Repairs to the minor leakage along 200mm dia. M.S rising main at nine spots of lift irrigation scheme Zehanpora at various cracked portions of pipe, pipe flanges, end to end joints, rusted bolts etc. by way of multiple weld runs, using M.S filler material and using appropriate sized of M.S plate of suitable thickness wherever required to make joint strong and leak proof. The job includes hire charges of D.G set, welding set, Gas cutter, load carrier, manual labours, and skilled welder for completing the repair work. The job also includes the charge of providing nuts & bolts for flanged rising main five kg, R.I cloth three kg, palmative packing three kg for pumps. After successful completion of repair work, the rising main shall be tested on full load.

Repairs to 300 mm dia. M.S foot valve of lift irrigation scheme Johama installed on suction side by way of extraction of foot valve from their installed position with the help of skilled labour, then shifting it to working area. The job includes the charge for repair to hinges, weight plate, strainer & welding to damaged area by way of welding /patching etc. for the completion of work. The job also includes the charge for p/f of new washers, nuts& bolts, wherever required for the completion of work. After proper repair of foot valve at site, fitted it properly back to its actual position and tested on full load. The job includes the charge of D.G set, welding set, gas cutter, electrodes etc. for the completion of work. The job also includes the charge of M.S nuts& bolts four kg for suction/delivery pipe, rubber washers of 250 mm dia. three no, packing two kg for pump for the completion of work.

Dismantling of 10 cusec V.T pumping unit of lift irrigation scheme Kanispora having dynamic head 16 Mtr. to rectify the defect by way of decoupling of motor from coupling with the help of skilled labour, heavy tools & tackles. The job includes the charge for carefully opening of small parts like Ratchet pin, Washers, coupling pin, pump coupling, coupling nut, lock nut, bearing nut, drainage of unused M-oil carefully in separate container from oil retaining tube, etc. The job then includes the charge for dismantling of bearing housing, discharge head column pipe of 250mm dia with the help of skilled labour, heavy tools & tackles by way of opening nuts & bolts, then carefully dismantled head shaft from muff coupling by using Ln key set. The job then involves extraction of second & third column pipe. The job also includes the charge for extraction of Bowl assembly, Suction bell mouth, strainer with the help of skilled labours. Then dismantled of bowl assembly at site carefully to remove debris/ waste material inside the impeller, also removing waste material from suction bell mouth & strainer. The job also includes the charge of shifting suction bell mouth from site to workshop in private load carrier to repair internal side of damaged portion by way of patching, turning, finishing on lathe, welding work etc. then shifted it back to site after proper repairs. After cleaning of all parts at site fitted pump carefully with the help of skilled labours & tested on full load.
