Mechanical works to be carried out at Lift Irrigation Scheme Achabal 1st of MISD Sopore.

Disconnection of power leads, dismantling of pumping unit by way of dismembering of motor from pump and base frame. Disassembling of pump of capacity 10 Cusec by way of removing and extraction of bearing housings along with shaft and impeller from pump casing. The job includes extraction of bearings from bearing housings by required tool.

Providing and fitting of new bearings of size 3213 and 3313 (01 No. each) by skilled worker. The job also includes providing and applying of specific grade of grease.

Complete assembling of horizontal pump after cleaning of all parts thoroughly with petrol, coupling and alignment with motor, connecting of motor leads and testing on full load.

Providing of paulimative packing of specific size for various schemes.

Providing and fitting of nut bolts of assorted size for Lift Irrigation Schemes Mazbugh, Wadura Bala and Hibdangerpora.

Providing and fitting of 300mm dia. 6mm thick rubber gasket for LIS Hibdangerpora.

The old material/equipment shall be lifted from scheme by mechanical means and returned to divisional stores Baramulla with proper return indent.
