Taking down cement plaster of any description on PCC/stone surface/brick surfaces including racking out joints, hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc and removal of entire debris as ordered outside MoD land complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (un-reinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for in this Schedule and removal of entire debris as ordered outside MoD land complete all as specified & as directed.

M&L for cement concrete 1:2:4 type B0, using 12.5mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in roof kerbs, mud stops, coved fillets, cills, steps, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, padding over roof and the like including weathering, slightly rounded, chamfered angle and throating as directed including use and waste of form work (straight or curved) all exposed surface of concrete finished fair complete all as specified & as directed.

Supply only Integral Water Proofing Compound (ISI Marked).

S&F mild steel framed work such as grills, gratings, etc with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes, framed guard bars, barred iron doors, ladders, framed balusters, framed signed boards, walk ways, railings, framework of water tanks and similar work including welding conforming to Fe.290 (Gde E-165), complete all as specified & as directed.

M&L for 8 mm dia stainless steel fastner/ anchor bolts, 100mm long steel supports, fixed to RCC column/ beam, complete all as specified & as directed.

M&L for cutting out cracks to 'V' section in existing roofs or terrace cleaning out, wetting, grouting with cement and sand slurry 1:3 complete all as specified & as directed.

Material and labour for complete removal of existing water proofing treatment of any description or any other type of treatment over roof slab, parapets, chimney stacks, etc including cement plaster over RCC roof and cleaning the surface with wire brushes and washing with water, removing of insolvent materials and removing & depositing the debris, rubbish, etc outside MoD land, brushing neat cement slurry @ 3 Kg of cement per Sqm over the cleaned surface and provide 15mm thick screed bed/bedding layer/plaster in CM 1:3 mixed with integral Water Proofing Compound (WPC) as per manufacturer's instructions and finishing the surface even & smooth without using extra cement while the cement slurry is still green on RCC roof/parapet, provide oil bound bituminous primer @ 0.30 Kg/Sqm after bedding layer/plaster is cured with water for 7 days & completely dried, provide minimum 4mm thick APP based modified polymeric water proofing membrane weighing not less than 4.00 Kg/Sqm reinforced with non woven polyester matt fabric weighing not less than 160 gms/Sqm with over laps 100 mm longitudinal direction (side laps) and 150 mm on the transverse direction (end laps) by thermo-fused torch flame application method as per detailed procedure as directed and finally finishing the top surface with one finishing coat of bituminous aluminium paint complete all as specified and as directed. Notes: (i) WPC shall be measured & paid for separately as ‘Supply only’. (ii) The work shall be carried out only through manufacturer or their authorised applicator and contractor shall submit a written guarantee of the manufacturer/authorised applicator for the effectiveness of WPT for 10 years from the date of completion of contract. (iii) Care shall be taken to avoid wrinkle and air gaps while sticking membrane to the bitumen applied surface. (iv) The net area of water proofing treatment shall be measured without any extra allowance for laps.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:6 on fair faces of brick masonry or concrete surfaces of walls, finished even & smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 on fair faces of brick masonry or concrete surfaces of walls, finished even & smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for rendering 10 mm thick in cement mortar 1:3 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in ceiling finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered / unplastered surfaces of ceilings & applying three coats of white wash complete all as specified.

M&L for preparation of old surfaces of ceilings including scraping down smoke soot, moulds, moss and efflorescent salts, trading oil and greasy spots etc by hand held sander / long handle sander including cornices, pilasters etc (Plastered or unplastered surfaces) and applying two coats of white wash complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of new plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of oil emulsion distemper (OBD) of approved shade/tint over a coat of primer over & including 1mm thick layer of white cement based wall care putty complete all as specified & as directed.

M&L for complete removal of existing treatment by mechanical means (any number of layers) by hand held sander/ long handle sander, including cleaning of mortar drops, smoke soot, moulds, moss, efflorescent salts, trading oil, greasy spots etc & Jet pressure washing and preparation of plastered surfaces of wall and applying two coats of oil emulsion distemper (OBD) of approved shade/tint over a coat of primer over & including 1mm thick white cement based wall care putty on walls complete all as specified & as directed.

M&L for preparing newly plastered surface of walls and applying two coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of shade as approved by Engineer-in-Charge (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm as per manufacturer's instructions complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of new steel and iron surfaces of any description over 10 cm in width or girth and applying two coats of 1st quality synthetic enamel paint of approved tint over a coat of zinc chrome primer complete all as specified & as directed.

Dismantling carefully and taking up or down existing unserviceable/serviceable steel water tubing and connections of 15mm bore complete all as specified and as directed.

Fixing/Laying only, jointing and testing old serviceable galvanized steel water tubing medium grade of 15mm bore obtained serviceable vide serial item No. 18 here-in-before including cleaning the pipe from inside & outside properly including rust & mud removal, with & including new fittings and fixed to walls and ceilings or laid in floors in new or old position complete all as specified and as directed. Note : The quoted rate shall deemed to include new GI fittings (ISI marked). Old fittings shall not be used.

M&L for galvanized steel water tubing medium grade of 15mm bore (ISI marked) with & including all fittings, fixed to walls and ceilings or laid in floors, complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling carefully and taking up or down existing unserviceable/serviceable steel water tubing and connections of 20mm bore complete all as specified and as directed.

Fixing/Laying only, jointing and testing old serviceable galvanized steel water tubing medium grade of 20mm bore obtained serviceable vide serial item No. 21 here-in-before including cleaning the pipe from inside & outside properly including rust & mud removal, with & including new fittings and fixed to walls and ceilings or laid in floors in new or old position complete all as specified and as directed. Note : The quoted rate shall deemed to include new GI fittings (ISI marked). Old fittings shall not be used.

M&L for galvanized steel water tubing medium grade of 20mm bore (ISI marked) with & including all fittings, fixed to walls and ceilings or laid in floors, complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling carefully and taking up or down existing unserviceable/serviceable steel water tubing and connections of 25mm bore complete all as specified and as directed.

Fixing/Laying only, jointing and testing old serviceable galvanized steel water tubing medium grade of 25mm bore obtained serviceable vide serial item No. 24 here-in-before including cleaning the pipe from inside & outside properly including rust & mud removal, with & including new fittings and fixed to walls and ceilings or laid in floors in new or old position complete all as specified and as directed. Note : The quoted rate shall deemed to include new GI fittings (ISI marked). Old fittings shall not be used.

M&L for galvanized steel water tubing medium grade of 25mm bore (ISI marked) with & including all fittings, fixed to walls and ceilings or laid in floors, complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repairs 110mm bore PVC (SWR) pipes single socketed in any length with rubber ring joints / solvent cement joints laid in floors/ fixed to walls, complete all as specified & as directed.

S&F in repairs 110 mm bore PVC (SWR) bends any radius including jointing the same with solvent cement complete all as specified & as directed.

Disconnecting existing PVC water tanks fixed in any description of capacity exceeding 500 ltrs and not exceeding 1000 ltrs, setting aside (or lowering if required) for repairs, cleaning and removing scale and dirts etc from tanks and from mouths of circulating pipes etc and hoisting as ordered, including reconnecting and re-fixing in same position and testing on completion complete all as directed.

M&L for application of high build polymer modified cement mortar (1:3) mixed with 6 ltrs SBR latex per bag of cement {Compressive strength after 28 days ≥ 40 N/sqmm (According to ASTM C109)} in small patch work over column/ beams/ ceilings / walls surfaces 20 to 30mm thick in two layers over a coat of bonding agent like Nitobond SBR (1 ltr SBR + 3 Kg cement) applied as per manufacturer’s instructions for height upto 15 metre from average ground level complete all as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Note :- SBR latex chemical shall be measured and paid for separately as ‘Supply only’.

Supply only SBR latex chemical of Make Krishna Conchem / Dr. Fixit / SIKA / Fosroc / Pidilite / BASF / Sunanda / Asian as approved by GE.

Cutting/ Chipping/ Dismantling of spall / loose damaged concrete from soffits of RCC slab / other RCC structural members in a controlled manner carefully by low impact high frequency hammer or by manual chipping without damaging the existing concrete upto good parent concrete to expose the existing reinforcement (direct hammering should be avoided) average thickness of 50-75 mm including cleaning the exposed surfaces by water jet pressure pump at 4 to 5 kg/ Sqcm pressure to remove chlorides and loose particles, air drying the surface etc for further treatment with & including all necessary tools, safety measures like helmet, safety belt, adequate labour insurance, scaffolding, etc. for height upto 15 metre from average ground level under the supervision of qualified supervisor (the damaged ceiling/ concrete shall only be measured) complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for cleaning existing reinforcement bars with wire brush / rotary wire brush making the surface free from cement skin, loose particles, dirt, etc and applying rust remover/converter (Rebaklense RR of M/s Fosroc / Amandur of GK technocom or equivalent of Dr. Fixit / SIKA / Pidilite) over the corroded reinforcement bars where ever micro concreting is required and cleaning the same after application with & including all necessary tools, scaffolding, etc. for height upto 15 metre from average ground level complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for non shrink cementitious micro concrete (‘SikaRep Microcrete-4’ of Sika / ‘Renderoc RG’ of Fosroc or equivalent of Dr. Fixit) meeting ASTM C1107 standard in average thickness 50-75mm and having minimum compressive strength 50 N/sqmm after 28 days as per ASTM C109, for repair to column, beam, slab, etc, complete all as per manufacturer’s instructions cost inclusive of scaffolding, shuttering, formwork, curing etc. for height upto 15 metre from average ground level complete all as directed. Notes : (i) Quoted rate shall deemed to be inclusive of form work, scaffolding, safety belt, etc. (ii) Reinforcement shall be measured and paid for separately.

M&L for providing additional reinforcement TMT bars in place of more than 1/3 corroded reinforcement bars including cutting, bending, placing and fixing in position using 'Lokfix' of M/S Fosroc or equivalent of Dr. Fixit / SIKA / Pidilite with & including all necessary tools, scaffolding, etc. for height upto 15 metre from average ground level complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Weight of TMT bars shall only be measured for payment purpose.

Dismantling carefully and taking up or down existing unserviceable/ serviceable aluminium earth strip of size 25x3.15mm including nut, bolts and other connected accessories, keeping serviceable strip including nut, bolts and other connected accessories in safe custody at site for reuse complete all as specified and as directed.

Fixing only, jointing and testing old serviceable aluminium earth strip of size 25x3.15mm including nut, bolts and other connected accessories obtained serviceable vide serial item No. 36 here-in-before and fixed to roof, walls, etc for roof conductors and down conductors above ground in new or old position complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for aluminium strip 25 x 3.15mm with saddles and fixing screws etc. for roof conductors and down conductors above ground complete all as specified & as directed.

Dismantling carefully and taking down existing unserviceable/ serviceable Air termination, single pointed aluminium rod 12mm dia and 300mm long, keeping serviceable Air termination rod including nut, bolts and other connected accessories in safe custody at site for reuse complete all as specified and as directed.

Fixing only old serviceable Air termination, single pointed aluminium rod 12mm dia and 300mm long including other connected accessories obtained serviceable vide serial item No. 39 here-in-before in new or old position complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Air termination, single pointed aluminium rod 12mm dia and 300mm long fixed to aluminium strip, nut, bolts and washers complete all as specified & as directed.

Dismantling carefully and taking down existing unserviceable/ serviceable porcelain insulator with two Nos of screws of any size/ make and other connected accessories, keeping serviceable insulators including screws and other connected accessories in safe custody at site for reuse complete all as specified and as directed.

Fixing only old serviceable porcelain insulator with two Nos of screws of any size/ make and other connected accessories obtained serviceable vide serial item No. 42 here-in-before in new or old position complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F porcelain insulator of overall minimum size 72mm x 32mm x 34mm (single pole bus bar support insulator) suitable for fixing aluminium/GI strip roof/down conductors, fixed in PCC blocks/walls with two Nos hexagonal head GI screws 40mm long, one No. hexagonal head GI bolt 30mm long & 5-6mm dia with one No. square shaped GI washer of size 25x25mm & 0.6-0.8mm thickness & one No. GI nut for fixing/running the roof/down conductors, conforming to the sample kept in GE’s office, complete all as specified & as directed. Note : Cost of screws, bolt, washer & nut is included in quoted rates.

Dismantling carefully and taking down existing serviceable PCC block of any size (upto 0.01 Cum each) fixed over roof, keeping in safe custody at site till other repair works carried out and refixing the same on new or old location and setting in cement mortar 1:4 after completion of other repair work complete all as directed.

M&L for pre cast PCC block of size 150 x 150 x 150mm (in PCC 1:3:6 type C1) with plain fair faces and setting in cement mortar 1:4 for fixing of porcelain insulator of roof conductor including taking down existing old unserviceable block complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling carefully and taking down existing serviceable 32mm bore Galvanized iron tubing fixed to support Air termination rod etc after demolition of PCC foundation block and refixing the Galvanized iron tubing on old or new location in new PCC foundation block of size 400 x 400 x 400mm (or as directed) with all nut, bolt and accessories complete all as directed. Notes : (i) Old existing GI tubing shall be reused. (ii) PCC foundation block shall be measured and paid separately.

M&L for providing precast cement concrete 1:3:6, type C1 using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in foundation blocks, supporting blocks, anchorage blocks, corbels, brackets, etc. (of any section as directed/ indicated) with plain fair faces and setting in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed.
