REPAIR AND MAINTENANCE OF STREET LIGHTS AND CONNECTED WORKS AT GBS CAMP, MT CAMP AND LANSDOWNE UNDER AGE (I) LANSDOWNE

Taking Down old/ unserviceable/ broken old PCC Poles including dimantlling of foundation/ PCC etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supplying and erecting in true vertical position steel tubular swaged pole, 9 meters long, type 410 SP-31, complete as per IS-2713 with MS iron base plate of 06mm with pole cap, finial taper plug , bolts, nuts, washers etc including necessary earth work and excavation, PCC in foundation 1:4:8 type D2, (using 40mm graded stone aggregage) and PCC 1:3:6 type C2, (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in plinth block, disposal of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 mtr, painting two coats of aluminium paint over one coat of red oxide primer including tarring one coat on steel surface embedded in concrete and 04 Nos strips of 250mm height from coping comprising & black yellow paint in alternative layer complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Required earth work, PCC foundation will be paid separetly under relevant items of Sch A.

M&L or passing through pipe LT UG XLPE PVC insulated,steel armoured aluminum stranded conductor LT UG cable ( Conforming to IS 7098) ISI marked in trenches / ducts / through GI pipes under roads heavy duty electric cable with aluminium conductor, 1100 volts grade, cross sectional area 16 Sqmm 4 core including taking out old unserviceable cable complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in repair bracket made out of 40mm bore, steel tubings, galvanised, light grade not less than 1.2 mtr long bend to shape with all fitting including fixed on pole with 02 Nos MS Clamp made out of F1 32x6mm complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in repairs new LED street/security light fitting 45W housing made out of pressure die-cast aluminium alloy with toughned glass, IP-65 protection, working on 240 Volts , 50 HZ, consisting of reflective lens wired with appropriate driver PF>0.90 having over voltage protection upto 440 volts, made up of long life LED chips (SMD) in modular with lumen efficiency >120 lumen per watt, beam angle along the drive way, 120 degree, beam angle across the drive way, connecting with 1.5 sq mm, 3 core, PVC insulated Copper conductor cable 1100 Volts grade from pole box to light or from overhead conductor to light complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fix in repairs new LED street/security light fitting 60W housing made out of pressure die-cast aluminium alloy with toughned glass, IP-65 protection, working on 240 Volts , 50 HZ, consisting of reflective lens wired with appropriate driver PF>0.90 having over voltage protection upto 440 volts, made up of long life LED chips (SMD) in modular with lumen efficiency >120 lumen per watt, beam angle along the drive way, 120 degree, beam angle across the drive way, connecting with 1.5 sq mm, 3 core, PVC insulated Copper conductor cable 1100 Volts grade from pole box to light or from overhead conductor to light complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S & F in repair Loop in and Loop out FRP rectangular SMC junction box (Pole Box) front openable hinged from side of size 240x130x95 mm suitable for outdoor installation weather proof having 4 pole cable connector (for cable in and out junction) fixed inside box with insulator support and 01 nos MCB SP 06 Amp fixed inside box complete for street light fitting with mS clamps 40x5 mm GI nuts, bolts and washers complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repairs new LED Flood light fitting 150W housing made out of pressure die-cast aluminium alloy with toughned glass, IP-65 protection, working on 240 Volts , 50 HZ, consisting of reflective lens wired with appropriate driver PF>0.90 having over voltage protection upto 440 volts, made up of long life LED chips (SMD) in modular with lumen efficiency >120 lumen per watt, beam angle along the drive way, 120 degree, beam angle across the drive way, connecting with 1.5 sq mm, 3 core, PVC insulated Copper conductor cable 1100 Volts grade from pole box to light or from overhead conductor to light complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and Fixing in repair LED driver with PF>0.95, input voltage 240 V AC, 50 Hz, input current 0.25 Amp AC, output voltage 42V-72V DC, output current 0.7A DC THD<10%, line volatge 140 to 277 V, IP 20 protection as per IS:15885(part-II section 13) suitable for LED street light of 25 Watt to 45 Watt outdoor dry and damp application after taking down the street light from pole/wall and refixing the street light on pole/wall (Size of driver should be as per sample given by EIC) complete all as specified and directed.
