Demolition of brickwork or stone boulder masonry built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Walling of Random rubble stone masonary,uncoursed well bonded,bedded and solidly hearted ,brought upto courses,built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

All as per ser item No 02 here-in-before but except stones.complete all as specified and directed. Note: old serviceable stones as obtained from demolition under item No-01 here-in-before will be used.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floors and pavings n. exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level ) and removing unserviceable material,outside of A 1 defence land complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Plain Cement concrete Type D-2, 1:4:8 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate), as in foundation, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Providing for cement concrete type (1:3:6) C-2 using 40mm graded stone agg as in copings,bond stone , bed plates parapets kneelers including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed.

Extra over stone walling for hammer dressing to faces of stone and dressing of faced beds and joints as specified for random rubble masonry uncoursed or brought upto coursed against dressed surface not exc 40mm complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for raised pointing to random rubble or polygonal rubble masonry uncoursed or brought upto course in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

S&F PVC ( SWR ) waste pipe of 110 mm dia bore in any length ( ISI Marked) ,single socketed with rubber ring joints fixed to walls w complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Brickwork with sub class ‘B’ (old size) bricks, straight or curved on plan exceeding 6 metre mean radius built in cement sand mortar 1:6 complete all as specified.

All as per item here-in-before but except bricks. Note: old serviceable bricks as obtained from demolition under item No-01 here-in-before will be used.

M & L for PCC type C1 (1:3:6) (using 20mm graded stone agg ) as in surface channel or drain or benching in manhole complete incl. necessary form work all as specified and directed.

M & L for forming fair finished drain or channel 30 cm inner girth in cement concrete, using extra cement including forms, moulds, mitered / stopped ends etc. complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Rendering 15 mm thick in two layers i.e. 10mm thick in CM 1:6 and 5mm thick in CM 1:4 using water proofing liquid compound as per manufacturer's instructions on other than fair faces brick or concrete surfaces and finishing surfaces even & fair without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Water proofing liquid compound shall be measured and paid separately.

Supply only liquid water proofing compound ISI Marked complete all as specified and directed.
