SHAFT GENERATOR (2300 KW, 415V, 3- PHASE) – 02 NOS, M/S AVKDEUTSCHAND,

Overhaul both (Port &Stbd) Shaft Generator as follows:- (a) Examination of power cables, cable entry, cable shoes and CT on terminal box. (b) Cleaning &examination of insulators for cracks. (c) Check and re-tightening of all screws and nuts in aux. terminal box. (d) Check and re-tightening of all screws and nuts in aux. terminal box by dynamometric key. (e) Inspection of stator and rotor winding with endoscope. On completion of overhauling Laser alignment of Shaft Generators to be carried out with main shaft of Prime mover. (All in way jobs/materials and spares under contractor scope)

EMERGENCY SWITCH BOARD (M/S RRMI)

Circuit breakers {(Make-Merlin Gerlin, 400 Amps} to be overhauled and safety trip checks (over current, short circuit & under voltage) to be carried out. (a) Record the bus bar insulation. Insulation should be >5 mega ohm. (b) Rubber beading of the panel doors to be renewed. (Mat contractor supply) Calibration certificate to be provided.

TRANSFORMERS (99KVA-02 NO, 40KVA- 01NO.) 415/230V, 3-PHASE, M/S MARINE ELECTRICAL

Overhaul the transformers (99 KVA -02 Nos windings to be applied with air drying varnish. Post overhauling, transformers are to be proved for satisfactory operation.

Overhaul the transformers (40 KVA – 01 No), windings to be applied with air drying varnish. Post overhauling, transformers are to be proved for satisfactory operation.

SHORE CONNECTION BOX (415V, 3-PHASE, 800A)- 02 No., M/S MARINE ELECTRICALS

Overhauling of 02 no shore connection box and 01 no shore bus bar panel to be carried out. Job includes following; a) Undertake CIT of MCCB-800A b) Renew insulator bushings of bus bar.

Calibration of following meters to be carried out and Calibration Certificate to be provided.

INTERRING STABILIZER –02 NO, M/S RRMI (INPUT 230 V,AC)

Following tests to be carried out as per manual :- (a) 04 different tests for check of the stabilizer logic. (b) Arbitrary periods of roll (10, 15, 20 and 30 sec) to be checked for pneumatic valve and stabilizer valves. (c) RS Test for check of Roll sensor to be carried out.

INCINERATOR, M/S TEAMTEC, QTY-01 NO

Incinerator non-operational view suspected defective PLC and system not getting switched-on. Incinerator to be overhauled. Defect to be rectified and system to be proved with correct operation of following alarms. List of alarms: - (a) Flue gas temp. High. AIR WHISTLE – 01 NO. M/S KOCKUM SONIC

Overhauling of air whistle and control panel to be carried out. System to be proved for satisfactory operation. (Mat & Spares contractor supply)

FI-FI control panel to be overhauled. Overhauling includes calibration of OLR (3RV 1011-1 DA10, 2.2 A to 3.2 A, Qty-02 Nos and functional checks of Fi-Fi system in remote and fixed operator panel. Calibration certificate to be provided. (All items contractor supply).

REMOTE OPERATED SOLENOID VALVE & RELAY PANEL (M/S ROTEX)

Pneumatic remote operated solenoid valve relay panel to be overhauled. The overhaul includes checking relays & solenoids with pneumatic valves. Calibration of OLR (0.4-0.63A, TR2M,) to be carried out. Calibration certificate to be provided.

GALLEY OVEN-02 NO. M/S DENKI

Overhauling of electric ovens to be carried out. Overhauling includes the following:- (a) Examine contactors for carbon deposition and pitting. (b) Check Insulation of control transformer, power supply wiring. (c) Renew all heat proof cables of oven terminal to hotplate terminal posts along with porcelain sleeves from terminal post to hot plate terminal. (d) Check and prove function of thermostat. (Mat &Spares contractor supply)

HOT PLATE (GALLEY EQUIPMENT) MAKE: M/S DENKI

Following defects observed in hot plate range :-

Insulation of heat proof cable pertaining to hot plates found low (approx. length : 50 mtr) to be renewed with 06 no. ceramic connectors.

Heat proof Single core control cable from JB to main terminal deteriorated. Same to be renewed. (approx. length: 15 mtrs).

300 LTRS HOT WATER CALORIFIER, M/S DENKI QTY - 02 no. (Location- AC Compartment)

Undertake the following routines:- (a) De-scale the heater. (b) Test heater, thermostat for proper insulation resistance etc. (c) Fill water, ensure all parts are watertight and leak proof. (d) Overhaul 02 no. control panel. (e) Clean and paint all parts necessary to prevent rusting. (f) Use new packing, gasket, washers while refitting the apparatus plate, pipe connections. (g) Ensure all electrical components are fixed correctly and wiring connections are appropriate as per terminal markings. (h) Renew Earthing strip. (j) Check the insulation resistance of complete unit including control panel before commissioning of Calorifier.

Hot water circulating Pump (monoblock) along with motor (415V, 3-phase, 50 Hz, 0.37KW, M/s Garbaino, Italy) to be overhauled as per instruction mentioned in technical requirement. (Bearing No 6201-ZZ/C3).

DRYING TUMBLER CONTROL PANEL &MOTOR M/S STEFAB INDUSTRIES LTD,

Drying Tumbler Motor (415 V, 3-ph, 1.5 KW, 02 no.) to be overhauled as per instruction mentioned in technical requirement. (Bearing no- 6204 C3)

Drying Tumbler Control Panel to be overhauled as per instruction mentioned in technical requirement. Calibration of 02 no. over-load relays (TDR, 18 A – 25 A) to be carried out. Calibration certificate to be provided. (Spares contractor Supply)

Washer Extractor Motor (415V, 3-Ph, 7.5 KW) to be overhauled. Check electromagnetic clutch's gap and ensure it is not more than 0.5 mm. Replace V-belt. (Bearing No – 6306 - ZZ & 6208 - ZZ) (Spares contractor supply)

WATER TIGHT SLIDING DOOR (MAKE: GODREJ), QTY-10 NO.

Control panel of watertight sliding door to be overhauled and system to be proved for satisfactory operation.

WATER MIST SYSTEM (M/s GRUNDFOSS, HUNGARY)

Motor (415V, 3-Phase, 5 KW) to be Overhauled as per instruction mentioned in technical requirement.

Starter Panel (at ASP) and Control Panel in DCHQ to be overhauled as per per instruction mentioned in technical requirement. In addition to this calibration of O/L relay and activation of water mist system from all the 07 locations to be proved.

FOAM LIQUID TRANSFER PUMP MOTOR (M/S GRUNDFOSS)

Overhauling of Motor (415V, 3-Phase, 7.5KW) to be carried out as per instruction mentioned in technical requirement. (Bearing No 6206-Z& 2308B).

Overhauling of 02 in no Starter panel to be carried out as per instruction mentioned in technical requirement. Calibrate over load Relay (16 -24A, LRD-22). Calibration certificate to be provided. (Spare contractor supply)

BALLAST PUMP MOTOR & CONTROL PANEL (55 KW, 415V, 3-PHASE)–02 NO.M/s CROMPTON/MARINE ELECTRICALS

Overhauling of ballast pump motors (415V, 3-phase, 50 Hz, 55KW, M/s Brook Crompton, T-DF250M2) to be carried out as per instruction mentioned in technical requirement. (Bearing No-6313C3)

Weather deck general light fittings deteriorated and causing water ingress. Same to be renewed. In way job includes fabrication of bracket (Mat: MS) and fitment of light fittings. (Spare CG supply)

POWER DISTRIBUTION AND LIGHTING DISTRIBUTION BOARD(415V, 3-PHASE)

Panel locking mechanism of power distribution panel and lighting distribution panel defective. Same to be renewed as per sample.

WINDOW WIPERS, MAKE- M/S JUNG-A MARINE

Overhauling of window wiper motors with accessories to be carried out and all wiper blades to be renewed as per sample.

Space heaters of window wiper system defective. Same to be renewed as per sample. System to be proved for satisfactory operation. In way job includes removal of toughened glass of LSO & bridge.

TVRO SYSTEM, M/S KNS

Laying of 04 no. RF cables (Approx length – 30 mtrs each) from SRE to SO’s cabins to be carried out. In way job includes opening of bulk-head panels, re-fitment and securing of RF cables. (Material & Spares contractor supply)

HELO TALKBACK SYSTEM (MAKE: M/S VINGTOR STEENHANS)

Complete overhauling of Helo talkback system including Central Command Unit ETB-5 and PSU (SPS-4) to be carried out and proved for satisfactory operation from all four positions. To be undertaken through PAC firm. Overhauling includes following:- (a) 01 in no. station talkback (STB-3) (b) 02 in no. station talkback (STB-5)

Provision of recording system with Milking facility for all Helo communication equipment at LSO Cabin. Authority-CGHQ letter TS/300/63/MF/PCV dated 06 Jul 23.
