Demolition of brick work of any description and in any position built in cement or cement lime mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars including segregation of serviceable bricks for reuse & removal of rubbish out off from site etc complete all as specified and directed

Demolition of plain cement concrete(un-reinforced ) in ground floors, terrazo tiles floor & paving not exceeding 15cm thickness (below or above ground level) and removal of rubbish off from site complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Excavation in post holes (or similar holes) not exceeding 0.5 cum, getting out, returning filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick as in soft disintegrated rock including watering & removing surplus soil material to a distance not exceeding 50 mtr & making good surface complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for plain cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2 (using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in sub base of flooring, foundations,filling & mass concrete for fencing posts, foundation of pole ,struts & stay assembly etc complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 75 mm thick PCC (1:2:4), type B -1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate ) as in floor finishing , even & smooth using extra cement including fixing of glass strip as per design as directed by Engineer-in Charge complete all as specified and directed. Note: Glass dividing Strip shall be measured and paid separately.

Supply only 38mm wide glass dividing strips, 3mm thick complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Brick work using old size bricks , straight or curved on plan exceeding 6m mean radius, built in cement mortar 1:4 etc complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for with moorum/ red bajri filling under the floor not exceeding 100 mm thick spreaded, levelled and rammed including watering complete all as specified & directed .

M&L for prepartion of new or previously untreated steel surface of any description , not otherwise described over 10 cm in width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for pre-painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for machine cut kota stone slab flooring 20mm -25 mm thick of size not less than 575 mm X 575 mm, over laid & jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including moulding, grinding, rubbing & polishing, over & including 20 mm thick screed bed in CM (1:6) complete all as specifed & directed.

M&L for machine cut kota stone slab in skirtings,riser of steps ,dado & pillar 18 mm to 20 mm thick laid and jointed with grey cement slurry pointed with cloured cement to match the shade of the slab including moulding,grinding, rubbing & polishing, over 10 mm thick backing coat in CM (1:4) etc complete all as specifed & directed.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick on brick masonry/concrete surface etc in CM (1:4) in two layer ,surface finished even & smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of newly plaster surface wall and applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat of alkali primer including necessary scaffolding complete all as specified & as directed.

S&F steel work in tubular trusses /tubular post (square/ rectangular /circular) steel tubular sections including special shaped washers etc complete using ERW or induction butt welded tubes conforming to IS 1161 1979 Grade St-240 complete all as specified and directed. Note: Drawing & design shall be approved by GE before erection of truss..

M&L for plain cement concrete 1:2:4 ,type B-2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in surface channels and drains complete all as specified and directed

M&L for plain cement concrete 1:2:4, type B-1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregates) as in kerb/benching/copings/window cill etc. including weathering,slightly rounded or chamfered angle and throating including use & waste of necessary form work etc complete all as specified and directed

Excavation in trenches in any type of soil not exceeding 1.5 metre deep and not exceeding 1.5 mtr width and getting out soil including forming bottom surface to required slope/gradient for laying cables/pipes,foundations,laying of cable, shafts, well, cesspits, manholes etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers of not exceeding 25 cm thick after the cables & pipes etc. are laid, jointed & tested and foundations complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Removal of surplus excavated soil not exceeding 50 Mtr distance and depositing where directed by Engineer-in-Charge at a level not exceeding 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified.

M&L Extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 30cm inner girth in cement concrete, using extra cement including forms, moulds, etc (inner girth only to be measured) complete all as specified and directed.

Add or deduct for each 25mm girth or part thereof over or under 30cm -ditto-

M & L for 150 mm bore reinforced concrete drain pipe ,class NP-3, laid and jointed in trenches complete all as specified & directed.

M & L for 100 mm thick Concrete bed to 150 mm bore drain pipe including packing under and haunching against the sides of pipes after they are laid and tested in cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-2 (using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate )complete all as specified & directed.

S & F 110 mm bore PVC(SWR) pipes single socketed, in any length with rubber ring joints, fixed on wall including PVC clamp properly with PCC 1:2:4 complete all as specified and directed

S & F for 0.80 mm thick Plain, galvanised, mild steel sheeting, in ridges,hips, valley gutters, drip and straight flashings (length and girth as fixed) with grade of zinc coating 275 complete all as specified and directed

M&L for mild steel work as in wind tie for roof including securing bolts or weld, clamp, hold fasts, wall ties, plate washer & similar articles confirming to Fe-290 Gde-E-165 complete all as specified & directed

M&L for 80 mm thick factory made machine pressed pre-cast concrete coloured interlocking paver block of approved shade laid in design & pattern as in footpath, light traffic parking etc., made by table vibratory method using PU mould of any shape and size conforming to IS-15658-2006 of M-40 grade laid over & including 50mm thick over coarse sand/ stone dust, compacting and proper embedding/ laying by vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with fine sand and cutting of paver block as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand; complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for following point wiring controlled by one way switch with using with FRLSH PVC insulated PVC unsheathed electric cable conforming to IS:694, 1100V grade AC, single core having multi stranded copper conductor of size 1.5 Sq.mm nominal cross sectional area for phase & neutral and including non metallic rigid PVC conduit ISI marked medium grade not less than 20 mm dia with all conduit accessories in surface wiring system & 1.5 Sqmm green PVC insulated unsheathed multistranded copper conductor as a earth wire connected to earth dolly by providing lugs including sunken type anodized pressed steel sheet terminal box (normal & modular type) made out of 1.6mm thick of suitable size, for mounting fittings/junction boxes including PVC board with bakelite sheet 2.8 mm thick laminated cover make sheet for housing/ fixing switches etc., including cutting holes for switches,sockets,regulators etc as per requirement including fixing with machine screw,washer etc complete all as specified and directed. M&L ,for earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode of size 600 mm x 600 mm x 6 mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 mtr deep below normal ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 mtr below ground level, connected to galvanised earth lead wire 4.00 mm dia by means of bolts, nuts check nuts & washers of galvanised iron or steel, protected by GI pipe 15 mm bore (light grade) and watering pipe 20 mm bore GI pipe (light grade) and PCC of chamber and coping shall in 1:3:6 type C-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate including excavation and earth work and removal of surplus soil and filling with black cotton soil upto ground level complete all as shown in electrical plate No 3 of SSR Pt-I, 2009 with CI cover 10mm thick of size 300x300mm with charcoal dust and common salt complete and earth lead connected to panel including testing complete all as specified and directed.
