JOB WORK ORDER FOR OUTSOURCING OF CONSULTANCY FOR PROVN OF 0.5MW ROOF TOP BASED SOLAR POWER PLANT AT BAREILLY

Comprehensive consultancyfor preparation and assistance in finilisation of tender for contract including recce of site, finalization of suitability of site chosen, collection of preliminary data, roof top shadow analysis, design of all components of SPV power plant, preparation of drawings, preparation of BOQ, schematic diagram along with rate analysis & its supporting details, engineering of half Mega Watt peak roof top AC solar photovoltaic plant at Bareilly in Time line as given in Annexure A1 with following details :- Tendering, order placement. : Consultant will conduct post Adm Approval planning and prepare detailed project report along with tender for main contract based on the broad parameters of Approximate Estimate forming part of Adm Approval and recce of site. The details will included but not be limited to items at Annexure A2 and will form part of Detailed Project Report, ensuring inclusion of all item as per MNRE/GoI policy stipulations E-in-C Br policy, SERC for metring, grid connectivity, and other laid down norms for construction of 11 KV switch yard, especially with respect to domestic content requirement (DCR). Note : Consultant shall also provide assistance after receipt of tender of technical bd. They will provide technically qualified engineer at HQ CE Bareilly Zone till the acceptance of tender. (i) Site survey and collection of requisite preliminary data. (ii) Analysis of electric power distribution from the sub station and power consumption. (iii) Analysis of roof top shadow free area available at site. (iv) Design of all components of system and preperation of detailed BOQ. (v) Preparation of design and drawings. (vi) Code requirement & statutory requirement. (vii) Interface requirement. (viii) Operability with maintainability. (ix) Adequacy of Design to meet functional and Guaranteed. Annexure A1 : Anticipated timelines/milestones fro different activities of Project Management Consultancy. Annexure A2 : List of works/items to be mandatorily included in DPR and tender.
