Description

Supplying and spreading of garden red earth of approved quality from the approved quarry including loading, transportation and unloading etc., including cost and conveyance of all materials, labour, tools and plants and all other incidental charges etc.The work shall also includes the removal of existing plant and soil from the trough and shall be dumped in to the designation location complete as directed by the Engineer Incharge.

Supply at site of work well decayed farm yard manure, from any available source, approved by the engineer in charge including screening and stacking complete as per specifications. MORTH Specification No. 308.2 KSRRB 300-Supply at site of work/ store-deoiled neem cake

Supply of Ornamental, decorative, flowering plant like, Dwarf White Nandi, dwarf Plumeria Alba, Ixora, , etc.Approximatly height of the plant is 2.0 feet.in the existing precast concrete trough of 1.8 x 0.60 x 0.5 @ 4 plants /trough including transportation handling charges, labours etc complete as directed by the Engineer in-charge.

Supply of Royal Palm plant/foxtail palm of minimum height 10 feet with multi banches or any other plant as decided by the Engineer In-charge etc., The location of plant will be decided at the time of execution.

Plantation of trees, shrubs at site including watering and removal of unserviceable materials as per direction of officer in- charge

Painting two coats after filling the surface with synthetic enamel paints in all shades on old plastered/painted concrete trough. The work also including thoroughly brooming the surface to remove all dirt, dust, mortar drops and foreign matter including preparing the surface even and sand paper smooth, patch work ,cost of materials, labour complete as per specifications and as per direction of Engineer-Incharge

Providing and placing on terrace at all floor levels polythene water tanks IS ; 12701 marked with cover and suitable locking arrangement and maaking necessary holes for the inlet, outlet and over flow pipes including fittings and excluding base support of the tank.

Nylon braided PVC water Hose pipe 30 mts in length and Size 3/4 inch dia (19 mm) for gardening including cost of all materials, labour, transport charges, HOM of equipments and testing complete as directed by Department..
