Construction of reinforcement cement concrete chamber ( phase 3rd & 4th ) as required at site including preparation and submission of structural drawing and design, cost of mateial and carriage of material within all leads and lifts as per the directio of enginee-in-charge.
Providing, installation, testing and commissioning of water treatment plants 2.13 MLD based on Rapid sand filter including cost of site development to adjust hydraulic levels as per contour plan and structural requirements, cost of construction of civil works, hoisting and errection of all steel works, providing and installation of all mechanical Electrical equipments/accessories, laying of all interconnecting GI/MSERW pipes and scouring arragements from all units with disposal of the same to appropriate place i.e. nearby nallah/khud/natural drainage, all types of valves, fittings and all contingent works at village Barsar in Karonthi Nallah (Location) capable of taking input and giving output as laid down in chapter-I of CPHEEO manual under all climatic conditions specified therein. The treatment plant includes C/O Inlet chambers, Raw water tank, C/O pre-Sedimentation tanks, Tappered Flocculators with, flash mixing secondary settling tanks,Electrical channel flow meter, rapid sand filter, pipe gallery, back wash tank and clear water tanks for cogulant addition proper alum, lime, solution tank with proper mechanical mixing arrangement . Gaseous clorination is to be provided for disinfection, drainage channel, interconnecting path (Minimum 1.20 metre wide) chemical house, chemical handling and feeding arrangements gaseous chlorination units, back wash units with pumping sets and Air compressors including arrangements for disposal of waste of water treatment plant process, Plant building comprising with office, / automation room , room for housing the automated valves. Providing and fixing of lightening arrangements (LED) lights made in the boundry unit of plant area, Providing and fixing all electrical/Mechanical equipments, proper walk way for Inspection/ operation of various units. Sizes shall be based on manual of water supply and treatment published by CPHEEO, Ministry of Urban development (GOI) New Delhi. The design of various units shall conform to relevant Codes and specifications. All the hydraulic stuctuctures shall be designed and constructed in RCC M30 design shall be carried out as per design sheet chapter No.1 & technical specification No.1. All the structure shall be designed for up lift pressur encountred at footing as per contour plan uploaded suitable projection structure shall be designed and provided to avoid direct entry of HFL water within treatment premises. The treatment plant includes C/O Inlet chamber, Raw Water Tank, inlet channel with ultra sonic channel flow meter, Chemical dozer, Primary Sedimentation Tank, Flash mixer, -flocculator , Rapid sand filters, Pipe gallery, Clear water tank, Lime & Alum solution tanks with propoer dozing arrangement, Drainage channels, Interconnecting path (Minimum 1.20m wide) , Chemical house with chemical handeling and feeding arrangements, Clorinator for bleaching powder solution, Back washTank with pumping sets & Air compressors with proper scouring arrangement & including arrangements for disposal of waste of water treatment plant process, manfold system to be got approved from the department, Providing and fixing of lighting arrangements with Sodium vapour lamps of 150Watts with in the boundry limit of plant area, Providing and fixing all electrical/Mechanical equipments, Proper Walk way for Inspection/ operation of various units, The hydraulic design & capacity/sizes of all the important units shall be based on latest guidelines of Manual of Water Supply and Treatment published by CPHEEO, Ministry of Urban development (GOI) New Delhi. The structural design of various units shall strictly conform to relevant BIS Codes and specifications. Data Sheet No. 2
Main Reserveir :- Designing, Constructing, Testing & Commissioning (to be approved by the competent authority) RCC Circular under ground/partial under ground storage reservoir / over head storage as per capacity given below including excavation in foundation in all kinds of soil. including PCC (1:3:6) in foundation and M:30 in bottom slab/raft ,walls and beams. And RCC (M:25) in roof slab/dome with provision of inspection path around the dome with all allied Civil Works such as c/o chamber for valves, refilling and disposing of surplus excavated earth with in all leads and lifts. The job also includes providing lowering, laying, erecting, hoisting and jointing of pipe assembly for inlet, outlet, overflow and scour pipe with bye pass arrangement consisting of GI / MS pipes special and valves of required classes and dia and all other accessories required such as MS ladders inside and outside, CI cowl type ventilator, SFRC manhole covers with frames of heavy duty with proper locking arrangement, water level indicator. The tanks shall be hydraulically tested for water tightness, All works shall be conforming to relevant IS code. The cost of valves,bulk meter/ flow meter shall be included in the rates of tanks .complete in all respects to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge .The contractor shall provide 6 sets of approved drawing and design to the department including cost of site development required as per site conditions as per sheet No.II.

GRAVITY MAIN:- Excavation in foundations and trenches (for pipes and pits) upto all depths etc. in all kinds of soil such as pick work, jumper work and saturated soil including bailing or pumping out of water, blasting in soft/hard rock or chiseling or wedging out of same where blasting is prohibited in all leads and lifts including trimming and dressing of sides, leveling of beds to correct grade including shoring strutting, planking timbering and dewatering wherever required, stacking usable and unusable material/soil separately and after laying jointing and testing of pipes, returning he usable soil in 15 cm layer by ramming and watering and then disposing of all surplus excavated soil/unusable material as directed within all leads and lifts including restoration of unmetaled/ mattelled surfaces to its original condition and including cost of diversion of traffic, night signal boards, fixing caution boards, crossing over trenches for access to houses, fencing etc. complete in all respects within all leads and lifts as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.
Providing ,Laying, jointing & testing GMS plain ended ( medium Class) pipes of Tata/Jindal/Shurya Roshni Make with 96 % circumfrential butt welded joints & 4 % flanged joints of total lenght by electrical arc welding (welding thickness shall be equal to pipe wall thickness) confforming to BIS : 1239-1990 of Heaving wall thickness ( as specified below) & capable of withstanding required test pressure including cost of manifacturing/ fabrication of reducer / tapers, all short pieces, bends etc. as per site requirement made from parent tubes . The laying of pipe where ever required, shall include flanged joints duly welded in three layers (two at outer & one at inner face) at suitable spacing as per the directions of the Enginer-in-charge (Earth work in trenches will be measured and paid for separately) and all operations such as cutting, welding, jointing, fabrication of bends, tees i.e. lowering and laying in excavated trench to ensure required level including flushing, cleaning and hydraulic testing complete in all respects to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge. The fabrication bends shall have three or four cuts having its radius not less than five times the dia of pipe. The welding electrodes shall be as per IS 814 of Advani Oerlikon/ L&T or ISI marked make. The damaged portion of the pipes and all the specials ( if damaged during laying & Jointing operation of pipe) of parent tube shall be provide anticrosive treatment treatment by applying two coats of anticrosive bitumenious paint over a priming coat as per AWWA ISI 203-1978. The rates also include entire carriage of material, flusing , cleaning & hydraulic testing D.P test of butt welded joints complete in all respect and to the best satisfaction & direction of Engineer in charge with in all leads and lifts.
