Taking down cement plaster, any description on brick, concrete or stone walls or ceiling including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc and removal of rubbish off all as specified and directed.

M&L for 15 mm thick rendering on stone masonary or other than fair face of brick work finished even and smooth without using extra cement in CM 1:6 complete all as specified.

M&L for preparation of new plastered or unplastered surfaces of wall and applying one coat of white cement base wall care putty 2 mm thick on walls finished even and smooth with sand paper and applying two coats of Oil bound distemper complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of old surfaces including complete removal of old existing treatment of wall surfaces and applying one coat of white cement base wall care putty 2 mm thick on walls finished even and smooth with sand paper and applying two coats of Oil bound distemper complete all as specified and directed.

Material & labour for rendering 15mm thick on stone masonry surfaces or surface other than fair face of brickwork surfaces in cement mortar 1:4, surface finished fair and even complete all specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new plastered or unplastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats exterior weather proof water base emulsion paint over and including a coat of chalk whiting complete all specified and directed.

Demolition of brickwork of stone/boulder masonry, build in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc, but excluding ashlars facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles complete all specified and directed.

M&L for Walling of squared rubble, uncoursed, well bonded, bedded and solidly hearted, built in CM 1:6 complete all specified and directed.

M&L for stone jalli of 40-50mm thick in any size and shape of approved design with asthetic view including pillars/frames/posts (thumbly) complete all as directed. Note : Measurement shall be carried out including frame/posts.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floors and pavings n. exc. 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) and removing the demolished material to a distance exc 250 m but not exceeding 500m and depositing where directed, complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Dismatling floor hearth or wall tiling including cement mortor bedding but not backing removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premise complete all specified and directed.

Material & labour for 25mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B0 (using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate) as in levelling course finished even and fair for laying floor finishes etc complete all as specified & directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & labour for Vitrified ceramic tiles 10mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.36 sqm but not exceeding 0.42 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over & including 15mm thick screed bed in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material & labour for Vitrified ceramic tiles 10mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.36 sqm but not exceeding 0.42 sqm, as in skirting etc, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of tiles over & including 10mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:4) complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material & labour for GVT (Glazed vitrified tile) tiles of size 600x1200mm and thickness 8 to 10 mm (colour and pattern in dark/light shade as approved by GE), on vertical surfaces such as skirting/dados etc, set & jointed in neat cement slurry & pointed in coloured cement to match the shade of tiles laid over and including rendering 15 mm thick in CM 1:4 on wall complete all as specified and directed.

Material & labour for non skid glazed ceramic tiles of size 600mm x 600mm x 10 to 12 mm thick light coloured, (square/rectangular) as in floors etc, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of tiles laid over & including 15mm thick screed bed in cement mortar (1:4) complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for 100 mm thick PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40mm stone aggregate as in sub base floor/floors and paving etc. complete all specified and directed.

S&F rubber moulded Machine pressed PCC interlocking paver block confirming to IS 15658-2006 of size 80 mm thickness M-40 Grade with grey cement and pigment laid dry over 25mm thick screed river washed sand cushion as in floor, shape and colour as directed by Engr in charge.

M&L for 75mm thick PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 using 40mm stone aggregate as in sub base floor/floors and paving etc. complete all specified and directed.

M&L for 10 to 12 mm thick vitrified unglazed and unpolished, scratch resistant, matt finished coloured tiles (square/rectangular) of size not less than 300mm x 300mm as in parking/ hardstanding etc including 15 mm thick screed bed in CM 1:4, set, jointed in cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the colour/shades of tiles complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, approns etc laid and bedded in any mortor all as directed.

M&L for 40mm thick sand stone cladding gang saw cut with machine cut edges, uniform colour of each stone size n.exceeding 0.5 sqm area dressed close picked on exposed faces, set and jointed in cement and stone dust mortar 1:3 and pointed in cement mixed with approved pigment to match complete all as specified and as directed.

Material & labour for granite of 18mm to 20mm thick (of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, window cills, cooking platforms and like in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of marble over and including 20mm screed bed in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified & directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for rounding/chamfering to edge of stone slab like granite, marble, kota stone etc to required shape & design including grinding & polishing to obtain required finished complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down chowkats or frames with shutters (without taking off shutters from the frames) exceeding 1.5 sqm but not exceeding 4 sqm each and removing from site complete all specified and directed.

Supply and fixing 12 mm thick toughned glass in square or rectangular shape with etching logo using cad design or create a text only or image logo as approved, exceeding 0.50 sqm in each pane for the glass partition, including stainless steel bracket or L-connector and other suitable accessories to fix the glass in partition complete all as specified & directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Note : Design of Logo or etching pattern should be approved by GE.

Supply and fixing 12 mm thick toughned glass in square or rectangular shape, area exc 1.50 sqm but n exc 4.00 sqm with etching logo using cad design or create a text only or image logo as approved, for the designer door, including stainless steel bracket and other suitable accessories to fix door on floor spring and top pivot with 2 nos stainless steel door handle of length 300mm and mortice lock for each door complete all as specified & directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking down chowkats or frames with shutters (without taking off shutters from the frames) not exceeding 1.5 sqm each and removing from site complete all as specified & directed.

S&F Solid PVC frame (Single Rebated) of size 60mm x 30mm made out of solid PVC foam with homogeneous fine cellular structure having smooth outer integral skin with suitable metal stiffner and fixed with 100 x 8 sheet metal CSK screws complete all as shown on drawing and as specified & directed. (Note :- Door frame shall be water proof, termite proof, elegant and should have excellent screws holding strength to fix hinges and hold doors properly).

S&F factory made solid PVC moulded door shutters 28 to 30 mm thick (stile:), with 2, 4 or 6 raised panel design with 2mm thick 3D wood grain Moulded PVC Sheet Polyurethane painted on the front face & 2mm Plain colour PVC Sheet on back face, with wood free EPS, supplying & fixing in frame at site as per specification & drawing and as directed.

S&F standard grade WPC door frames of size 100x65mm for doors with single rebate including all necessary fixing lugs or clamps complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F for sheet glass 5 mm thick, ordinary quality and glazing with oil putty or wooden beads supplied with shutters in square exc. 0.5 sqm in each pane complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs double action floor spring hydraulically regulated made up of minimum 1.25 mm thick aluminium alloy sheet foundation box main body with stainless steel cover governing pivot made of brass other parts made of mild steel heavy duty and fixed complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs, aluminium door closer hydraulically regulated, designation No 1, universal type suitable for door shutters upto 700 mm in width and of wt not more than 35 kg complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of wall and ceiling boards (fibre, pulp, insulation, etc.) or insulation boards/slabs/ blankets, any thickness, including cover fillets complete all as specified.

M&L for GI frame work for seamless ceiling comprising of GI perimeter channel 0.55mm thick with two unequal flanges of 20 and 30mm and web of 27mm fixed to surrounding wall using nylon sleeves and screws at 450mm centre to centre/intermediate channel 0.9mm thick having equal flanges of 15mm each and web of 45mm suspended from soffit at approx 900mm centre to centre with GI cleat and steel expansion fasteners with and including ceiling section (not exc 1.2m length) of 0.55mm thickness having kurled web of 50mm and flange of 26mm each with lips of 10.5mm fixed to the intermediate channel at 457mm centre to centre complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 8 mm thick seamless calcium silicate ceiling made out of 1800 x 1200mm size board of siliceous and calcareous material reinforced with cellulose fibre fixed to the ceiling section with 25mm long self drilling and tapping screws having phillips head with under head cutter at 200mm centre to centre, including finishing the joint of face board with specially formulated jointing compound and 48mm wide fibre tape to provide seamless finish complete all as specified and directed. ( Note :- Frame work for ceiling shall be measured and paid separately.)

M&L for providing and fixing 10mm thick plaster of paris ceiling (Gypsum anhydrous) to flat surface over 2nd class soft wood fillets, or metal frame work and reinforced with G.I. wire mesh complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note : No seperate payment will be done to the contractor for fillets, metal frame work and G.I. wire mesh used in fixing of POP ceiling.

M&L for removal of oil based paint over the sandstone in cladding or archs of any shape or design using the paint remover to match with the original pattern all as specified.

M&L for polishing the sandstone in cladding or archs of any shape or design using the stone care liquid polishes of existing shed of stone complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling boarding, any description, fixed any position with nails complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Solid PVC Wall Lining consisting of 5mm thick wood grain printed PVC sheet inclusive of solvent cement and fixing at site on PVC frame as per specifications and drawing all as directed by EIC.

M&L for 5mm thick PVC sheet fillet of width 35mm for wall panelling inclusive of fixing on to wall to make PVC Frame as per specification and drawing all as directed by EIC.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & labour for cutting into existing manholes for connecting new drains of 150 mm internal dia pipe, making good to pipe and rendering, cutting out existing benching for and forming branch channel ( ½ round or 3/4 Section) in cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 smooth finished and reforming benching as required complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
