1. The region-wise prices provided in the prescribed price format are fixed for bidding purposes and no modification by bidders is permitted. However, the said prices are indicative and may undergo revision, if required, based on Board decision prior to the final appointment of Cost Auditors.

2. The above price bid format is fixed in nature and all items/amounts are predefined. Bidders are required only to resubmit/accept the prescribed price format without any modification in line items, quantities, or values.

3. Since this is a Fixed Rate Tender, no price evaluation shall be undertaken and selection shall be based solely on technical evaluation. Further, as the GePNIC portal does not support technical score-based ranking and multi-award selection, the evaluation process shall be carried out offline in accordance with the approved BEC, and the final ranking/results shall subsequently be uploaded on the portal.
