M & L for periodical servicing of electric driven pumpsets disconnecting the electric connection from motor terminal box including insulating the ends of the cable, taking out the pump set from base after opening nuts/bolts, transporting from site to workshop, dismantling pump, removing worn out impeller, ball bearing, gaskets, assembling the pump with replacement of minor parts as required such as pulley key, gland packing rope, greasing etc., transporting back to site and fixing on the existing foundation, connecting the electric connection of motor and testing complete to entire satisfaction of Engr-in-charge for the following capacity:- Note :- Major spare parts shall be measured and paid separately, minor spares deemed to be in rate quoted, spares like pump shaft, impeller and bearing only will be measured and paid separately under relevant items.

Supply only power transmitting shaft and coupler for Motor and pumpsets of capacity 12.5/10 hp complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. Note for item No. 2.00 to 6.00 :- Labour charges are included in item No. 1 above.

Material and labour for rewinding the electric motor of following capacity disconnecting the electric connection of motors, earth connections, decoupling motor and pump, removing foundation nuts/bolts and removing the motors from its existing position to workshop complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. Note : following work are to be deemed in rate quoted. (a) Removing the split case/body cover of motor, separate stator/rotor and cutting the complete burnt/defective copper winding. (b) Cleaning the stator body complete by rubbing sand paper remove all carbons. (c) Insert insulating materials such as insulating paper sleeves. (d) Rewinding the stator with existing size of super enameled copper winding, varnishing and heating up at desired temprature for achieve the particular Ohm resistance. (e) Clean the rotor and assembling in motor. (f) Connection/coupling the motor with pump, connect all electric/earth connection foundation nuts/bolts at its original position and testing on load complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying or fixing or passing through pipe, 1100 volts grade heavy duty cable with PVC insulated aluminium conductor served with an inner sheathing of PVC tape armoured with galvanised steel wire or tape and overall PVC sheathed 4 sq. mm nominal cross section 3 core in service connections complete all as specified and directed by Enge-in charge.

M & L for providing water tapping connections from existing line of size 80 mm to 200 mm DI/GI pipe line including taking up old connections, including required tapping ring and clamps of 80 mm to 200 mm size & suitable length pipeline complete all as specified and directed by Enge-in charge.

Repair/Replacement of spare parts of Chlorination dosing plant consist of dosing pumpsets induction motor of 220 volts, single phase, 120 Watt and 960 RPM - 02 Nos , stirrer assembly including replacement of striring rod,blade, Storage drum of capacity 100 Ltr - 01 Nos & Mixing Drum of capacity 500 Ltr - 01 Nos, injection nozzle of suitable size complete all as specified and directed. Note: Work to be carried out only through approved agency.

S & F rubber coupler between Motor and Pumpset shaft all inclusive of dismantaling shaft, checking level motor and pump shaft by level meter before fitting coupler for 7.5 HP to 30 HP capacity centrifugal motor Pumpsets complete all as specified and directed.

M& L for repair work of main DI/GI/UPVC pipe line of 25 mm dia to 200 mm dia size by cutting of pipe, Threading of GI pipe, jointing kit, sockets, unions GI/UPVC of suitable size, clamps etc complete all as specified and directed. Note : The job included cutting of pipe line and provision of required lengh pipe line (upto 1.00 mtr) as required and jointing accessories etc.

Glowing of sign boards at Pump house of size 6 feet x 3 feet x 2 feet aluminium strip box covered with accrelic sheet of suitable size duly stickered name of pump house of suitable size and colour code inclussive of LED light fitting inside box complete all as specified and directed. Note:All fixing accessories/Fabrication work demed to be included in quoted rate.

Supply and fixing DOL starter suitable for 1 hp to 2 HP Motor suitable for submersible/centrifugal pumpsets complete with sheet-steel enclosure fixed in repair / replacement complete all as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing DOL starter suitable for 3 hp to 5 HP Motor suitable for submersible/centrifugal pumpsets complete with sheet-steel enclosure fixed in repair / replacement complete all as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for periodical cleaning of underground sump/Over Head tank by bailing out the remaining water after pumping by arranging re-watering pumps or by manual and wash the walls & bottom surface by high pressure spray of approximating 195 PSI with rotary water jet pumps and removing the sludge and foreign matters complete socking out by fixing with high pressure wet vacuum pumps scrubbing the wall and cleaning the entire sump including disinfectioning the tanks with spray of chemical approach by concerned authorities and painting two coat of white lime wash complete all as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge of following capacity :- Note: Contractor shall display date of cleaning of and next due date of cleaning on tank.

(a) Upto 90,000 gallons capacity (NSB PUMP HOUSE)

Servicing and rewinding of Submersible pump set 3 phase 2/3 HP alongwith dismantaling of HDPE/GI pipe from UG Sump and refixing the same by replacing the wornout winding and rewinding with same size gauge, super enameled copper wire, warnishing, greasing, bearing, nuts, bolts and gland packing, greasing and testing the pump set complete all as directed by Eng-in-charge.
