Restoration of rain damages of MLIP to Changer Area from Anandpur Hydel Channel in Tehsil Sh. Naina Devi Ji District Bilaspur

Demoliton abelow G.L upto 1.50 mtrs depth incuding stacking of servicebale materials and disposal of un-serviceable materials within 20 mtrs lead and including cutting the necessasry reinforcement and separating from RCC /RB and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing form work with steel plates 3.15mm thick welded with angle iron in frame 30x30x5mm so as to give a fair finish including centering shuttering, strutting and propping etc. with wooden battens and ballies, height of propping and centering below supporting floor two ceiling not exceeding 4 mtr and removal of the same for in-situ reinforced concrete and plain concrete working:-

Flat surfaces such as soffits of suspended floor landings and the like up to 200mm thickness and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Edges of slab (long side) in all leads and lifts and to the enitre satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge

Sides and soffits of beams, haunchings, cantilevers, girders, bressumers and lintels exceeding 1.00 mtr in depth in all leads and lifts and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:2:4 (1cement:2sand:4 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding the cost of form work and reinforcement for reinforced concrete work in :-

Suspended floor roofs landing shelves and their supports balconies, beams girders bressumers and cantilevers up to floor two level.

Providing laying of tor steel reinforcement for RCC work including bending binding cutting and placing in position complete in all depths and heights and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge.

6mm thick cement plaster in CM 1:3 (1cement: 3sand) in all leads and lifts and to the enitre satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Repair of plaster in patches of 2.50 sqm and under and 10 to 15mm thick including cutting the patch in proper shape and replastering the surface with wall including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground with in all leads and lifts and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge.
