Demolition of stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors & wall, laid bedded & pointed in any mortar.

Roughening of old unservicable PCC floor surface by picking, chipping and wire brush sweeping clean and washing down with water to remove dust outside to make it suitable for laying floor tile complete all as specified.

M&L for non skid ceramic tile 7 to 8 mm thick area of each tile exceeding 0.06 sqm but not exceeding 0.11sqm , as in floors etc set over and including screed bed or bedding layer of mortar 15 mm thick for laying floor finishes with CM 1:6 including necessary adhesive (Tile pattern and decoration may be as suggested by Engineer-in-charge)

M&L for non skid ceramic tile 7 to 8 mm thick area of each tile exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exceeding 0.18sqm , as in floors etc set over and including screed bed or bedding layer of mortar 15 mm thick for laying floor finishes with CM 1:6 including necessary adhesive (Tile pattern and decoration may be as suggested by Engineer-in-charge)

M&L for vitrified ceramic dark colour tile 7 to 8 mm thick area of each tile joint free exceeding 0.18 sqm but not exceeding 0.38 sqm , as in floors etc set over and including high performence adhesive manufactured by somani ezifix tile adhesive or equivalent mixed in cement as per manufacturer instruction and jointed with polymer modified cementetious grout manufactured by somani ezy grout or equivalent of pigment matching to tile color including screed bed or bedding layer of mortar 15 mm thick for laying floor finishes with CM 1:6 (Tile pattern and decoration may be as suggested by Engineer-in-charge)

M&L for vitrified ceramic dark colour tile 7 to 8 mm thick area of each tile exceeding 0.18 sqm but not exceeding 0.38 sqm , as in skirting etc set over and including 10 mm thick rendering with CM 1:3 including necessary adhesive (Tile pattern and decoration may be as suggested by Engineer-in-charge)

M & L for Glazed ceramic coloured walls tiles in vertical surfaces 300x450x 6mm to 7 mm thick set over and including 10 mm thick rendering on vertical surface of wall or concrete surfaces in CM 1:3 to receive wall tiles including necessary adhesive (Tile pattern and decoration may be as suggested by Engineer-in-charge).

M & L for 18 to 20 mm thick machine cut green marbel stone in single piece as in steps, landings, jambs, pillars, window cills,cooking platform, and like laid over cement screed and jointed with base laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing complete including 10 mm thick plastering with cement mortar 1 : 3 including necessary adhesive complete all as specified

M & L Granite work (table rubbed and polished) 18mm-20 mm thick in cooking platforms and like in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match complete all as specified and directed.(colour may be as suggested by Engineer-in-charge).

Rounding to edges of stone slabs such as steps cooking platefrom and other similar situations complete all as specified
