Comprehensive and maintenance servicing and testing of 400 Ltrs RO plant at Comm Flt hanger Ahmedabad (No of plants - 01 No) including washing, cleaning of sedimentation filter, disinfection process, servicing of pressure pumping set and dosing unit complete at so as to supply qualitative water at permissible level of TDS. Note:- (i) Spares required for replacement will measured and paid separately under respective items here-in-after this schedule. (ii) The rate quoted by the tenderer includes cost of maint / servicing of above said plant once in a period of 90 days till the date of completion of work. (iii) Rate inclusive of replacement of parts day during currency of contract as and when directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S & F in replacement switch socket combination, 2 in 1, 3/5 pin, 5/6 Amps, 240 volt, flush type with PVC box complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in replacement of 5-32 Amp MCB SP complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F in replacement of 5 Amp plug top complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L point wiring with 1.5 Sqmm FRLS PVC insulated unsheathed multistranded single core copper conductor cable in PVC casing caping incl 1.5 Sqmm PVC insulated copper conductor earth continuity wire for socket outlet point on independent board including taking out old complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F in replacement of point wiring with 2.5 Sqmm FRLS PVC insulated unsheathed multistranded single core copper conductor cable in PVC casing caping incl 2.5 Sqmm PVC insulated copper conductor earth continuity wire for socket outlet point on independent board complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in replacement of point wiring using two single core PVC insulated, unsheathed stranded copper conductor cable of size 4.0 Sqmm of voltage rating upto and including 1100 Volts drawn in existing PVC conduit along-with one run of PVC (green colour) insulated, unsheathed, stranded copper conductor of size 4.0 Sqmm as earth continuity conductor complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement MCB single pole & neutral (SP&N), 40 Amps, 240 volts, 10KA, ‘C’ series, with proper size lugs and connections complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for taking out electical connection of ICE making machine, opening and checking same, sand in to the work shope, and replacement of unserviceable part which ever is required, and making serviceable of the same and testing complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for taking out air curtain from existing site for repair and dismentaling of all components from Air curtain, very care fully i.e. fan, motor, relay, capacitor and condensor etc. and repair and servicing of the same and refixing and testing complete all as specified and as directed.

Notes :- The rates quoted by the tenderer shall deemed to be inclusive for the following provisions in addition to the other conditions specified in the tender documents. No claim whatsoever shall be entertained at a later date on this account:- [i] The repairs shall be done by skilled workmen in the relevant field to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge. The contractor shall engage sufficient manpower for the entire period so that progress of work shall not be hampered due to non availability of labour at any time. [ii] The contractor on getting information through Site order / Works diary regarding the nature of repair to be carried out, he shall immediately respond to the same and make all out efforts to carry out the same on priority within 48 hours. In case of any delay in responding / attending the repairs within 48 hours, the GE may at his absolute discretion impose penalty on the contractor at Rs. 1000/- per day per each work ordered upto 05(Five) days and Rs. 2000/- per day thereafter till completion of the work in case of delay without valid reasons as decided by GE. [iii] Further, the above penalty is applicable even for the multiple locations of work at the same period. It is the responsibility of contractor to make suitable arrangements for attending the repairs simultaneously at all the places. [iv] The decision of the GE as to whether a particular repair has been attended or not on a particular day will be final and binding. The above penalty shall be in addition to the provisions made in clause 50 of IAFW-2249 i.e (Compensation for delay in completion of work).
