Excavation in soil in Hilly areas by mechinical means in all heights and depths in all kinds of soil such as a pick work , jumper work , blasting work (both in soft and hard rock), chiesling / wedging out rock (where blasting is prohibited ) and other intermediate classification of soil including cutting and trimming of side slopes and disposal of unserviceable material by mechanical transport within all leads and lifts and stacking the serviceable/ useful material on the road berms as per technical specification clause 1603.1, 1603.2and as directed by the Engineer -in - Charge, muttams shall be left at suitable place as directed by Engineer- in - Charge and shall be recovered only after attaining the formation level and after final checking of Engineer-in- Charge. The work shall be executed in workman like manner and avoid any damage to the private / Govt. property in the vicinity of work site. If any damage occurs to any property during the course of execution, it shall be the absolute responsibility of the contractor , which shall have to be duly compensated by him in all cases.
Excavation in earth work in excavation for structures in all heights and depths in all kinds of soil including saturated soil comprising of pick, , jumper, blasting work both in soft and hard rock with chiseling/ wedging out of rock (where blasting is prohibited) and their intermediate classification. If water is met due to stream flow, seepage, rain and other causes it shall be removed by suitble diversion, pumping and bailing out and the excavation shall be kept dry wherever so required by the contractor at his own cost, including dressing of slopes and beds, setting out conforming to required lines, grades, side slopes as shown in the drawings and as per direction of Engineer-in Charge and transportation of soil to roadway and then disposing off surplus excavated earth in required width of road or on approved dumping site including its stacking, levelling and dressing in all leads and lifts through all modes of transportation including head load, animal load or mechanical means or incidentals to complete the work as per technical specifications clause 305. All useful material, such as stones, shingles, aggregate and slates shall be sorted out and stacked along road sides to the maximum possible extent in all leads and lifts through all modes of transportation. Any loss to the public and private property during the course of execution or disposal of serviceable and unseviceable material shall be absolute responsibility of the contractor which shall have to be duly compensated by him in all respects.
Providing and laying mechanically mixed and vibrated concrete for plain concrete in open foundations complete including form work as per drawings and technical specifications clause 802, 803, 1202 & 1203. Plain cement concrete 1:6:12 (one cement : six sand :twelve graded/crushed stone aggregate 40mm (fourty millimetre) nominal size and curing complete including carriage of material and other incidentials in all leads and lifts and as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.
Providing and laying cement concrete 1:5:10 (one cement :five sand:ten graded stone aggregate 40 mm (fourty millimetre) nominal size and curing complete including cost of form work in retaining wall and breast wall as per HP,PWD specification complete including carriage of material and other incidentials in all leads and lifts and as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.
Providing and laying plain concrete in open foundations complete including form work as per drawing and technical specification clauses 802,803,1202 and 1203 P.C.C.1:5:10 (One cement : Five sand: Ten graded stone aggregate 40mm (fourty millimetre) nominal size as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and other incidentals.as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge
Providing and laying cement concrete parapets 1:5:10 (one cement : five sand: ten graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size) (forty millimetre) and curing complete including the cost of excavation and Form work with steel plates as per drawing and technical specification. including carriage of material and other incidentals in all leads and lifts and as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Construction of hill side (V-shaped) drain in accordance with the requirement of structures true to line and grade diamentions and other particulars as per drawing and technical specification clause 1606.1 in cement concrete 1:3:6 ( one cement : three sand : six graded crushed stone aggregate 20 mm (twenty millimetre) nominal size, with thickness of concrete 10 cm (ten centimetre) of size 45 cm X 25 cm (forty five centimetre x twenty five centimetre) including cost of earth work in all kinds of soil and cost of form work with steel plats as per MORD specification including carriage of materials in all leads and lifts as per the directions of Engineer - in- Charge.

Providing and Laying flooring rubble stone laid over Cement concrete bedding complete as per Drawing and Technical Specification Clause-1303 in Cement Mortar 1:3 ( one cement : three sand) including carriage of material within all leads and lifts and as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.
Back filling with granular material behind abutment, wing wall and return wall complete as per drawing and technical specification Clause 1206.3 & 1604.7 including carriage of material and other incidentials in all leads and lifts and as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.
Providing weepholes in brick masonry stone masonry/ plain reinforced concrete abutment, wing wall, return wall with 100 mm (hundred millimetre) dia PVC pipe extending through the full with of the structures with slop of 1 (V) : 20 (H) towards drawing and technical specification clauses 614.709,1206 including carriage of material and other incidentials in all leads and lifts and as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.
Construction of Sub-grade and earthen shoulders with approved material obtained from borrow pits with all lifts and leads, transporting to site, spreading, grading to the required slope and compacted to meet requirement as per Technical Specification Clause 303 including carriage of material and other incidentials in all leads and lifts and as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing of citizen information board as per specification and drawing two M.S. plate 1.6 mm (Sixteen millimetre) thick duly welded with M.S. angle iron frame of 25 mm x 25 mm x 5 mm (twenty five millimetre x twenty five millimetre x five millimetre) on edges , supported with 2 nos vertical post and 2 nos (two) horizontal post mase of 75 mm x 75 mm (seventy five millimeter x seventy five millimeters) of 12 SWG sheet tubes duly embedded in and including cement concrete M-15 grade blocks of 600 mm x 600 mm x 750 mm ( six hundred millimtre x six hundred millimtre x seven hundred fifty millimetre) 600mm below ground level. All M.S . will be stove enameded on both side Lettering and painting with ready mixed synthic enamel paint of superior quality in required shade and colour. Providing and Fixing of typical PMGSY informatory sign board with Logo as per MORD specification and drawing, three MS plate of 1.6mm (one point six millimeter) thick, top and middle plate duly welded with MS flat iron 25mm x 5mm (twenty five millimeters x five millimeters) size on back on edge . The lower plate will be welded with MS angle iron frame of 25 mm x 25mm x5mm ( twenty five millimeters x twenty five millimeters x five millimeter). The angle iron frame of the lower most plate and flat iron frame of middle plate will be welded to 2 Nos. 75mm x 75mm (seventy five millimeter x seventy five millimeters) of 12 SWG sheet tubes posts duly embedded in cement concrete M-15 grade block of 450mm x 450mm x 600mm) four hundred fifty millimeters x four hundred fifty millimeters x six hundred millimeters), 600mm (six hundred millimetre) below ground level the top most plate will be welded to middle plate by 47mm x 47mm (forty seven x forty seven millimeters ) of 12 SWG steel plate tube. All MS will be stove enameled on both side lettering and printing arrows, border etc. will be painted with ready mixed synthetic enameled paint of superior quality in required shade and colour. All section of framed post and steel tube will be painted with primer and two coats of epoxy paint as per drawing and clause 1701 and Annexure 1700.1 including carriage of material and other incidentials in all leads and lifts and as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.
Provinding and fixing ordinary Kilometer stone ( pre-cast) with reinforced cement concrete M-15 grade of standared design as per IRC 8 fixing in position including painting and printing etc. as per drawing and technical specifications clause 1703 including carriage of material and other incidentials in all leads and lifts and as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.
Providing and fixing 200 metre (two hundred metre) stone (pre-cast) with reinforced cement concrete M-15 grade of standared design as per IRC 26 fixing in position including painting and printing etc. as per drawing and technical specifications clause 1703 including carriage of material and other incidentials in all leads and lifts and as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.
Preparing and applying of water soluble organo silane Nano technology (for bitumen emulsion application, IRC accredited) with cationic bitumen emulsion CSSI and water (< 1000 ppm TDS) in the ratio of 1 kg (one kilogram) organo silane nanotechnology : 100 kg (one hundred kilogram) cationic bitumen emulsion CSSI : 200 ltr. (two hundred litre) water. Mixing & Spraying : Take 1 kg (one kilogram) of organo silane nanotechnology and add in 200 ltr. (two hundred litre) water while filling water in tanker / drum and then add 100 kg (one hundred kilogram) cationic bitumen under circulation. Mix the solution completely. Spray the solution @ 1 kg per sqm (one kilogram per square metre) on compacted stone base. Rate including all material labour hire charges of machery etc. complete as per MORD speciication clause 502 & direction of Engineer - in - Charge.
Preparing and applying of water soluble organo silance nanotechnology for bitumen emulsion application IRC accredited with cationic bitumen CRSI and water (< 1000 ppm TDS) in ratios of 1 kg (one kilogram) organo silance : 100 kg (one hundred kilogram) cationic bitumen emulsion CRSI : 200 ltr. water (two hundred litre). Mixing & Spraying : Take 1.4 kg or organo silane nanotechnology and add in 200 ltr. (two hundred litre) water while filling water in tanker / drum and then add 100 kg (one hundred kilogram) cationic bitumen under circulation. Mix the solution completely. Spray the solution @ 0.3-0.4 kg. per sqm (point three - point four kilogram per square metre) on compacted stone base. Rate including all materials labour hire charges of machery etc. complete including carriage of material and other incidentials in all leads and lifts and as per MoRD specification clause 503 and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.
Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to wet mix macadam specification including premixing the material with water at OMC in mechanical mixer (Pug Mill), carriage of mixed material (to be laid in two equal layers) by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers in sub-base/base course on a well prepared sub-base and compacting with smooth wheel roller of 80 to 100kN weight to achieve the desired density including lighting, barricading and maintenance of diversion, etc as per Tables 400.11 & 400.12 and Technical Specification Clause 406. including carriage of material and other incidentials in all leads and lifts and as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.
Providing and laying 30 mm thick semi dense bituminous concrete with 60-80 TPH batch type HMP producing an average output of 50 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder @ 5 per cent (five per cent) of mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MoRD specification clause No. 509 complete including carriage of material and other incidentials in all leads and lifts and as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.
