Minimum financial turnover (civil engineering construction works) not less than two times the annual payments from this contract (Rs. xxxxx Lakhs)

Satisfactoriy completed (atleast 90%) as prime contractor at-least one such similar work of value not less than Rs. xxxxxxx (80% of estimated cost of tender)

Executed in any one year the following minimum quantities of work (Cement Concrete - xxxx cum, Earthwork - xxxx cum, etc) (80% of peak rate of construction)

Tenderer or his identified Sub Contractor should possess valid Electrical License for executing building electrificatio works and should have executed similar electrical works totallng Rs. xxxxxx (not less than 50% of electrical works) n any one year

Tenderer or his identified Sub Contractor should possess valid license for executing water supply / sanitary engineering works and should have executed similar works totallng Rs. xxxxxx (not less than 50% of electrical works) n any one year

Owning the following key and critical equipment for this work (xxxx, xxxx, xxxx)

Liquid assets and /or availability of credit facilities of no less than Rs. xxxxxx Lakhs (estimated cash flow for 3 months of peak construction period)

Total value of civl engineering works executed and payments received in the last five years (year-wise)

List of existing commitments and ongoing works

List of works for which tenders already submitted

Banker Details for reference

Construction equipment owned by the tenderer and equipment proposed to be deployed on this contract, if awarded

Reports on the financial standing of the tenderer, such as profit and loss statements and auditor’s reports for the last five years

Qualification and experience of the key technical and management personnel in permanent employment with the tenderer and those that are proposed to be deployed on this contract, if awarded

The bidder should Upload Copy of the Valid KPWD Electrical License Class-I and above, or KSEI License Class-I & above registration certificate with validity.

The bidder should have satisfactorily completed at least One Similar nature of work (Electro-Mechanical) to value of not less than 50 percent of cost of work put to tender, i.e. Rs.29.49 Lakhs in any one year during previous five years i.e. 2020-21 to 2024-25. Necessary work done certificate issued by an officer not below rank of Executive Engineer is to be uploaded with technical bid. The cost will be updated to present value by giving weightage of 10 percent for each year, if work is completed prior to 2025-26.

The intending bidder should have executed following minimum quantities of the work/items during any ONE year of the last 5 financial years i.e. 2020-21 to 2024-25. 1. Dismantling of a pump with a capacity not less than 864 HP is 2 Nos., 2. Supplying and fixing of approved impeller shaft sleeves is 2 Nos,, 3. Erection of a pump with a capacity not less than 864 HP is 2 Nos., 4. Replacement of expansion joint rubber is 2 Nos.,

The bidder should Upload Copy of the Valid Registration Certificate issued by Labour Dept, Govt. of Karnataka.

EPF Registration Certificate along with latest paid challans.

Tenderers who meet above specified minimum qualifying criteria will only be qualified, if their available tender capacity is more than total tender value.Its calculated as AXNX2.5-B, Where, A is Max value of works executed in any 1 year during last 5 years updated to 2025-26 price level, N is No. of years prescribed for completion of works for which tenders are invited for 06 months. B is Value at 2025-26 price level, of existing commitments and ongoing works to be done during next 06 Months.

The Bidder should have achieved a Financial Turn-over of not less than the Amount put to tender i.e Rs.58.98 Lakhs in any of the TWO Financial years during the last 5 years, i.e, 2020-21 to 2024-25. Audit profit and loss account certified by a practicing charted accountant, the turnover will be updated to the present value by giving a weightage of 10 percent for each year prior to 2025-26.

The intending bidder should furnish Liquid assets and /or availability of credit facilities of Minimum Rs. 30 percent of the amount put to Tender i.e. Rs.17.70 Lakhs, Credit lines/letter of credit/ certificates from nationalized banks for meeting the fund requirement.
