Hire and labour Charges for Erection of temporary type pandal structure on ground with GCI sheet/ fire & water proof tarpulin roofing of approx. 280.00 sq. ft.(approx 26.00 sqm) with a ceiling height upto 3.0 m and suitable ridge as per structural and site requirement with necessary strong bamboo structure in the form of vertical posts, horizontal runners and inclined supports. Peripheral side cover will also be made by G.C.I sheets by keeping 01 (one no) collapsible gate provide at entry/ exit in Kitchen of size 5’x7’ and 3’6’’horizontal peripheral opening for sufficient light and air ventilation supported by peripheral vertical and horizontal bamboo frame structure and necessary earthen bandh to prevent entry of surface water if required. Provision for fixing tarpaulin or any other similar types of arrangements for preventing the percolation of water during shower (if required). All the structures must be tightened by good quality coir string or any other suitable materials and stable enough against strong wind and subsequent removal of the same upon fulfilling the purposes and restore the site to its original position as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge. Hire charges for above( serial no-1) after 10 (Ten) days for aditional 30 (thirty) days if required and payment will be made on prorata basis on actual use.

Labour charges for construction of Single brick flat Soling of picked jhama bricks including ramming and dressing bed to proper level including pointing the same with 1:8 cement sand morter and subsequent removal of the same upon fulfilling the purposes and restore the site to its original position as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge. Payment will be made on prorata basis on actual use. Area of Floor of Kitchen and Dining Hall approx. 75.00 Sqm (26.0 sqm + 45.0 sqm) For 40 (Forty) Days (75 Sqm x 15 units =1125 sqm)

Hire Charges for 10 nos PVC Table (Size of Table top 750 mm x 1150 mm) of good quality in each Dining Hall for each day for 40 (Forty) days or less. Payment will be made on prorata basis on actual use. (15 units x10 nos x 40 days =6000 Pieces)

Hire Charges for 40 nos P.V.C. armless Chair good quality in each Dining Hall for each day for 40 (Forty) days or less. Payment will be made on prorata basis on actual use. (15 units x 40 nos x 40 days =24000 Pieces)

Hire Charges for 2 (two) no. P.V.C. Water storage drum (200 lit capacity) in each Kitchen and Dining Hall for 40 (Forty) days or less. Payment will be made on prorata basis on actual use. (14 units x 2 x 40 days =1120 nos)

Supply of Mazdoor (Male) (10 nos x 15 locations = 150.00 Nos). Payment will be made on prorata basis on actual use.
