Supplying weather proof sealent and applying over the bolts over the roof wherever required complete as per the direction of engineer-in-charge.(Rate shall inclussive of cost of sylicon sealent, labour charges for scaffolding etc.)

Supplying and pasting tarfelt APP sheets of reputed manufacture one layer over A.C sheet expansion joints, ridges etc after cleaning the surface and applying roofing compound etc complete. (The rate shall include cost of tarfelt ,roofing compound labour charges scaffolding etc complete. The work is to be carried out at roof of godown at a height up to 12Mtrs from ground level after observing all safety norms)

Dismantling roofing including ridges, hips, valleys and gutters etc.,and stacking the material within 50 metres lead of:Asbestos Cement sheet(item no: 15.28.2 of DSR 2023)

Deduct cost of salvagable materials received from the work of dismantling work on as is where is condition including removing from the site - AC sheet

Providing and fixing precoated galvanized iron profile sheets (size, shape and pitch of corrugation as approved by Engineer-in-charge)0.50 mm + 0.05 %, total coated thickness with zinc coating 120 gsm as per IS: 277 in 240 mpa steel grade, 5-7 microns epoxy primer on both side of the sheet and polyester top coat 15-18 microns. Sheet should have protective guard film of 25 microns minimum to avoid scratches while transportation and should be supplied in single length up to 12metre or as desired by Engineer-in-charge. The sheet shall be fixed using self drilling /self tapping screws of size (5.5x 55mm) with EPDM seal, complete up to any pitch in horizontal/ vertical or curved surfaces excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses and including cutting to size and shape wherever required. Providing and fixing green precoated galvanised steel sheet roofing accessories 0.50 mm (+ 0.05 %) total coated thickness, Zinc coating120 grams per sqm as per IS: 277, in 240 mpa microns epoxy primer on both side of the sheet and polyester topsteel grade, 5-7microns epoxy primer on both side of the sheet and polyester top coat 15-18 microns using self drilling/ self tapping screws complete. Demolishing stone rubble masonry manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer-in-charge:In cement mortar(15.9.2)

Demolishing brick work manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. In cement mortar.(item no: 15.7.4 of DSR 2023).
