The Agency/Contractor should have executed a Sub Contractor agreement with the Agency who is expert in Providing Bombe Pradarshana in using wooden steps, providing with neat cloths to the steps and proper decoration of the exhibits as per Dasara Traditional style how have Executed the similar nature of work in department of archaeology/any government departments/Private sector. In support of this the agency should attach subcontracting agreement.
Satisfactory service provided certificates issued by competent authority of Govt Organization/Equivalent One Project of Civil/Programme works (Min Rs 7.50 Lakhs project)

An Applicant which has earlier been blacklisted or debarred by the Government of India, Government of Karnataka, any other Governments, any PSU of Central Government or State Government or any other Public Sector or Multilateral Agency or multi-lateral banks like World bank, ADB
Firm/Individual/Company Registration by Karnataka states Public Works Department/Any state Archaeology Department/Registered contractors in the Indian Archaeological Survey.
The Firm/ Individual/ company submitting the tender must submit a certificate confirming the GST registration.
Achieved at least in two Financial Years a minimum Financial Turnover of Rs. 20.00 lakhs during last 5 financial years. Further, the Financial Turnover of the Previous Years shall be given a Weightage of 10% per year to bring them to the Price Level of 2025-26. In support of this, the Agency/Contractor should provide Turnover certificate from the year 2021-22 to 2025-26, With UDIN number and Balance sheet is upload in e portal.
The organization submitting the tender should submit income tax returns for the last 5 years.
