Resource management for ETP(Effluent Treatment Plant) installed at MH(New) with one operator of approprite category of industrial person to operate ETP/centrifugl pump/chemical dozzer/RO Plant/Water distribution in one shift as specified below or all as directed by Engr-in-charge. (i) Ist Shift(office time hours) 0900 hrs to 1700 hrs = 01 operator

Outsourcing service for operation of water supply/pump house and fire fighting pump at Chief Engineer Jodhpur with one Operator per shift for 2 shifts of appropriate category of industrial person to operate submersible pumpsets/turbine pump set/centrifugal pump/Diesel Engine/Jockey pump set/chlorine plant/bleaching dozer/water supply distribution/sluice valve/watering for Gardening Area at CEJZ (02 shift of 08 Hrs each/day) including sunday/holiday to work as per daily order given and as directed by Engr-in-Charge (i) 1st Shift - 0600 h to 1400 h (ii) 2nd Shift - 1400 h to 2200 h

Resource management for Central AC Plant installed at MBT Arjun with One Ref mechanic for each shift of 8 hrs (three shifts for Round the clock) including Sunday and holiday for manning operation of the plants as per shifts all as directed. (i) 1st Shift - 0600 h to 1400 h (ii) 2nd Shift - 1400 h to 2200 h (iii) 3rd Shift - 2200 h to 0600 h

Note for item 1 to 3 (I) Minimum qualification/experiencce for Operator shall be ITI in appropriate field or Secondary equivalent with 02 years experience in same field . Cotractor shall submit necessary documents for the same before commencement of work for each manpower employed by him to Eng-in-Charge. (ii)Obtaining Security passes and police verification will be responsibility of contractor for manpower employed by him (iii)contractor shall provid all tools and safety equipments required for day to day working without any extra cost (iv)Weekly off will be given to all manpower employed by contractor as per existing rules.Provision of reliver for each manpower employed by contractor shall deemed to include in item rate quoted (v)Cleaning of installation and surrounding area will be responsibilities of manpower employed by contractor and rate quoted for item shall deemed to inlude this provision. (vi)Necessary logbook/logsheet will be maintained by manpower employed by contractor as directed by Eng-In-Charge. (vii) In Case contractor fails to deploy appropriate staff for any shift , penalty @ Rs 2000/ shift shall be recovered from the contractor. (viii)Contractor shall provide€ Accidentel insurance of min 2 lacs to all the employed manpower & copy of life insurance shall be deposited with department within one month of acceptance. (ix) Staff will always remain on duty in proper dress code as per directed & shift staff will not change over the duty unless proper handing taking over is signed. (x) Installation should be kept clean and tidy in presentable look, otherwise a recovery at the double rate of quoted will be charged if installation are not kept clean at the time. (xi) Tradesmen will take all preventive measures and will use protective clothing to avoid any untoward incidents. (xii) Contractor shall provide all necessary T&P and uniform/dress code approved by Engr-in-Charge for all tradesmens employed by him without any extra cost. (xiii) Operator shall ensure the normal maintenance of Ac plant/water supply and fire fighting system like working of automatic device, cleaning of all spares, checking of output supply from panels, physical cheking of all installation daily.
