Tenderer should be Original Equipment Manufacturer and registered with the competent authority relevant registration certificate should be uploaded OR Authorized dealer of the OEM (Authorized dealer of Manufacturer should upload MAF as per Section XIII)

Goods and Service Tax Active Registration Certificate should be uploaded.

Income Tax Returns for the Financial Year 2021-22, 2022-23 and 2023-24 should be uploaded.

Other than MSEs The Average Annual financial turnover of the tenderer should be not less than estimated cost of the quantity in the Tender Document during the last 3 proceedings financial years (Financial Year 2021-22, 2022-23 and 2023-24) The CA certified turnover certificate with UDIN should be uploaded. MSEs The Average Annual financial turnover of the tenderer should be not less than 50% of the estimated cost of the quantity in the Tender Document during the last 2 proceedings financial years (Financial Year 2022-23 and 2023-24). MSEs registration certificate should be uploaded.

Tenderer should upload the ISO/ISI/BIS Certificate. (Certificate should be in the name of the tenderer/OEM).

Equipment & Quality control certificate as per Proforma given in Section- XIV should be uploaded.

Affidavit as per Section-XV (1st Party Tenderer Name, 2nd Party Name Raichur City Corporation, Raichur) should be uploaded.

Other than MSEs - Previous experience certificate should be uploaded for the similar supply to the departments covered under Section 4(e) and 4 (ee) of KTPP Act, 1999 (Including Govt., Societies)- Not less than 80% of the requirement of the quantity required in any ONE of the last 3 years as per Section-XII. (Financial Year 2021-22, 2022-23 and 2023-24) MSEs Previous experience certificate should be uploaded for the similar supply to the Section 4(e) and 4 (ee) of KTPP Act, 1999 (Including Govt., Societies)- Not less than 40% of the requirement of the quantity required in any ONE of the last 2 years as per Section-XII. (Financial Year 2022-23 and 2023-24) MSEs registration certificate should be uploaded and Relevant documents should be uploaded.
