CONSULTANCY SERVICES FOR SEWAGE TREATMENT PLANT AT CG ENCLAVE CHICOLNA GOA UNDER GE (I) CG GOA

Carrying out topographic survey work by using total station, machine incl collection of all important details on the field. All topographic details like Sewage lie network, invert level, of each MH, Marking defective line/MH, road (Kaccha/pucca), nalla, tanks wells, houses drain, railway, high tensio line. electric pole, telephone pole, gas/ water pipe lie pole (Visible on ground), field bounds etc shall be collected in 10x10m grid interval or near where undulation found. Complete all as specified & directed as per detais been. (a) Sewer Treatment Plant : Preparation of Sewage Treatment design (Incl Capacity of STP) and the design shall meet all relevent codal requirment. Submission of the following work details. (b) Layout drawing duly supported by design calculation. (c) Scheduled quantity (BOQ) and particular specification, estimation with supporting rate analysis of each unit/item and all necessary work services. (d) Detailed Project Report along with detailed drawing. (e) Third Party Vetting and approval (IIT/NIT) of Sewer Network, DPR and STP (hydraulic and srtuctural Design) from any IIT/NIT/ Govt Eng Collage. (f) Design of STP of on the principle of aerobic attached growth non clogging randomly Moving Bed Bi - Reactor (MBBR) including mechanical and all Civil works for STP of capacity 400 Cum per day as per the OEM specifications to achieve desired treated sewage parameters as given below after prior approval by MES in consultation with users:- Ser No Parameter Unit Raw sewage water Treated sewage water 1. (g) Schematic diagram indication drainage layout and site of proposed STP in consultation with the users. (h) Design of STP shall comply guidelines issued by Goa State Pollution Control Board including management of solid waste/ sludge generate out of treatment process. (j) Design of STP shall include complete Arch design, structural design, Mechanical design, Electrical control & circuiting instrumentation etc. Schematic treatment process flow diagram with drawings will be enclosed as per Goa state Pollution Control Board. (k) All equipment & civil works will be designed considering atmosphere conditions/ prevailing at CG enclave Chicolna Goa & as per Soil investigation report. (l) The survey shall include the underground pipe line for the recirculation of treated water to various parks and ground in the Estate and also for fire static tanks. (m) Before finalising the report, a presentation shall be made by the firm in the presence of officials from both Coast Guard and MES side at Vasco, Goa to finalise the details. (n) Submission of Interim report include design calculation & drawings. (o) Getting the scheme approved from IIT/NIT/Govt Engineering College offering Master degree in PHE/E-in-C’s branch and submit for approval from GE (I) (CG) Goa office. (p) Arrange consent certificate / NOC from Goa PCB for discharge of treated effluent in open drain and disposal of sludge as per norms/ rules. (q) Submission of final report with all design calculation of scheme, Arch, structural, Mechanical & Electrical drawings. (r) Submission of BOQ with at least three makes for each, manufactured items. (s) Submission of BOQ against scheme given in final report with specification in SIX Hard copies & Two no Shoft copies. (t) The consultancy will be in force till completion of the main work on ground and render all technical support during currency of execution of work whenever required. (u) The work is for CG enclave Chicolna Goa.
