Demolition/Dismentaling of Bricks (laid flat or on edge) or brick tiles in floors kerbs, aprons, etc. (each layer) lime concrete old water proofing treatment of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for above ground floor exc 15 cm thickness.

Removing of demolished material exc. 1.50 Km but n exc. 1.50 Km and depositing where directed.

Roughening surfaces of old concrete roof/floor by picking sweeping clean and washing down with water to removing dust etc.

Brushing with neat cement slurry with 3.0 kg of cement per sq meter

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 50mm thick (average) type B-1using 20mm graded agg as levelling course of complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge finished cement concrete even & smooth with using extra cement.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick on CM (1:4) on concrete roof top and chajjas surface finished even and smooth to get uniform level surface for laying of membrane treatement including WPC ( water proofing compound will be paid seperately)

M&L for preparation of roof concrete surfaces and applying APP modified water proofing membrane with non woven polyster reinforcement 4 mm thick (centre core) having weight not less than 3.5 kg per Sqm over a coat of bituminous filler/ primer @ 0.40 ltr/sqm conforming to IS 3384-1986 through approved applicator complete & applying aluminium flush paint two coat on top of APP sheet all as per manufacturer's instruction and as specified.
