Supply and installation testing and commissioing of factory assembled siliet Diesel engine driven generating set, 415 Volt, 3 phase, 4 wire as per BS/IS 10001/10002 complete of capacity continues rating 32.5 KVA at 121 (I) Inf Bde Gp conditions considering all derating factors and comprising of the following all accessories suitable for parallel operation/independent operations :- (a) Alternator :- Alternator shall be self excited, self regulated, brush less type of capacity 32.5 KVA, 415 Volts, 3 phase, 4 wire, 50Hz, 0.8 Power factor, 1500 RPM under normal conditions with the voltage regulations as (+/-) 2.5% of rated voltage from no load and full load tests continuously rating, foot mounted screen protected dip proof type class F insulated with necessary control as recommended by manufacturer etc and confirming to IS 4722-1968/BS 5000. (b) Diesel Engine :- Diesel engine shall be multi cylinder, compression ignition, water colled, four stroke, heavy duty, turbo charged compact diesel rated in accordance with 1500 RPM water cooled all as per governing control guage RPM, hours meter etc. The shaft HP is suitable for generating application of capable of giving an output of 32.5 KVA with the following accessories :- (i) Fly wheel housing and fly wheel to suit double bearing alternator. (ii) Flexible coupling set directly mounted by engine, alternator and coupling guard. (iii) Air cleaner dry type with vacuum indicator. (iv) Fuel system injection pump BOSCH in line P type pump

(v) Fuel tank suitable capacity as per manufacturer made out of 3mm thick MS sheet. (vi) Fuel filter full flow (cateridge type) with separator. (vii) Self starter including 12 Volts, 180 AH, Lead acid Battery for starting of engine required as per manufacturer. (viii) Residential silencer including exhaust pipe of mild steel material extended upto 0.5 mtr outside the building with full logging of proper asbestos rope 5mm thick flat of 50mm thickness all of mineral wool insulation sheets and cladding by aluminium 24 SWG sheet all over with rivets etc complete. (ix) Support fixing and erection of muffer through vibration isolators from ceiling. (x) Over speed stop/trip switch. (xi) Alternator for battery charing required as per manufacturer suitable to charge battery of 12 volt, 180 AH. (xii) Base framed fabricated either in ISMC or in sheet metal primer coated and painted rugged in constructed and designed to mount engine and alternator close coupled with cross member mounted on AVM. Base frame shall have provision for mounting acoustic enclosure and control panel on it. Base frame shall have provision of lifting hook for convergent lifting complete set i.e along with canopy engine and alternator. (xiii) Safety controls annunciation for low oil level, low oil pressure, high temperature of engine, alternator, low fuel level, governor failure for alarm due to low lubrication oil pressure etc with logic circuit.

(xiv) Acoustic enclosure shall be powder coated and fabricated out of 16 SWG CRCA MS sheet, canopy shall be nut bolt type construction on CNC machine to maintain accuracy of holes 0.1 mm, powder coating is done inside lining of fire retardant foam is acoustic material, four hinged doors shall be provided to canopy, one door shall have glass window for control panel, canopy is powder coated with ivory colour as per manufacturer recommendation suitable for 32.5 KVA DG set with canopy cover and water cooled engine as per CPCB norms and manufacturers standard design. (xv) Any other devices/accessories as per manufacterer's instruction. (xvi) Control panel with stand and drawing - 01 No (c) Tools :- Tools required for day to day maintenance as recommended by the manufacturer. (d) Note :- (i) The rate for the following also deemed to be included in quoted rates:- Energy meter, RPM meter, Temperature meter & Oil pressure meter not less than 4 PSI. (ii) The DG set shall be tested by the Contractor in presence of the Accepting Officer’s representative / IEM & Engineer-in-Charge without any extra cost to the department and the quoted rates are deemed to be included for all these aspects. (iii) Payment of DG set will be made after satisfactory testing. (iv) Quantity of Cement concrete for foundation will be measure and paid seprately.

Supply, Installation, testing and commissioning of 100 KVA (80 KW), 415 Volt, 0.8 PF, 3 phase, 50 Hz, factory assembled Silent Diesel Engine Driven Generating set at 260 Transit Camp mounted on common base plateform with flexible coupling 1500 RPM alongwith sound proof enclosure (acoustic enclosure) designed for reducing the sound level to 75 DB(A) average IS 8528 Part-10 as per approved CPCB norms and as per GSR 371 (E) and independently supported from engine to outside of power house upto 1.00 mtr, AVM pads foundation as per manufacturer's design, cold starting kit battery start with suitable cables for connecting from DG set to panel board, DG set shall be capable of operating in temperature range of (-35 to +35 degree centigrade) complete with and including of the following accessories suitable for parallel operation/independent operations :- (A) Prime Mover :- Diesel Engine of capacity not less then 128 BHP water cooled radiator type closed circuit as per BIS 649 or IS-1002 direct iject type turbo with turbo charger. The DG set shall be capable of running 24 hrs continuously with 10% overloading for one hour in every 12 hrs as per BIS-5514 / BIS-649, Engine shall be equipped with all standard fitting as per manufacturers recommendations and mounted on common base frame through flexible coupling with following accessories :- (i) Battery charging ammeter (ii) Battery charging voltmeter (iii) Ignition key and starting with push button switch (iv) Lubricating oil pressure gauge.

(v) Electronic / Microprocessor based Governor controlling (vi) Toggle switch for idle running (vii) Oil temperature gauge (viii) Water temperature gauge (ix) Safety Control (Trip):- (x) High water temperature (xi) Low lubricant oil pressure (xii) Over speed. (xiii) Lubricant oil heater to avoid freezing (xiv) 24 Hours starting equipment comprising of the following :- (a) 02 Nos, 12 Volts, 180 AH Batteries (As per manufacturer recommendation) (b) Battery charging alternator with inbuilt regulator (c) Self starter motor of suitable capacity (d) Battery leads (copper standard cable) of suitable size with brass thimbles and terminals (B) Alternator :- Alternator of capacity of 100 KVA / 80 KW at NTP, 50 Hz, 415 Volt, 15000 RPM, 0.8 PF, running rate @ 1500 RPM, self excited, self regulated, screen protected with self excited field drush rotating fixed designed to be coupled with above engine through flexible coupling, the alternator shall be conforming to BIS-2613 or IS-4722.

(D) Other Fittings :- (i) Battery charger:- Battery charger having electric circuit consisting of rectifiers, capacitors and resistance etc. The battery charger should be able to charge 12 volts, 180 AH battery 02 Nos at a time and with 01 Nos ammeter or suitable range provision of incoming electric connector single phase 220 Volts and two terminal of connecting outgoing leads to connect battery including suitable size of 02 Nos copper leads with connecting clips duly fixed on suitable size of angle iron frame made out of 40x40x6 mm angle iron and suitable size of wooden plank complete all as specified and directed. Note :- The contractor shall produce a copy of approved certificate to authenticate the above from the OEM/OEAD. (ii) Fuel Tank capacity as per manufacturer recommendations on steel frame at suitable height with all connecting pipes and fitting upto pump and over flow pipe form engine to tank includingl level indicating gauge duly marked and drain valve and air vent plug etc. (E) Maintenance Spares :- (i) Fuel fitter element - 02 Nos (ii) Oil fitter – 03 Nos (iii) Fan Belt – 01 Nos (iv) Hose Belt - 01 Nos (v) Tappet cover gasket - 01 Nos

(F) DG Set shall be supplied alongwith acoustic original enclosure of the manufacturer suitable for 100 KVA DG set as per CPCB Norms. (G) Tool kit as supplied by the manufacturer alongwith each set - 01 set complete. (H) The DG set shall be tested by the Contractor in presence of the Accepting Officer’s representative / IEM & Engineer-in-Charge without any extra cost to the department and the quoted rates are deemed to be included for all these aspects. (J) Payment of DG set will be made after satisfactory testing. (K) The DG Set 100 KVA shall be supplied, installed, tested & commisioned at Drass(location as directed by Engineer-in-charge) under the AOR GE Kargil and the quoted rates are deemed to be included for this aspects. (L) Quantity of Cement concrete for foundation will be measure and paid seprately.

(H) The DG Set shall be tasted by the Contractor in presence of the Accepting Officer's representative / IEM & Engineer-in-Charge for 12 hr as per standard procedure without any extra cost to the department and the quoted rated are deemed to be included for all these aspects. (J) Payment of DG Set will be made after satisfactory testing. (K) The DG Set 125 KVA shall be supplied, installed, tested & commisioned at Drass (Location as directed by Engineer-in-Charge) under the AOR GE Kargil and the quoted rates are deemed to be included for this aspects. (L) The load for testing is also included in item rate.

Note for Ser Item no. 1.01 to 3.05 :- (i) In case manufacturers as mentioned in list of makes does not manufacure item as per given description, then items of higher specification will be supplied without any financial adjustment.

Synthetic insulation mat of size 2x1 mtr and 19mm thick Complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cable (heavy duty) with aluminium conductor, 1100 volts, grade cross sectional area 300 sq. mm 3.5 core complete all as specifiedand directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and laying reinforced precast factory made ISI Marked concrete cable cover HV,Type1,flat, size 300mmx180mmx40mm complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Chage.

Supply and lay earthing strip of sixe 32x6 mm size complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Chage.

Cement concrete in foundations, filling and mass concrete Type B2, 1:2:4 (40mm graded aggregate) for DG set platform complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Chage.

M&L for Plain cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-1 (using 20mm grade aggregate) as in coping including all necessary form works complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
