Taking down chowkats or frames exc 1.5 Sqm but n.exc 4 Sqm (without taking off shutter from the frame) each including Builders Hardware and removing from the site including dismantling brick work for hold fasts etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down shutters of any description exc 1 Sqm and n.exc 2.00 Sqm each including Builders Hardware and removing from site complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F factory made Pressed steel frames confirming to IS, having profile of size 125 x 60 mm, 1.25 mm thick MS Sheet for doors with one or more rebates including necessary supply and fixing lugs, lock strike plate, etc. 100 mm size hinges, with one shop coat of zinc chromate primer and fixing complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F of factory made solid PVC door frame of size 50mm x 47mm made out of 5mm plain colour PVC sheet reinforced with 19x19mm MS square tube and 1.2mm wall thickness complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F factory made pressed steel frames confirming to relevant IS, having profile of size 105 x 60 mm, 1.25 mm thick MS Sheet for doors with one or more rebates including necessary Supply & fixing lugs, lock strike plate, etc. 100 mm size hinges, with one shop coat of zinc chromate primer and fixing complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F of 35mm thick 2nd class hard wood factory made, plain, framed, panelled shutter (two panel) with lock rails and panel of 9mm BWP comercial ply or 12 mm thick veneered particle board with comercial veneering on both faces. The size of rail and style as per IS-1003 Part-I klin seasoned and chamicaly pressure treated complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F for factory made 35mm thick 2nd class hard wood gauged and skeleton shutter open rebated and prepared to received gauge etc (without sash bars) for fly proof door shutter, edges of framing plain, chamfered or rounded, fitted with cut of any mitred beads for securing gauge etc, size of members of shutter as specified in SSR Part-I section 8 clause No.8.23(a) and fitted to chowkats complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F of factory made solid panel PVC door shutter, 30mm thick (style) consisting of frame made out of M.S. tubes for top & bottom rails MS frame shall be covered with heat moulded plain clolur PVC `C' channel having a PVC sheet strip of 20 mm width struck inside with solvent cement for stile and plain clolur PVC sheets for top rail lock rail & buttom rail on either side and as gap insert for top rail & bottom rail; panelling of plain colour PVC sheet to be fitted in MS frame welded/sealed to the stiles & rails with suitable PVC sheet beading and jointed together with slolvent cement, suppling & fixing in the frame at site as per manufactures instruction complete all as specified and as directed.

Easing of door shutters for properly closing/opening, tighting of hinges or changing the position of hinges, adjustment of tower bolts sliding bolt etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for refixing of shutter of any description exc 1 Sqm and n.exc 2 Sqm each of same opening doing resecuring or easing & adjusting without taking down complete all as specified and as directed.
