Eligibility Criteria

Bidders shall not be under a declaration of ineligibility for corrupt and fraudulent practices issued by Government of Karnataka

It shall be the responsibility of the Bidder to ensure credit of Tender Processing Fee and EMD into the respective receiving bank accounts of e-Procurement on or before the last date and time of bid submission.

EMD Payments through e-Payment mode shall be made as one single transaction and payments made in part are liable for rejection.

The bidder should quote the service charge in percentage only

Based on the performance the contract may be extended further prior approval of the Commissioner City corporation

The bidder should submit Profit and loss statement and balance sheet of last 3 financial years 2022-23, 2023-24 and 2024-25

The minimum service charge in the procurement of outsource of man power service is fixed as 2percent. Hence, the bidders shall quote financial bid having service charge equal to or above 2percent. if the bidder quotes less than 2percent then such bids will be rejected.In case the multiple bidders quote equal service charge, then the bidder who is having highest average Financial Turnover in last 3 Years ie (2022-23, 2023-24 and 2024-25) will be Eligible for L1. In case two or more bidders has equal average financial turnover then bidder (L1) will be selected by Dip System (Lottery) in the presence of Bidders.

The bidder should have provided 32 Labours in single work within three financial years 2022-23, 2023-24 and 2024-25

The agency or firm should have experience in terms of ANY manpower labour supply for an amount of Rs. 67.84 Lakhs within three financial years 2022-23, 2023-24 and 2024-25 By E-procurement tender
