Taking down cement plaster on any description of surfaces including racking out joints, hacking for keys, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge

M&L for 15mm thick rendering in two layers on external wall of brick masonry or concrete surfaces consisting of 1st layer of 10mm thick cement plaster in CM (1:6) and 2nd layer (setting coat or top layer) of 5 mm thick cement plaster in CM (1:4) mixed with including cost of water proofing compound (ISI marked) @ 3% by weight of cement or as per manufacturer’s instructions, finished fair & even, complete, all as specified. Note : - Supply only water proofing compound shall be measured and paid for separately.

M&L for preparing the new plastered wall / concrete surfaces and applying two coats of weather proof shield ultra exterior premium emulsion paint, of approved shade over and including a coat of primer over a coat of wall care putty, thickness as per manufacturer instructions, making good any undulations and obtain smooth surface, complete all as per manufacturers' instructions, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 10mm thick in cement mortar (1:6) on internal faces of brick masonry or concrete surfaces of walls, finished even & smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for applying two coats of distemper oil emulsion over and including a coat of primer over 3mm thick wall care putty on wall including preparation of new plastered wall surfaces of any description, complete all as specified.

M&L for rendering 5mm thick in cement mortar (1:3) on ceiling of brick or concrete surfaces finished even & smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for three coats of white wash including preparation of new plastered ceiling surfaces, complete all as specified.

Supply only integral water proofing compound (ISI marked) of approved make complete all as specified.

Demolition of cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided and disposal of debris and rubbish to a distance not execeeding 100M complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour 75 mm thick PCC (1:3:6) type C2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in footpath, plinth protection etc, surface finished fair and even complete all as specified.

M&L for preparation and cleaning plastered/ concrete surfaces of roof applying the under mentioned course of roof treatment :- (a) complete removal of existing damaged roof treatment and roughening, including removal of rubbish (b) preparation of the surfaces of roof brushing neat cement slurry @ 3Kg of cement per Sqm and PCC pedding (PCC pedding paid and measured seperatley) (c) 10mm thick cement screed bed in CM (1:4) on concrete surface when concrete is green including finishing even and smooth and including WPC @ 2% by weight of cement or as per manufacturer instructions (d) Applying a coat of hot blown bitumen of grade 85Bitumen primer @ 0.50ltrs/Sqm as bonding material (e) APP membrane with a centre core of 90micron thick HMDHDE film, reinforced with sandwitched polythene film/ non woven polyster having weight not less than 3.0Kg per Sq mtr with LPG torch application and with a coat of aluminium primer @ 100gm/Sqm on top including sealing all joints by thermo fusion complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Item continued as serial No.1.12

Continuation of serial item No.1.11 Note : -- (i) Membrane sheet also laid along the parapet upto 30cm height & inserted inside the groove & laid over a coat of bitumen as specified here-in-before. The groove shall be closed with CM (1:3 ) mortar (ii) WPC shall be measured & paid under specified item of this Schedule. (iii) Contractor shall submit guarantee for 10 years from the date of completion of work. (iv) The amount against guarantee period for roof treatment shall be retained from the contractor's dues or contractor may furnish a fixed deposit receipt in favour of GE issued by Nationalize Bank. (v) Amount of security deposit against the guarantee period for roof treatment shall be calculated as per the scales laid down for calculating Individual Security from total amount of roof treatment work.

Dismantling of floor hearth or wall tilling including bedding and removing rubbish off the premises all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge
