with 3 No. 100 Amp. Copper Neutral Link, 4 No. 100 Amp. Pipe & Funnel for Watering, 1 No. 8 SWG G.I. Wire Earthing Lead etc. with Alternate Layer of Charcoal / Coke and Salt At Least 150 mm Thick Around it.

Laying of 2C × 2.5 mm2 size Control Cables form Junction Box to LED Street Light Luminaries Fittings through Inside the M.S. Pole / GI Structure including necessary Fixing of Cable on GI Structure.

Providing & Fixing of Cable Marker duly made of Cast Iron.
