House keeping, Sweeping, Cleaning and Scavanging Providing sweepers for daily cleaning entire complex, car parking , lawn, garden surface, drain pavement, gully pit grouting and entire complex, Electrical panel room, fire panel room, stores, all staircases, basement floor, Electrical Stores, lifts, lift cases, switch room etc. and removing dust from pipeline, removal rubbish, garbage, waste to vat point to the municipal authority. Security, guarding personnel entire complex , IT personnel/ operator (Knowledge and operating of the IT works i.e. Network operator and Audio Video Operator) , Fire fighting personnel (Knowledge and operating the fire fighting equipment plotted at different places of complex) ,Operating Electrical substation and DG Set Personnel, Lift Operator personnel operation round the clock basis in all days. under the overall guidance of the Engineer-in-Charge. Note: Man days means per day per man working time 8 Hours including required uniform, Torch and other accessories. [This rate has been calculated considering prevailing up to date order of minimum wages of Labour Department, Government of West Bengal, & also considering contribution to E.P.F., E.S.I. & Bonus to be made by the agency as per memorandum vide no. 3790-F(Y) Dated 21.07.2014 of Joint Secretary, Finance (Audit) Department, Govt. of West Bengal] Semi Skilled worker (2X 365)
