Demolishing

Dismantling, Demolishing, Cutting, Removing and Cleaning existing items at site, like wall tiles , floor tiles , Brick bat coba , vanity counter, False ceiling, Existing plumbing pipes , sanitary fixtures, wc, wash basin, electrical fixtures , conduits, wiring etc. to make it ready for installation of new tiles, pipings etc. and as instructed by site in charge including carting away debris from site. In short dismantling 4 complete toilet and carting away the debris. As per the instruction from the site incharge.

Water proofing work

All surfaces (floor and 1 mte height wall area) to be waterproofed, should be made sound, clean and dry. Concrete surfaces should have a light steel-trowel followed by a fine hair-broom or equivalent finish, which is dry and free of dust, oil and other contaminants. Sharp projection, moss and lichen must be removed physically.

Ledge Wall

Providing and constructing 115mm thick Brick Masonry in approved Bricks, cement mortar of proportion 1:4 (Cement : Sand) including necessary scaffolding work, raking out joints, watering, cleaning, curing etc. all complete at all heights / depth, curing etc. complete as per detail drawing, as specified and as directed by Site in charge.

Granite Sill

Supplying and laying of 20mm thick approved colour granite sill with double strip, flat mirror polished on cement mortar over lege wall. Rate should inclusive of transporting unloading, wastage, cleaning and curing etc. all complete as per directed by site in charge.

Plumbing works

Providing and Installation with Material, laying, fixing, checking & finishing total Internal and external piping and plumbing works in cpvc pipes/ PVC 6kg of approved make for complete Toilet works. Cost to include chasing chizling fixing plastering watering curing, core cutting etc. complete plumbing works for 4 Nos toilets. The waste line should be connected with the existing manholes.(CPVC for internal piping and PVC 6 kg for external piping works)

Sanitary /Chrome plated fittings etc.

Providing and fixing of wall mounted WC of approved make, including all necessary mounting hardware, Chair bracket, white cement, consumables. The cost shall also include health faucet & Angle cock of same make with flexible pipe including all necessary mounting hardware & bracket, consumables, etc. complete as per detail drawing and as specified and as directed.

Providing and fixing of Concealed Flush with Chromium Plated dual push plate (Actuator) of approved make, including chasing, filling with cement mortar, fibre mesh, all necessary mounting hardware, necessary hardware, material required for concealment, consumables, etc. complete as per detail drawing and as specified and as directed.

Providing and fixing of concealed diverter of approved make including all necessary mounting hardware, necessary hardware, white cement, consumables. The cost shall also include 6" dia shower head with spout of approved make with shower arm including all necessary mounting hardware & bracket, necessary hardware, consumables, etc. complete as per detail drawing and as specified and as directed.

Providing and fixing of Counter Top Basin of approved make. size of 400-500mm width including all necessary mounting hardware, brackets, necessary hardware, white cement, consumables CP fititings etc.

Providing and fixing of Floor trap, including all necessary mounting hardware, necessary hardware, white / colour cement, consumables, etc. complete as per detail drawing and as specified and as directed.

Supplying and fixing of Glass Shower Partition using 8mm thick Toughened Glass wit necessary Dorma fittings of S-1000-300 series (Materials inclusive of W/G Bracket - 2 Nos as per approved Drawings & samples. The rate includes supplying and fixing of 3M Safety film. The rate also includes wastages, transportation etc. Complete.

Providing and Fixing in position Vanity Counter Storage Unit with 19 mm thick BWP plywood carcass under granite mounting, finished with 0.8mm thick laminate of approved color & shade including necessary hardware, adhesive, complete as per detail drawing, as specified and as directed by Designer. Cost to include Granite supply and installation.

Providing and Fixing in position 6mm thick side polished Mirror (1000 X 900mm) Panelling on wall using glass spacers (4nos) etc. complete as per detail drawing, as specified and as directed by Designer.

Installation, testing & Commissioning of standard light fittings, Exhaust fans and lighting accessories including lamp wiring switches etc.. The scope shall include, providing of all hardware such as nuts, anchor fasteners, bolts, screws, cleats, clamps, PVC insulated wires / cables from Junction box to lighting fixtures, ball and socket 'arrangement with J.B., suspension conduit pipe for drop for fluorescent fitting The cost for supports (wire ropes etc.) shall be included in the cost. Contractor shall use Aluminium blanking foils for fixtures where by spillage of lights shall not be visible through ducts/ grills/ diffusers.

Tiling Work

Providing and laying in position 600mm X 600mm floor Tile of approved make, size, colour and shade for Flooring in approved pattern, size & shape to true line and level on average 40 mm thick bedding of 1:4 mix cement sand mortar floated with neat cement, filling the joint with grouting of matching colour including cleaning, watering, curing, filling, etc. complete as per detail drawing, as specified and as directed by Designer.

Providing and Fixing in position 600mm X 300mm Ceramic Wall Tile of approved make, size, colour and shade for Wall in approved pattern, size & shape to true line and level on average 20 mm thick cement mortar floated with neat cement, filling the joint with white / colour cement including cleaning, watering, curing, filling, etc. complete as per detail drawing, as specified and as directed by Designer. Cost to include grouting of matching colour.
